I don't do reviews. I also understand working in food service on a holiday -- but having workers stand around and restock items that aren't empty while the lobby is full of people waiting for mobile orders -- along with myself waiting for over 45 minutes for two simple drinks is insane. And taking walk up orders while mobile orders (who are typically in a rush!!) And filling those first? NOT COOL.

Horrible. Waited 20 min for a frappe that was nothing but water. Ordered no whip due to dietary restrictions. No whip on receipt. Loaded with whip on top. Can we get an option for zero stars? Thank God these people want 15/hr to do a horrible job. I almost wondered if the receipt was written in cursive and they couldn't read it but no it was clear. #sadfutureofamerica.

I don't go to Starbucks often, but by far, this has been one of the best experiences I've had. The workers were really sweet and understanding. I ordered a grande caramel crunch and it was AMAZING. I went in the next day and ordered a tall strawberry creme frappe. It was spectacular. If you are ever in Corbin, I'd highly recommend it.

This is for my visit on 9/16/2023. I went through the drive thru & it took about an hour to get to the window. I wasn’t greeted when I pulled up to the drive thru window. I was asked to choose an option (for tipping) while her head was turned & her attention was on what her coworker was saying to her & she totally ignored me the whole transaction. My frozen drink barely had any flavor & tasted more like frozen ice than a mocha frappe w/ a shot of espresso. This is the worse Starbucks experience I have ever had!!

I have a lot of hope for this location, and being newly opened I hope to only see improvement (and to be able to edit this review!) I ordered a grande latte only to find my cup was not filled all the way. Friendly staff does not excuse missing product. If I wanted a tall, I would have ordered a tall. This was not grande size. I was able to place my mobile order and pickup with ease, 0730 seemed to be the right time to go - this place is packed around the building during the day. Hopefully others are getting their full orders, please educate staff! *Picture of my grande latte before I even took a drink*

This particular Starbucks location consistently falls short in several aspects. The long lines are a recurring issue; just this Monday, I found myself waiting at the drive-thru speaker for a full five minutes before someone finally greeted me and took my order. Oddly enough, by the time I got to the front of the line, it had cleared out significantly, leaving me perplexed about the delay. The quality of the drinks at this location has also been a consistent disappointment. They never seem to get hot enough, and the taste pales in comparison to what I've experienced at other Starbucks branches. In my most recent visit, I hoped to grab a drink for a friend, but I was met with a chaotic scene. Cars were piling into the drive-thru, and the line was at a standstill. Frustrated, I decided to go inside, only to encounter a giant puddle of water right in front of the register. I had no choice but to stand in it while placing my order. To make matters worse, the cashier struggled with operating the scanner for the customer in front of me, causing significant delays. What's even more concerning is that, three people waiting in the line ahead of me at the counter for ordering on app, none of their drinks had been prepared despite their ordering ahead. This Starbucks location consistently fails to stock most seasonal drinks, even though they are listed on the menu board with signs indicating they are "not available" or "sold out." The overall inability to provide a variety of beverages is frustrating. The root cause of these issues remains a mystery to me. It's disheartening that a Starbucks, known for its reputation and premium prices, cannot provide a consistently positive experience. This disappointment is compounded by the fact that this Starbucks was long-anticipated in the area, yet it has proven to be challenging to enjoy.

I ordered through the mobile app and arrived to find the lobby closed forcing everyone to use the drive thru. 56 min I waited in line to get my single now luke warm coffee before the next 5 hours of my drive. The girl at the window took 4 min to greet me and gave no explanation or apology for the excessive wait. I feel for the obviously overwhelmed staff but the coffee is charged as a premium product and the service and quality have tanked.

Only potentially decent coffee place on the highway that would have a bit to eat, but while the door is open, they are not serving walk-ins. The staff was not very pleasant in informing us about this either. (There was a small print note on the door) This was the last time we try a Starbucks along the highway.

Starbucks. We stop here often on our road trips. Drive thru needs attention. Each time we stop here we have to park next door and walk over due to drive thru traffic blocking entire entrance to starbucks. Teach them how to make a nice line out of everyone else's way. May need instructions & signage. Otherwise, we love ❤️ yall's service & quality.

They wouldn't even let more order and the cashier said "Sorry the lobby is closed". I don't know if you can only order online. If that's the case go to the Wendy's next and buy coffee or a frosty because they will actually give to you.

Cashier was very rude when I told her my drink was made incorrectly. She became snippy and rude. She kept hitting the froth machine, and my coffee was almost boiling. When I tried to thank her and wish her a Merry Christmas, she slammed my coffee down and walked away. NEVER experienced a totally rude batista before. I travel a lot and have never really had a problem with staff.
