Staff was too busy to help. The tiny jewelry in the cabinets looked completely overwhelmed by the display. But the rest of the place was awesome 👌 fun to look through some very good deals on stuff

And no no no. This is a bad review because the service on the sales was bad during my last visit. They don’t ask how u doing if you need help nothing. Everybody working there at this time on this day needs to fired. And It was bro at the entrance near the men’s section.

Well isn’t this quite the place. Someone told me no matter what I was looking for I could find it here and I absolutely agree. I was looking for a pair of wide shoes since I left my other shoes at home and had a wedding that evening.Thankfully the minute I got to the mall I could relax knowing that of course I could find what I needed in this place. It’s huge. Amazing lots of flag ship stores and happy folks running around it was a little bit like Disneyland. And yes I got what I was looking for and have a great time it was very impressive.

I was at the jewelry department, the sale consultant was just on this phone the whole time I was looking around, I went up to him and asked if he can show me the men’s jewelry and he told me that they didn’t have much, most was online, being a salesman myself I wouldn’t have left the customer go I’d show him whatever we had. I honestly felt he didn’t wanted to help me, I rather leave the store and don’t come back, because it did get me a little upset!!! I rather do business with someone who cares about selling.

I am a regular at this Nordstroms and it is the closest location to me. I’ve had more good than bad experiences here. I shop here at least once a week but currently looking for a different Nordstroms to shop at if I even continue to do so. There’s a women employee in the women shoe department she’s a skinny inidian or if Indian origin dark skinned (I haven’t catched her name). She’s so rude and won’t ever offer help. Idk if she’s racist or doesn’t care becuase she sees me regularly but she’s even been on her phone or talking to coworkers to avoid helping me and the one time she did she told me she didn’t have the shoes and when I asked someone else they had so many in stock. Nordstrom need to fire her.
