The
parking
lot
is
big
enough
to
support
the
needs
of
a
large
grocery
store
&
several
small
businesses.
There
is
always
a
spot
near
the
store
you're
headed
to
&
there's
never
a
backup
of
cars
down
an
aisle.
There
are
two
entrances,
which
makes
it
convenient
to
get
to
from
any
direction.
The
plaza
does
seem
to
have
some
problems
with
business
retention,
for
which
I
have
no
logical
explanation,
especially
considering
that
some
of
the
stores
have
been
there
for
decades.
It's
possible
this
turnover
has
more
to
do
with
the
specific
chains'
decline
rather
than
the
location
(e.g.
Big
Lots,
Coldstone,
Payless
Shoes).
The
Starbucks
likely
closed
because
a
drive-thru
location
opened
half
a
mile
away,
which
is
unfortunate
because
this
location
was
a
good
afternoon
study
spot
for
kids
attending
the
adjacent
high
school.
There's
a
new
walk-in
medical
clinic
located
there,
which
is
convenient
as
previously
there
were
none
close
by.
