😠 I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If you have any gynecological issues or conditions, stay away. I saw two providers in this office who were both rude and dismissive of my concerns. I have been a client of this office for over two years and I have to explain my case to them at every visit...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If you have any gynecological issues or conditions, stay away. I saw two providers in this office who were both rude and dismissive of my concerns. I have been a client of this office for over two years and I have to explain my case to them at every visit as if I am a first-time client. I They do not follow up after concerns or procedures. Some off the staff that works underneath the NP/OBGYN are super uneducated about things that have been routine at other offices I have been a patient at. Worst of all, the only solution they seem to recommend for serious issues is birth control. I am never going back.

I called this place twice today To make an appointment and still was not helped. The receptionist that answered the phone was so horrible and the worst customer service. She sounded like she didn’t want help me at all she was miserable. If you don’t wanna help the customers you should’ve answering the phone and stayed home. This place don’t even deserve one star they suck to the fullest. I mean I like OSU don’t get me wrong. But this clinic they hire criminal. She wrote my address and I live in the same building. 160 W Wilson Bridge that is scary haa I know.

Have decided to change OB/GYN. I am on Medicare and glad I know to some degree what is covered. It only covers a pelvic and breast exam every 2 years. When I went in as a new patient I was due for a PAP and did not receive one (It had been 3 years at that point.) I then called to schedule for my next appointment and they wanted to schedule me for this fall. Problem is Medicare would not have covered it since it won't be 24 months until May of 2024. Any other doctor I have scheduled with are aware of the guidelines (for example mammogram they will always make sure it is 12 months+ so it is covered.) I cannot go in for a PAP now until May of 2024 since it won't be covered again until then since I have to wait the 24 months for a pelvic making it 7 years since my last PAP. I was grateful to read that since I have never had an abnormal PAP and over 65 it is not really necessary for me to receive a PAP anymore. Also there were no instructions on a Rx cream I was receiving. Then when the pharmacy/insurance required them to put the instructions on the Rx it was not consistent with the instructions I had been given (and confirmed) in the Dr.'s office. While I know how to apply it, if I were to be hospitalized and someone else had to apply it the instructions for application would have not been sufficient. I need to feel more confident in those I depend on to help me safeguard my health.

I had a wonderful experience with OSU Midwives. The encouragement and support was outstanding. When I didn’t feel confident they were confident in how my body works. I was about to have a VBAC and my midwife was by my side the entire time. I was so confused she was sitting with me during labor and not coming and going because I wasn’t ready to push. This team won my heart.

Not sure what's up with the lack of reviews/ any bad reviews. My doctor ( Michaela) was so kind, personable and efficient. I had to get blood work done as well and the phlebotomist was so quick, it was painless. Nice clean waiting room. No complaints. I would let patients know that the entrance is through the parking garage (unless I missed that somewhere.) Very pleased with my experience!!

I've been seeing doctors with this practice for 8+ years! This location is more updated and is in a nice area! The receptionists and nurses have always been kind and willing to answer any questions or fit me in asap. The doctors are phenomenal and have saved my life on two separate occasions and one of my children's lives! They go above and beyond and care for me like I am family! Definitely recommend!

Poor communication at this location. Nurses not empathetic when I was experiencing a miscarriage. No one could give me answers. Every time they called me or I called them, the nurses would only tell me they were passing information along to the midwife.

I won't be returning here. Obgyn was surface nice, but had a nasty edge and tone that came to the surface during my appt. I deliberately ignored the slightly condescending tone & a few unnecessary digs when going through my chart. The Pap consisted of a finger touch, and "everything looks fine" w/no swabs. That's not an exam, and I guess that's all you get. Once the appt was over, it was back to being nice, friendly physician.
