    Elliot is an absolutely great Personal Trainer, who ensures that your training programme suits your fitness goals. I trained with Elliot for a little over a year and can testify to the fact that my fitness improved (and strength 💪🏽) significantly, and he also encouraged me maintain a healthy and balanced nutrition for best results! Elliot approached each training session with professionalism and even indulged my varied taste in music 😊. Or when I argued that I couldn’t lift those extremely heavy (ok I exaggerate slightly 😁) weights! I would recommend Elliot in a heartbeat. Shame distance means we can’t continue our training sessions! Well done Elliot and thanks for everything! Sara A!

    I’ve been training with Elliott for the past two months and found him an incredibly professional and motivating trainer. He has taught me how to exercise safely and has created a tailored exercise programme for me to follow. Would highly recommend him to others looking for a personal trainer in Chiswick!

    Where to start! Elliott is highly professional and expert in what he does. Elliott always pushes you to do more than you think possible as well as making exercise so much fun. He is such a good soul - very kind and empathetic. Highly, highly recommend, no-one is too much of a challenge! Miss you already Elliott.     Am currently 8 weeks into a 12 week program with Elliot, and he's been excellent. I'm not a natural gym goer but Elliot's been great with setting targets that challenge me but are attainable, as well as dealing well with my self-deprecating BS! Information and instructions are clear and I'm feeling stronger, fitter and healthier than ever before. Would also say Elliot focuses on the importance of mental health as well as physical fitness, which is refreshing. Massively recommended!

    I had a handful of sessions with Elliott to learn proper form for my workouts + to get a nutrition plan and can say I'm very satisfied with Elliott's coaching! Recommend to anyone looking to learn from a friendly & very capable PT.

    Training with Elliott has been great. He has pushed me far beyond what I thought were my limits. He designs bespoke routines that I can use outside classes. Most importantly his sessions are always fun. I am not normally a fan of working out but he manages to make it really enjoyable. Highly recommend.

    Elliott was my personal trainer for a couple of months. He quickly identified my strengths and weaknesses then designed a bespoke training routine to help me achieve my goals. As well as this Elliott provides comprehensive dietary advice, complete with meal plans. When I explained that I had trouble making the time for the meals he offered to come shopping with me to help me out. On top of this he is a good guy who puts you at ease and motivates you through those days you really don't feel like it. I highly recommend him

    I have been training with Elliott for just over 3 years. He is a fantastic trainer and has helped me so much. He is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. I don’t know where I’d be without him. He helped me complete my first half marathon - something I never imagined I’d be able to achieve. This was from a baseline of zero. There is no way I could have done it without Elliott’s support and encouragement! Our sessions are always fun and varied. He does a great job of motivating me (not easy!). I have not had a single injury since training with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    I love Elliot being my personal trainer. He is so knowledgeable and motivating. He really goes the extra mile to give you that personal care. If ever I need a little help outside of our sessions he has always been there to support. I can't recommend Elliot highly enough. You'd be hard pushed to find a better trainer.

    I am someone thats been in and out gyms with little success or direction for years. Elliott gave me my induction round the gym, he was friendly and informative, Pretty much on the spot I decided I would have a few sessions with him. In those few sessions i diversified my workout and learnt so much about what I was doing and why. This might sound simplistic but it was needed in terms of knowing what i needed personally to do going forward with my workout types, sets, nutrition and just general bits of information that Elliott gave me. I am a slow learner when it comes to the gym and even after not getting something for the 5th time, Elliott would just keep going and have a laugh with me whilst doing so. I cant speak more highly of his knowledge, attitude and service provided (detailed meal plans, great personality, along with reasonable prices). I stopped with Elliott because of work commitments and he was so understanding and easy going about this that I will 100% be using his services in future. If you're on the fence or just scouting out a PT i cant advise go for him enough, thanks again Elliott! George

    Post lockdown I'd managed to put on quite a bit of weight and started attending Energie gym. Although I was running regularly and losing weight I needed help with strengthening my core and overall body tone. I asked Elliott if he could help and to be honest it's been a revelation. Elliott has guided me through a once weekly exercise routine that has totally transformed my approach to a body workout. He has taught me how to do exercises correctly to maximise core strength and body conditioning. I would personally recommend anyone wishing to lose weight and tone up to book a session with Elliott and hopefully like me you won't regret it.

    Elliott has been a great PT. The plans are tailored towards my goals and performance and I have really noticed a difference in a short time. As well as a great training plan he has offered nutrition advice. He is punctual and good in his communication. Good equipment and the sessions have worked well both outdoors and at the gym. Highly recommended

    I have been training with Elliott for nearly five months now and have loved every moment - would highly recommend him and his services. Elliott is extremely professional, sending through overviews of the PT session beforehand and guiding you through every exercise with great knowledge and experience. Feeling fitter and stronger than I have done in a long time thanks to him!

    Elliott is a great personal trainer. Although I am not good at training, he is always supportive and patient with me at every sessions. He arranges a training plan on each session from different angles such as focusing on strength or cardio, which enables me to really enjoy each session with Elliott very much. In addition, his expertise in training and nutrients does help improve my wellbeing. His support can achieve my goal to stay physically and mentally healthy, and gain weight. Definitely highly recommended!!

    Patient, professional, adaptable and amazingly friendly!! Would 100% recommend!! Started from scratch and explained everything to me with patience, he even gave me loads of tips whenever it came to diet and nutrition. Will definetly ask for his services once I'm back in Brighton!

    I've been with Elliott for half-a-year, and he's been great. He understood what I was trying to achieve in mobility, and has diligently pushed me and helped me. And a good chap too
