Cristina
came
recommended
through
Doctors
in
Italy.
Doctors
in
Italy
assured
me
that
the
cost
of
the
visit
was
for
the
examination
I
needed
but
when
I
arrived
to
the
office,
Cristina
basically
upsold
me.
Meaning,
the
price
I'd
paid,
€150,
was
for
a
consultation
and
an
examination
I
didn't
need
or
ask
for.
Then
she
told
me
that
the
examination
I
actually
wanted
plus
one
she
recommended
before
even
examining
me
was
€200
more
-
a
total
of
€350
for
a
visit
I
expected
to
pay
€150
for.
I
had
all
three
tests
done
for
€150
in
the
past
so
this
was
a
complete
shock.
I
felt
a
bit
awkward
and
put
on
the
spot
as
this
was
information
I
should
have
been
given
prior
to
my
arrival.
Cristina
also
told
me
I'd
get
results
in
a
specified
time.
It's
been
a
month
and
I'm
still
waiting
for
them.
I
reached
out
through
email
but
haven't
heard
back.
To
be
fair,
this
could
be
the
fault
of
her
assistant.
At
least
the
doctor
wasn't
rude
and
the
office
was
clean.
The
doctor
and
her
assistant
didn't
wear
masks
but
that
didn't
bother
me.
However,
I'm
sharing
this
in
case
it
bothers
someone
else.
Overall,
communication
is
a
problem
at
this
office
and
needs
improvement.
But
the
visit
itself
wasn't
entirely
unpleasant.
