I haven't had access or ability to see a dentist properly for a long time. I was very anxious , both the dentist and technician were understanding during my initial appointment. We discussed the extensive dental work I need to have done and I felt much better about getting that started with the dentists understanding I'm an anxious patient.

Excellent service. Booking was made quickly and efficiently. Dentist analysed the problem, gave advice and suggested solutions. Fixed the broken tooth very satisfactorily. Private dental treatment is always expensive!

Having recently damaged some teeth I was not looking forward to attending my check-up. However Fatma and her assistant were amazing and really put me at ease so that a proper assessment could be made. Would highly recommend.

Ash is amazing, I really do not like dentists after bad experience as a child and I really trust she knows what she is doing. Great communication throughout procedures which calms my nerve alot. Never rushing me and always takes the time to explain everything. She is also incredibly good at what she does!! Best work iv ever had done!

Fatima was absolutely amazing. My daughter has anxiety issues and nuerodiverse. This dentist lady was prepared and made it fun for her to get in the chair then got on with everything quickly so it was done before any chance to think about it was there. Very impressed, highly recommend

My dentist is very good. Jas. Only problem I have is the cost of all the treatments. You don't understand what it's like living on a state pension. A few pounds makes a lot of difference.

Yet another new dentist - although the dentist was efficient and communicated clearly, I just felt like a number on a list being ticked off.It was all very clinical and lacked any warmth and recognition that clients need putting at their ease. Had a gored the clear message on my notes to only have relaxing music playing as I have ME as well as ASD and am sensitive to noise plus bright lights fir which I wear sunglasses. I won’t be returning. Perhaps if I had been a private patient I would have been treated with more consideration and thought. I’m very disappointed after years of being registered here.

Really polite and welcoming, always accommodating when it comes to booking in appointments around working hours etc., helpful when it comes to any queries, on time for appointments, very friendly staff whether that be receptionists or dentists/nurses that always put their patients first, only dentist I will ever use.

Since childhood I have been terrified of dentists, I was born in the 60’s and they were what I can only describe as butchers then. Fatima understands my fear, this calms my anxieties, especially when a filling or cleaning is required, I listen to music on my iPhone and Fatima will touch my shoulder when the drilling stops. Fatima and her nurse are lovely, they understand and treatment is always explained and carried out with no pain. The fear is in my head and I always come out smiling. Thank you.

I called as a new patient and needed urgent dental care. The surgery fitted me in the same day and the dentist and her assistant were amazing. They were welcoming, informative about the procedure and prices and they were able to treat me the same day. I would highly recommend Damira Dental!

Great service. Saw a lovely dentist who managed to fit in my 2 children that I was meant to bring back in later in the week. They made my son at ease when he was very nervous and doesn't do well with anything medical. Friendly and helpful staff.

Visited the practice yesterday and was very happy with dental treatment I received. Everything carried out was explained to me as it progressed which I found very reassuring.

I have mixed opinions about Damira house in Andover. In terms of dentistry I’ve had very good service recently. In the past, not so much unfortunately. I’ve lost count of how many different dentists I’ve had over the last few years. My last 3 hygienist appointments have been cancelled by Damira which is very frustrating. Also make sure you challenge and ask questions because it feels like their priority is SELL SELL SELL rather than what’s right for you.

Fantastic dentist surgery. First appointment back with my two children since Covid. Felt very comfortable during arrival into reception and then again once called into see our dentist. Both myself and two children had a check up and she was amazing with the children, answered all questions I asked. I’m a nervous patient and she was extremely patient and made me feel very calm during my X-ray and check up. I came away feeling much better and we look forward to our next appointment in 6 months. We would 100% recommend Damira Wellum House Dental Practice. The staff are amazing!!

I have been visiting this dental practice with my family since I was a little girl & we all still have our appointments with Gary. I couldn’t recommend Damira enough, Gary has always been so welcoming and looked after us all to a very high standard. Would not go anywhere else!

2 years since I saw the dentist. Firstly Damira moved to an annual check up. Then had to cancel my appointment because of Covid. Rearranged but Covid caused severe asthma and was being admitted to hospital this happened twice. I take my teeth seriously and didn’t like being lectured until the facts were known. Please be mindful that there are a lack of NHS dentists and I do not take lightly cancelling ANY appointments to care for my teeth. Thank you.

Had our appointments cancelled on a bank holiday for the following day, and no reason (or apology) given for the cancellation. Initial reaction from receptionist was next available appointment in 2 months but then received a call later in the day to get them on on that day. Good recovery but not a great start. Dental treatment was fantastic - dentist was very professional, considerate but firm (with a child who hadn’t necessarily been looking after their teeth properly). Will definitely return but wary of front desk.

I went to the surgery for an emergency appointment, I had not slept in 3 days and was in agony. First the dentist did not even have the courtesy to look at me when talking to me and after 2 mins said I would not to make an appointment with my dentist to get things sorted. Absolutely no help terrible service I left exactly how I came....

Excellent reception and dentist. My appointment was cancelled 4 consecutive times over 3 months. On the last occasion l spoke with an understanding receptionist who spoke with a dentist who gave me an appointment the next day, at last. My treatment was of the finest standard.

We've been here for 10 years since I was pregnant with my daughter and have always received friendly and professional service. I was advised by the lovely Victoria Das to bring my daughter along to all of my check ups and she has never been nervous or worried about her checks ups and readily jumps in the chair 1st now. The couple of times I have need emergency treatment, I've been seen promptly and the issue resolved. The team on reception are always friendly and helpful too.x

Having broken a back tooth years ago it started giving me trouble and led to me wanting an emergency appointment. Not only was I able to get one the same day, and outside of the normal hours as the practice is open late 2 days a week, I was able to get the issue resolved via extraction straight away as well. As someone who has a panic attack at the idea of the dentist they couldn't have been more understanding and compassionate. The dentist was superb, totally understood my anxiety and did everything she could to alleviate my anxiety and keep me calm and as relaxed as possible. The whole procedure took less than 15 minutes and, with the exception of the minor discomfort of the anaesthetic needle, was completely pain free. I could not recommend this dentist more highly!

Visited the surgery where the reception was warm and friendly. Didn't wait long, and my appointment was perhaps 5 minutes late, which is acceptable I think The procedure was carried out by two friendly professionals, and the work appears satisfactory. Every where appeared clean and hygienic, and PPE was worn by the staff. This was my first time there, and I'm very impressed! Definitely would recommend.

Have to say a huge improvement on my last visit before covid . Reception staff were super helpful , the dentist and her colleague were professional, efficient and gave me information on a crown I would like including pricing . Liked filling the forms in online before visiting , saved messing about in the waiting room. The later appointment times available are super helpful for those that work long hours. I was on the verge of changing practice until this visit . Very impressed.
