    Visited on Jan 21, 2023. Ordered pancakes and sausage biscuit at 8am drive thru. Traveling from TN to MI. The biscuit was brick hard on all edges. The pancakes were hard on all edges. We ate middles only. Never again. No quality check. I could tell while wrapper was on. We were already back on freeway. They hold there food to long and it was only 8am. Im thinking they were yesterday's leftovers reheated. Sad

    Went through the drive through and ordered a steak bagel for breakfast. As you can see by the photo I have attached to this review. I had to eat half of the bagel before. I ever even got to the meat. Once I did get to the meat. I was very upset to find out that a breakfast sausage had been put on the bagel instead of the steak patty. It's very sad when you pay extra money for a premium sandwich and get a very cheap imitation.. But I guess this is normal operations. Because this is the third drive through meal that was messed up in the last month that i've gone here. So 3 strikes and you're out! Taking my breakfast money elsewhere.

    The 2 employees were really rude at the drive thru. The girl lost our order when she went to take the money and looked at us like we should just drive on because she didn't know what she done on her own screen with our order. They ended up making the order twice because she rang the order up again. She obviously doesn't know how to run the pos evidently. But I have to say the manager was very very kind and patient. She had to be patient to work the crew she had working for her that night

    Ordered a big Mac meal, Burger was cold inside. Returned it for another but I refused it due to the worker only had one glove one and was touching the meat with his bare fingers after wiping hand on his pants. Manager was very nice and understanding,got a full refund.

    This location is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. We pulled to the window to pay and had our order completely wrong. Pulled to next window to get the order and was given a completely different order. Don't waste your time stopping here.

    Worst food ever. Fries - cold. Nuggets - cold. Burger - so cold the cheese was congealed. Drink was good. Ice mocha they put whip on it when told didn’t want it. Didn’t give me ice cream at all. Wouldn’t refund because I used the app. Horrible!!!

    Y'all, please count the dang chicken nuggets before you throw 'em in the bag with no sauce. You really have to wonder if there is *anyone* in charge of this place? A regional manager, someone from corporate, an owner off on a tropical island somewhere who could absolutely care less? To be in the prime location they're in, I guess they don't have to worry about fresh food or making anyone happy. They're apparently too big to fail. Just COUNT THE NUGGETS and include the sauce! My goodness.

    The lady managing this place on Sat, aug 19, 2023 is rude to customers and ignores you if there’s a problem. Other staff ignored my mom, and were snotty when she asked for salt. Kitchen manager tried to be helpful but the rude incompetent lady outranked him. The owner should fire her.

    I only give it one star because I can’t give any less. I ordered a double quarter pounder and it was raw when I bit into it. I always check to make sure my order is right I guess I’ll start making sure my food is fully cooked now.

    Laney is the most kind person and does an amazing job. She strives to to the job correctly and is very pleasant. I love going when she's working because I know the food will be correct. She even helped me one day when I was short a couple dollars. Thank you Laney!! The 5 stars are for her only Amber is very rude and especially when you take back your food. Don't like going when she is there. Food is always incorrect when she's there. I got breakfast ask for crispy bacon and she got very defensive when I took it back. I took it back because the bacon was not even cooked properly it wasn't close to being raw. This isn't good customer service

    I went here after a concert a few weeks ago and the service was terrible. I waited in line for over an hour (I expected that), but I was okay with that. I waited patiently and I was pleasant to the people in the drive thru. I placed my order for 2 micchickens, 2 medium fries, and 2 large drinks. I get to the window to get my food and my order is all wrong. I was handed 2 sandwiches, one medium fry, one large drink and one medium drink. I wasn't given a receipt at the pay window. I told the woman at the window my order was wrong she rudely said "no it's not you're getting what you paid for you paid for a medium drink". And asked for the receipt I told her I wasn't given. I kept sitting there waiting for my correct order she turned away and acted like she wasn't going to help me and give me the correct order. I told her over and over I don't even know how many times what my order was. She finally gave me my other fry. I then told her I paid for another large drink. She FINALLY rudely gives it to me. We get down the road and finally eat our food we waited over an hour for and had to fight for at the window, the chicken was tough, the fries were stale, and the drinks tasted off. I'm not one to complain, I've worked in food and retail, I'm super patient and understanding, but the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness was uncalled for. I will not be returning here.

    My entire order was messed up part of it missing, my oder was supposed to be 3 egg mc muffins, 3 hash browns 2 large coffees and a order of biscuits and gravy. i was given 3 sausage biscuits, 3 hash browns and two coffees. It is my fault I did not check my order until I got to my detination. Did have time to go back.
