This is my second time coming to this facility but my first time being a patient. I walked into the facility around 510pm and I was seen around 6pm. The time went by fast to me and I knew I would have to wait. It was an easy process checking in thanks to the girl @ the front desk. I paid my co pay and for an xray. Samantha was the PA for the night. She has an upbeat attitude which I Loved. My Xray Tech Angel was also attentive. He made sure I was ok during those awkward arm positions. Lastly, you cant help but to love the smooth jazz vibes playing in the background. This will be my Urgent Care of choice for sure.

I used to live very close to this urgent care so when I moved I decided to try one closer to my new place. It sucked compared to this place. I’ve learned my lesson and any time I need an urgent care and this place is open I’m definitely making the drive back. Came here recently and turns out I had pneumonia and bronchitis. Yuck. They are so thorough. They make you a follow up appointment when you have a test like ultrasound done and you get seen right away. They have practically everything here, from x-ray, CT scan and ultrasound machine. Great urgent care and the staff is so friendly. Love the new young nurse named Christina. I also really like Dr. Samantha.

Disturbed because of the behavior and would highly recommend patients to find another urgent care but them! Reason: I walked in at 2:32PM on a Sunday and waited for a minute so the receptionist could get done with the patient ahead of me. I was there to get my son checked and they refused to see him only because I was three minutes late and she went inside to check with the supervisor if they were ok in checking him but refused and said she was going to refer me to another clinic of theirs and did not realize that she wasted three minutes of me standing there (realize that three minutes pass by in a snap). I think they need to realize that patient’s check up is more important. They should be ashamed of themselves for being related to human care because clearly they are more of a business than life savers!

We had a very nice experience yesterday when we visit Urgent Care and Wellness in Carson. I would like to mention the following personnel, Lindsay Taylor (PA), Rocio (MA) and Jennifer (Frontdesk) who have been very pleasant, concerned, accommodating and helping all throughout the day. Providing us with very clear explanation and immediate results of the X-ray. We are not left behind attending to other patient’s until we are fully satisfied with the service. They attend to us with full smile and we know that they really care. Thumbs up 👍 to these people. We really appreciate you.

I took my son here because he had been sick for a few days. The staff was great and professional. I used to go to the one in Carson but I like the Lomita site way more.

Everyone is extremely nice and they’re really fast compared to other places I’ve been too. They also don’t just give you pain killers and tell you to leave, they go out they’re way to figure out what wrong with you.

Appreciate the all the staff, very helpful and caring, and very friendly, assisting me with all my needs, would highly recommend, clean rest room and office.. 1

Great! I went here due to what I thought was a ruptured appendix and was too afraid to go to the emergency room during the pandemic. It was very clean and the service was very thorough. I found out that thankfully it wasn't a ruptured appendix, but something else less serious but just as painful. I was in and out in a couple hours and the doctors were great. I left feeling confident in my diagnosis and I was happy that they were there to help me.
