We
normally
go
to
the
Wesr
Hollywood
location,
but
as
we
don't
live
in
the
LA
area
and
only
had
a
stop
over
at
LAX
the
Redondo
Beach
location
was
a
little
closer,
so
better
for
a
quick
pop
over
during
our
layover.
Quality
of
the
food,
service,
and
over
all
vibe
is
just
as
great
as
the
West
Hollywood
location.
Pura
Vita
is
not
just
my
favorite
vegan
restaurant,
but
favorite
restaurant
of
all
time.
I
have
traveled
to
Italy
on
several
occasions
and
would
put
the
food
at
Pura
Vita
up
against
the
restaurantsi
have
experienced
there,
it
is
truly
the
best
Italian
restaurant
ever.
This
visit
we
started
with
the
Baked
Cashew
Ricotta
and
the
starter
special
which
I
cannot
recall
the
name
of
(it
was
an
artichoke
dish),
but
the
flavor
of
it
was
amazing!
For
the
main
the
Carbonara
is
my
favorite
and
my
usual
go
to,
but
decided
to
go
off
script
this
time
and
enjoyed
the
Linguine
di
Mare
which
was
excellent.
The
King
Oyster
Mushroom
Scallops
in
my
Linguine
di
Mare
were
little
flavor
bombs
in
my
mouth.
My
partner
got
the
Lasagna
Pura
which
I
had
to
steal
a
bite
of
as
always.
As
we
had
two
good
portioned
appetizers
and
a
bottle
of
wine
we
started
to
slow
down
on
our
mains
by
the
end,
so
we
ordered
some
Nocino
to
help
digest
what
we
already
ate.
The
Nocino
they
have
is
absolutely
amazing,
I
will
be
looking
for
it
locally
to
me.
While
the
Nocino
helped
us
digest
enough
to
finish
our
plates,
we
had
sadly
over
done
it
a
bit
and
were
too
full
for
Zeppoles
this
time,
will
have
to
get
them
for
sure
next
time
for
desert.
While
the
food
is
the
best
part,
it
is
not
everything
about
our
time
there.
The
decor
and
warmth
you
feel
from
the
atmosphere
enhances
the
dining
experience.
As
does
the
incredibly
friendly
and
helpful
staff.
It
is
always
such
a
joy
to
have
the
chance
to
stop
at
Pura
Vita
and
I
look
forward
to
my
next
travels
to
the
area.
