The best part of Villa is it's near highway so no worries to get stuck in traffic.. superb location..well maintained property..Shankar bhai caretaker was very humble and polite..had made some good food.. Few feedbacks want to share.. *Just one A/C in hall is not sufficient specially as in summer. *As its 5 BHK villa so accordingly Fridge should be bigger. * Swimming pool should be maintained properly as when we visited there was Bleach water inside.. Rest everything was perfect..we had a great time..

Though in lonavala but still nicely away from the rush. Location is awesome. Shankar bhai the caretaker was good. Just one request, the hall atleast fans, can't just have one small AC.

It was wonderful stay, food was very delicious. Very silent, clean and pleasant property. Garden and play area for small kids are also good and maintain. Overall very good experience.

Outstanding place, away from traffic and hustle-bustle of lonavala, yet happening place. Good food joints around the place and also the caretaker cooks amazing food. Owners are very warm and great hospitality. Highly recommend to stay for great vacation! Great place to be with family or friends, with adults or kids!

It's wonderful Homely Stay.....I had positive wibes on the Pristine Villa property as well as in Amabavi Villa. Thanks to Paragbhai who suggested the place. It's has value for money. Let's see the Outdoor activity and Clubhouse or Turf to be added in this property. For more Fun. One suggestion there should be one Shop for entire PristineVilla for regular things like routine fruits vegetables Juices Colddrink milk etc. Few medicines or First Aid box. That will be bonus for people who comes here as they will feel like Home ... Rest of things is perfect . Rooms are very spacious n with good height. And in each rooms has proper Natural light & Bed is Kingsize. Overall experience is excellent..

Had stayed with my friends at Ambavi Villa and we had a really enjoyable and relaxing time. Excellent house with a wide terrace area. Peaceful & beautiful location! Clean and spacious bedrooms. The food was incredibly amazing. Shankar ji, the manager, was humble and quite courteous. This place is certainly my preferred choice whenever I visit Lonavala.

Very nicely nestled Villa in a gated community bang on the Mumbai-Pune old Highway at Karla. Vicinity around is very delicious and extremely quite, and fresh location. The in-house caretaker is very well aware of the guests needs and requirements. Ambience inside the villa and every room, main sitting area, terrace is extremely comfortable and serene. Overall a very comforted and wonderful experience garnered during our June 2022 staycation at Ambavi’s Villa. Keep up the comfortion and serenity of the Villa. Thank you !!!!

Nice villas with ample of space. Bedroom and other area are well-planned. Outside area is spacious that group games can be also enjoyed. Overall a nice place with great location
