I'll
start
by
saying
that,
so
far,
my
experience
with
Dr.
Elkhairi
has
been
positive
and
lovely.
This
isn't
a
review
on
the
actual
medical
care
I've
recieved
at
this
time.
However,
getting
this
office
on
the
phone
is
next
to
impossible.
Hold
times
often
count
down
from
18+
callers,
and
simply
moving
an
appointment
can
take
literal
hours.
I've
had
holds
go
over
active
phone
hours
when
I
began
the
call
far
earlier
in
the
day,
only
for
the
emergency
line
tell
me
they
couldn't
help
me,
and
to
call
the
main
office
back
the
next
day
(wash,
rinse,
repeat.)
Just
now,
I
waited
in
line
through
12
callers,
and
was
then
sent
to
voicemail
(assuming
it
rolled
over
to
lunch
hours
while
I
was
waiting)
Otherwise,
there
isn't
a
way
to
leave
a
message
or
schedule
a
callback.
.
On
top
of
that,
the
text
message
appointment
confirmation
system
doesn't
seem
to
work.
I
submitted
via
that
system
that
I
needed
to
cancel,
and
still
got
repeated
notifications
of
my
appointment
time
and
date.
I'm
now
having
to
ghost
an
appointment
I
can't
make
after
trying
to
give
notice
and
reschedule
it
during
three
business
days
because
they
apparently
don't
have
enough
staff
to
keep
up
with
the
phones.
Really
hope
I
don't
get
billled
for
no-show
to
appointments
I've
spent
4+
hours
on
hold
trying
to
move/now
cancel
because
this
system
is
broken
and
impossible
to
navigate.
Who
has
that
kind
of
time!?
I'm
glad
Dr.
Elkhairi
responds
quickly
via
the
portal
now
that
I'm
established
with
her,
but
know
that
getting
to
that
point
took
me
a
while.
Reading
other
reviews,
it
looks
like
they
have
been
having
this
issue
for
a
long
time,
and
the
establishment
likes
to
come
into
the
comments
to
make
excuses/promise
better
phone
handling...
Be
wary.
You
deserve
responsiveness
with
your
healthcare.
