Katie

actually
the
best!!!
She’s
lovely,
so
warm
and
welcoming
but
also
very
professional.
I’ve
only
recently
moved
to
the
area
so
am
a
new
customer
-
the
first
time
I
went
she
made
sure
to
ask
exactly
what
I
wanted
and
even
went
to
the
effort
of
asking
to
see
pics
of
the
style
and
length
that
I
like
(I’ve
been
to
plenty
of
lash
artists
and
no
one
has
ever
bothered
to
ask
this
much
to
make
sure
I
was
happy
with
the
end
result).
I’ve
been
to
a
couple
of
other
places
locally
and
got
a
bit
of
a
funny
vibe
from
the
lash
artists
and
if
I’m
honest
it
all
felt
a
bit
cliquey
so
was
reluctant
to
go
back.
Katie
is
so
sweet
and
she
delivers
the
goods
(lashes)
every
single
time

The
salon
room
is
beautiful,
well
laid
out
with
plenty
of
space
and
a
comfy
bed
with
a
blanket.
Katie
always
makes
sure
to
check
if
I’m
comfortable
and
warm
enough
☺️
She
also
always
asks
if
there’s
anything
specific
i
would
like
to
listen
to,
such
as
a
radio
station
or
fave
podcast.
I
look
forward
to
my
appointments
as
it
feels
like
I’m
going
to
see
a
mate!
She’s
chatty
and
funny
and
the
whole
experience
is
easy
and
enjoyable.
Katie
has
also
taken
the
time
to
recommend
nail
bars
and
other
beauty
places
to
me
as
I’m
new
in
the
area
which
is
lovely.
Plus
I
get
to
leave
with
banging
lashes
every
time!
