The hotel is found to be very welcoming. Rooms tidy smart and clean with modern decor. Staff in reception helpful and polite. Speak very good English. The restaurant serves some very nice food. The waiting staff are especially professional and I enjoyed the dining experience here.

Very modern hotel. We were with a big group so we didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, but when we did they were courteous. Biggest problem for us was that it was a smoking hotel. There were ashtrays in the rooms and all linen and towels smelled of smoke. Being allergic to smoke it was hard to stay here. I literally put down my clothes on top of the pillowcase so I wouldn't have to put my face into smoke filled linens. Food was good, but a little light on options for breakfast. I wouldn't come back, but only because of the smoke, if you don't mind that, it is a nice hotel.

Ich mag dieses Hotel wegen seiner freundlichen Mitarbeiter und dem wirklich schmackhaften und gut gekochtem Abendessen. Auch das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und wird vom Chef und der Juniorchefin betreut. Wo gibt es das noch? Ich vermute allerdings, dass in den Zimmern noch ab und an geraucht wird. Der kräftige Duft nach Raumspray lässt dies vermuten. Ansonsten alles top.

Very bad breakfast unfortunately... and "spa" is not a thing.... hotel that want to advertise like wellness cant have swimming pool that works only few hours on weekend and obligation to wear gum cap to swimm....

AVOID! Air conditioning is extremely loud, I go down and the receptionist tells me this is how all of them are, which shows me a general disinterest from their management side; place is very smoky as is the front door is always open and a Club type of seating is displayed there right at the front door where about everybody smokes and the air drags it into the hotel; not a kind experience;

I travel for a living and this place is at the top of my list. Fantastic service, great food, beautiful hotel, family owned and operated. Staff speaks multiple languages and the entire hotel is spotless. They even helped me translate some business forms I needed help with. Instead of moving around to other hotels we came back here each night. Safe area, trails nearby and anything we wanted was within 10 min of hotel. My Best pick for 2021!

Hotel is clean. Rooms are nice and clean, great view of nearby mountain, staff friendly, breakfast is fresh & tasty, and a quiet location. Walking distance to small town Erba, but otherwise you'll need a car. Outside furniture is under roof - so fully enjoyed a fantastic lightening & torrential rain storm. I should have taken a picture of the hotel dog. An older fellow, mellow, loves naps, friendly, and oh-so-petable.

Very calm, clean, nice hotel. Usually I sleep very badly at hotels but here I slept so well. Polite staff especially at the breakfast buffé.

As today I also submitted my CV there but in my view the important and useful thing which attracted me was the Character of operator that he recieved CV from me,I liked his polite method of dealing with customers a lot.Because as I have worked in big Hotels as a cordinator from Hotel Planet and Gentile uomo, Arezzo Italy .

Very good Food in Erba.

From 2006 Until 2012 I stayed at this hotel each Summer for 4-6 weeks a year. This hotel and staff became a home away from home. To this day it is still the best food I have ever eaten. 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

Great hotel. Clean, well run, amazing food and service . Also high speed internet , if you need it. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Once upon a time there was a luxury hotel with a large supply, maybe a little repair needed but ... everything is definitely not bad 🙂🙂🙂
