I recently visited with my autistic son, hoping for a pleasant and understanding experience. Unfortunately, our visit was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The staff appeared more interested in making a quick buck than providing a quality service. When it was my son’s turn, the barber was unbelievably rude. He manhandled my son’s head, displaying a complete lack of patience or understanding for someone with special needs. To make matters worse, the barber rushed through the haircut, leaving it sloppy and uneven. It was evident that they were solely concerned about the next customer and their money. The appalling customer service we received left us feeling disrespected and hurt. I strongly advise against visiting this place unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect and having your money taken without receiving the service you deserve. This establishment is money-hungry and disgustingly rude, making it a place to avoid at all costs.

I have been a regular at this barbers since 2018, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Every haircut I’ve ever had has been perfect. Quite easily one of, if not the best barbers in Wallingford. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very good barber.

Me and my son have been using these barbers almost since they've opened. The owner is clearly very experienced and always talking and making conversation. Some of the staff could do with a bit more experience but otherwise its a great place for a variety of services. I give it a big thumbs up and am always feeling happy when I leave.

We have been using this hair/beauty salon for almost two years. Always brilliant service- friendly and very helpful. My son won’t go anywhere else as other places always ruin his haircut. Quite often it gets very busy and you have to sit and wait in a queue but its worth it!

The best barbers around for miles! Staff are very professional and patient with my 3 boys and always do a great job. Can't recommend them enough! You won't be disappointed! I won't go anywhere else.

Easily one of the worst haircuts I've had in a while, and to top it off - it was £21! so I had to go over my £20 note and break a tenner. Barber took about 50 minutes to do a skin fade and trim off the top, whilst taking multiple phone calls from his wife in between. Then had the audacity to ask me to leave a 5 star review whilst I'm sat there trying to get home as soon as possible as I was hoping for a quick cut in the first place😂.
