Very
disappointed
with
the
service
in
this
branch.
Waited
for
my
food
(roughly
20-30
minutes)
only
to
be
told
that
they
lost
my
order.
I
was
one
of
the
first
few
customers
who
arrived
for
dinner
on
a
Monday.
If
I
did
not
follow-up
because
all
the
people
who
came
after
me
were
already
eating,
I
wouldn’t
know
that
my
order
was
lost.
None
of
the
staff
noticed
that
my
food
was
not
delivered
yet
when
most
of
the
people
who
came
after
me
already
got
their
orders.
And
when
I
decided
to
just
pay
for
the
drink
instead
and
not
take
the
ramen
anymore,
I
was
told
that
they
are
already
making
it,
so
essentially,
I
had
no
choice
but
to
just
wait
for
it
(because
I
went
here
to
satisfy
a
craving
and
not
to
waste
food)
and
pay
for
it.
Regarding
the
food,
the
Ramen
was
nice.
I
wish
the
spicy
paste
was
a
little
bit
more
spicy
though.
Good
thing,
I
really
liked
the
cold
Green
Tea,
that
is
why
I
am
still
very
cool
despite
my
hunger.
=)
In
total,
I
paid
£16
for
everything.
I
hope
this
is
just
an
isolated
incident
because
this
ramen
shop
was
highly
recommended
by
many
people.
