Clearly a shopping center, not a shopping mall. Highlights include the bagel factory, Starbucks and a Benihana(!) They also have a BevMo and some kind of Asian grocery store that is soon to open.

I had lunch at Benihana, alone. My friend forgot we were supposed to meet there yesterday. I ate at the bar and had two super Apple Martini. The food was delicious as always.

I grew up coming to this little shopping center. The restaurant I sometimes eat at is Benihana and sometimes Red Lobster. Also Starbucks, Yougurtland and Jamba Juice with my family.

Lots of construction going on in the morning and not as much parking. Businesses are mostly on first floor and spread out. I didn't stay long.

The food was excellent. The Chef was friendly and entertaining. We were welcomed as we entered. Everyone was friendly the service was the Bomb. The place was also very clean.

Penzeys is by far the destination of choice in this whole center! Best seasonings shop in all of greater LA area!

Visited my bank & Homegoods. Plenty of available parking, center was busy but not overly so. It is well kept up, and businesses are all neat & updated on the outside. Only one vacant store, most likely too big for most businesses these days. They have several discount stores, a few furniture stores that have recently come in, a gym, a pharmacy, lots of small independent businesses & several fast-food restaurants.

We go here for Starbucks. Ample parking.

Now that Hannah Chain, a Korean supermarket, is opened, this strip mall is getting more traffic again. Hannah Chain has 2 vendors open for business. One is a Korean Fried Chicken and the other is a jjajjamein n champon noodle and a couple of fried pork n garlic fried chicken dish Chinese restaurant. There is also a Korean bakery, Paris Baguette there too. Hopefully, more Korean n Japanese food restaurants will open there soon.

The lights are so beautiful and mostly all the stores are open and there are huge sales too.

I only received 2 parts of the course which was the starter and the entree. The young man serving us said that the dessert might not be available because it was Sunday, that doesn't make any sense to me why are you offering a 3 course meal if you only have 2 courses available? Bottom line I have been going to Red Lobster for years, last night I spent over a hundred dollars and couldn't get a brownie which was supposed to be part of my meal. Truly disappointing.

With sadness that 2 restaurants we liked closed, The Elephant Bar and Maria Callenders; but there are other business and restaurants to enjoy such as, Starbucks, Yogurtland, restaurants, the Bagel Shop, etc. It's just a perfect location to stop at anytime of the day.

Excellent place overall with everything. Hotels, restaurants, fitness centers, the huge mall with plenty of shopping. Large variety of everything. This is a hot spot and great location.

We always stop at the Red Lobster here.
