Tried the pistachio which was really nice, also went a little left field with the other scoop that included garlic, which was not good at all! Probably my own fault for trying such an audacious flavour. However, as mentioned, the pistachio was great; creamy and tasty.

The place looked busy and I needed my gelato of the day, so we went in. Not the best I've had in Italy. I got the chocolate and the fior-di-latte. Nothing special about any of them. Not bad. Not good. We also got a milkshake which was too thin for me, but again not bad, but not good. The staff was a different story. They looked like they were not happy to serve us. Not just us, but most of the costumers. The combination of an ok gelato and the feeling that you're interrupting the staff, makes it a place I don't really recommend.

Nice place not far from il Duomo. Good choices of flavor a little a bit different of what you can get usually. It is really tasty. Small size with a choice of 2 scoops is 3€. Quiet busy place when we went there. They have few seats to eat your ice cream there. If you are around you can stop by to enjoy a flavorful ice cream.

We had ice cream from here. They have an unusual mix of flavours, but I had the traditional ones. The taste was good and they gave me a lot of cream.

Excellent service and great gelato! They have interesting flavours and vegan options too, I got pistachio and gianduja which are both milk free. Unlike many gelaterias they don't put their gelatos out in display, but instead in these deep containers to maintain freshness. Well priced too, only 2.70€ for small with 2 flavours. 👍🏻

To my surprise do they not only have a huge amount of options (and unique ones) but they also have both vegan(lactose free) and normal options. The flavours I got were pistachio and chocolate (vegan both) and not only is it a perfect combo, but also very good taste. The price is 3 euros for 2 flavours, 3,50 for 3 and 4 euros for 4 flavours. They also have the ice cream with coffee option, starting with 1,80 for 1 scoop and a cafe. The servers all speak perfect English.

I tried the pistachio and dark chocolate flavors and both were delicious! There was not a long queue but maybe just our luck. The staff was helpful as well. The only down side was the small portion.

One of the best gelato in Milano. Pistacchio and ginger gelato were amazing. I was a bit disappointed by the panettone flavor. I felt it was way too sweet and the sugar covered all the taste. Fair prices and not a big line during my visit. I would return for sure.

My boyfriend and I came to Ciacco almost every day of our holiday together because it was that delicious! He loves the yogurt flavour and I love the pistachio flavour. You can get multiple flavours in one cup so you can try new and different flavours! There tends to be a long queue so be prepared to wait. It’s worth it though! There is not a lot of seating and there are no available toilets so bare that in mind. Otherwise, very yummy!

Love it! Unique flavours, quality ingredients and super friendly service. Also coffee for 1€ is an advantage :) I definitely recommend to try this 'weird' flavours, as they are surprising and delicious.

Amazing and not standart tastes of gelato. And also reasonable price as for the very center of Milano. Good choice of non-dairy ice cream too, and some granitas. Here i had Amaro (pink grapefruit with rhubarb and pepper) and Bissap (hibiscus infusion) - very refreshing for hot summer days!

Great ice cream, reasonably priced and it doesn't feel like a tourist trap. Possibly one of the best gelato you can get in the centre of Milano. They have some innovative flavours that might not be what you are looking for if what you want is a more traditional gelato(like vanilla and chocolate)

Super fast service. Several workers assisting customers made a massive line seem very short. Real fast. Real gelato. Would come again!

A nice little place to take a coffee or an ice cream. With a friend we went and took ice cream, they are delicious! However I cannot give them five stars as it is quite expensive and the ice cream portion for the large ones are quite small.

The gelato is delicious here. The gelato is super creamy and bursting with flavor. I had three flavors: pistachio, straciatella, and zabaglione. The service was great. There were three very nice & funny women working behind the counter. They clearly enjoy working here and it makes the gelato even more enjoyable.

I never believed those claims of “this is the best gelato I had in italy” comments but I am saying it now…. this is it! i had 4 cups in 4 days and i’m having a stomachache but it’s still worth it

Next to the Duomo, my husband and I each got a small gelato that included 2 scoops each. Delicious, smooth and made me a lover of pistachio. €3 each.

I tried a lot of gelato all across the Italy. This was definitely in top 3. Loving different options of flavours. I went with recommendations. Amazing

This shop offers one of the smoothest gelato I have ever tried. I really could not find a single icicle. They offer free taste before you make your final order. I got the small cup with two flavors: nocciola and panettone. They were really goooood. Texture is on point. Taste was there. I also had a sample of the pistachio, and it was really refreshing.

Many vegan options, I tried pistachio and il principe al mare (coconut butter, pepper and lime) would definitely recommend!

€4 for grande 3 flavors. Very friendly and patient staff. The line wasn’t long when we got here. I had tried a lot pistachios gelato from Rome, Venice, this place has the best flavor. Their sorbet are very refreshing, we tried peach & lemon

One of the two best ice cream places I have had in Milano. The line was worth waiting in. Excellent flavors and tons of vegan options. You can ask for an English menu.

Wonderful ice cream flavours : hazelnut, ricotta and bluberries, lemon, straciatella... and "crema di Bretagna", a typical flavour from the West of France (you must taste it !)

Fabulous gelato. The melone flavour is a dream, so creamy (dairy free!!) and tastes like you are eating rock melon. All the locals seem to come to this place, doesn’t feel like a tourist trap

My favourite Gelato of all Italy. - yes and I visited all the top hotspots in multiple regions. The chocolate is next level elevated. Nothing compared or even came close to your recipe. Well done to your team and you deserved recognition for your hard work. Please bring this overseas to my country Singapore. ❤️❤️❤️

Loved the pistachio! But Tiramisu was really not good at all. I will go back to check other flavors but maybe just take the most common ones.

Best gelato we had in Milan! Many vegan options and nice coffee too

  • 5/5 Rebeka T. 2 years ago on Google
Wow, this place is simply amazing, outstanding gelato using natural ingredients, many many options for lactose free, gluten free etc, it is just so impressive! The texture and the taste of their gelato blow your mind, explosion of flavors! So refreshing and light, perfectly located near the Duomo but at the same time it offers good value for money. My personal favorite is the Pesca (peach).

Simply the best gelato I’ve ever had..So natural, you could taste the actual fruit! I had no words when I had the first taste. I also couldn’t believe how reasonably priced for the location it was. Just go and try it already!
