We stayed in Park Hotel last week and it was amazing. Top roof pool has fantastic view of Lake Garda, clock tower and city. The room we stayed and the bathroom were huge. Everything in the room were sealed in plastic so that you are the first to touch, open them. Bed was big and very very comfortable. The room had a big wardrobe with many hangers and and a safe. The breakfast was so amazing. There was everything a human can imagine. Free varieties of eggs and amazing coffees that you can ask from the waiter. 3 different fresh fruit juice and many tasty bread. Location was very good. Hotel is just in front of the lake and you are only 3-5 minutes away from the restaurants and bars street & marina on foot. The staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful. If there was a 6* I would give for this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, two families Wonderful staff, excellent location, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The area of the hotel has beautiful streets, promenade and many restaurants. Within half an hour's you can reach many sites in the area.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot just steps away from all of the "action" including stores and restaurants. Positives: Location. The staff. The breakfast. The price. The staff especially Simone and Max were great, but everyone made the effort to ensure it was a pleasant stay. Negatives: No air conditioning. They said the city doesn't allow them to turn it on until end of May so it was terribly warm and uncomfortable in the room. We had ants in the bathroom two days in a row. The lake front balcony view is blocked by trees so while it's better than a garden view, you need to be able to use your imagination to see past the trees. But that's not something the hotel can do anything about so of course I can't fault them for that, just want to warn potential guests. Housekeeping forgot to add toilet paper, tissue, and soap so we had to keep calling down. They left our clearly labelled laundry bag that we left by the door for them so we had to get them to pick it up that night and rush it for two days later as we would be checking out. It was promised for 8:30am and at 9:40am we called saying we were still waiting so they ran to get it and didn't charge us. As mentioned, the staff were very accommodating and wanted to make it a good experience. Would I recommend? Well, I won't be returning there and would certainly opt for a different experience but on the other hand overall people seemed to be reasonably happy with their stay. It's the little things that make a big difference to me when staying in a hotel and this one just did not live up to expectations.

Not a 4 star 3 star max. Asked for balcony with lake views to help us relax and unwind. Got an excuse for a balcony, it's a small strip outside, the initial view is rooftops and looking straight into other peoples balconies The lake you could see a bit of it from one end of said balcony. Now I need to warn you about the chairs on the balcony I will add a photo you can't sit on them for long so uncomfortable and your back gets sore The pool it's very small and the sun loungers are packed in so one doesn't feel they have personal space Breakfast the usual fruit, breads, yogurt, small choice of cheese, some pastries. Poached eggs is actually 1 egg on a slice of bread. The best bit the omelette they charge extra like €7 Good points the room is clean, bathroom clean, big shower some toiletries. This is supposed to be an exec room but it's not very large The location is great for exploring. As we couldn't relax in the hotel we took the ferry to Siremona the aquarium there is to die for

I choose this hotel as the reviews were amazing. I am staying 9 nights I wouldn't recommend it for that long, because we were staying so many nights I asked for a executive room with a lovely lake view but we got nothing like that, the balcony is terrible the chairs!! You can't sit on them for long. Can see the lake from one side of the balcony. Breakfast. Fruit, yogurt small selection of cheese, juice some pastries. Eggs fried scrambled poached, you will get one egg. If you order the omelette that's an extra charge €7. Pool. Small not for swimming, sun loungers very close together, we didn't really use it Staff are fine. This is not a 4 star in any way. The location is very central lots of places to eat. WilI icome back? No I can't relax here

the hotel is beautifully decorated and located in a great spot. The only negative point is that we had no bidet in the room as the receptionist said that the surname that booked was not italian so they thought it wasnt necessary for us to have one. I found it quite unapropriate.

I cannot recommend this hotel on a value for money perspective. My room was very small and there was no proper desk with a normal chair that enables you to work. The breakfast staff was not very friendly (after waiting a little while I approached the service staff and asked if I could have a Coffee, I was told I should wait at my table and they would take my order there). Also the cleaning staff knocket and opened the door even though I had hung out the "do not disturb" sign and my checkout time was not reached. The TV remote did not work properly (and could not be replaced by reception) and there was water gushing out the Toilet when you pressed the button. Overall I cannot recommend the hotel even though reception staff was friendly and the room was quiet and the location excellent.

Fantastic hotel on the lake front at Desenzano. The staff are amazing, the hotel is classy and welcoming at the same time. We wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Stayed here for two nights. Had a great stay. We arrived a little early, they had our room available and even had the bartender open up the bar early to get us drinks since we made the long walk from the train station. Amazing views of the lake from our room and had a very large terrace. Absolutely LOVED seeing the hotel dog, Aki, every day. She was sooooo sweet. Would stay here again. Lots of restaurants in very close proximity. Ferry stop was also very close.

Enjoyed a 7 night stay here. The service from the staff has been fantastic. The breakfast service is a real highlight, we got there early in the mornings so there was plenty of seating to chose from, a good breakfast selection with the chef being to make things like poached/scrambled eggs and more. The seating outside for meals is especially nice. The hotel even was able to provide a bag with breakfast items as we had an early train to catch and there was a large variety of items given with a vegetarian option too. The minor down side I would say were the rooms, whilst the shower is amazing and the bed firm, only option on TV for an English speaking channel is BBC news, possibly to invest in smart tv's. The room also had a physical key with a large keyring, we took the keyring off to male it easier taking the key around, possible card activated doors mainly for ease of use and fear of forgetting the key in the room as the door locks behind you. I suspect however that other hotels may have a similar setup. Overall a great hotel, great pool area, great breakfast and overall service so would highly recommend.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good service! Greetings to the waiter who made the special cappuccino for me "limited edition")) Minus: there is no restaurant (as I understand it's timely problem) and a poor breakfast. Also it was extremely firm mattress!

The staff at reception had no interest in the guests. The manager seemed to be the problem. They will answer the phone while the guest stands and waits. Attitude attitude all the way. It's a pity the hotel and location is very nice. Overall an unpleasant experience

Fantastic staff. Rudi especially went above and beyond for us. So friendly and helpful. He made a huge effort. I did t get the name of the Lady who also works in reception but again super friendly and helpful, booked train tickets for us to Venice and verona. Navigating Italian website was gonna be a struggle for us. Hotel is in perfect location right on the lake. Very clean, like everywhere around lake Garda. Food is good, breakfast buffet is very nice and filling. Plenty of choice. Pool on the roof is a nice treat after a day out and about. Would book again.

Stayed here three nights and had a great experience. Rooms were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and breakfast was great. Rooftop pool was not too large but fine. Parking was convenient - staff parked and brought the car.

At the end of our week here in Deszeno on Garda no regrets picking this lovely hotel. Everything from check in to now has been great. The hotel decor is quirky but in a great way. Our room with balcony was spotlessly maintained throughout the week. A great breakfast each morning started our day off well. Staff in all areas very helpful. A matter of minutes and we were in the centre of town - ideal location. No hesitation in recommending this fabulous hotel on Garda.
