Popped in here for a Guinness. Was not disappointed, lovely drinks, friendly bar staff and relaxed atmosphere. We didn’t stay long but sat outside to soak up the atmosphere and it was very lovely

We had an absolute blast here. The music was a little loud so it was difficult to give orders without speaking really loud but regardless, the live band they had was amazing and it was a lot of fun. The ambiance of this place would make me want to go there again and I would recommend it whenever they have a live band!! The security guards were fun to talk and joke around with at entry. The drinks were good and the food was good as well.

If you love the live music experience, this is your place, honestly. Live music of the 80s, 90s, 00s and even more! Live music in the middle of Chinatown even on Mondays, and the weekends are a blast. Entrance in weekend isn't expensive and during the week is free. Drinks are nice too and no really expensive, highly recommend.

As my brother said: This is one of the best places i have been too. Service directly to the table late into the night, live music, good food, good drinks, really nice service - even on the freaking toilets! 10/10 would come again.

DRINKS🍺 : We ordered two cocktails : one vodka based and one double gin tonic. The vodka one which was supposed to be passion fruit flavored had passion fruit flavor but no juice ?? I have never seen a cocktail diluted with water.. the taste was ok, it would have been much better with some juice. PRICE💶: Average price SERVICE👩‍🍳 : It took nearly 20 min to order two drinks... The music was so loud everyone was shouting to understand one another.. in vain. Once I ordered with signs, the bartender must not have understood me and NEVER served us (he wasn't busy either). After 5 min waiting we went to another bartender who was nice but didn't seem to know the existence of the passionfruit vodka cocktail.. ENVIRONMENT🏡: The bar is located inside Chinatown, very cool neighborhood. In the lively neighborhood of Piccadilly circus, it was one of the only bar still opened after 11pm on a Sunday night. They had Irish style live music which was very nice but the music was extremely LOUD, even if you shout you could barely be understood.

So here we were, in front of the place. I wanted to ask something from a staff member, saw a perfectly idle (again: perfectly. idle.) bouncer and went and ask my question. Well, I really only said 3 words: — Hello! Can I — Yes, sir, here's the line. (He pointed at the waiting line.) — Yes, thank you, I can see that. Can I please just ask you — Here's the line. (Bigger eyes, frowning) Grand. So interestingly London has its paid zoo, but if you want a similar experience for free, you know just the spot (visit at your own risks). So what did O'Neils gain from their employee's attitude? I guess they'll never know what my question was. Nor how much money me and my friend would spend on a night out.

Nice atmosphere, music was alright, security/ staff were nice. The venue is very big with three floors and two bars. There was live music and later a dance floor. All in all a nice place to enjoy the evening.

Fun night with DJ music on Friday. It was busy by 10 pm but not so much that there weren’t space to dance. Good vibes.

If your visiting the Chinatown area want to watch a game get a drink and have a good time. Your at the place. They have an amazing menu for food, delicious cocktails and can't forget the three floors of just about everything you can think of. My favorite was the second floor as you can get the atmosphere of the games good foods and drinks. For the review I would give it a 8.9 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale. I will come back to try out the food and see how it goes. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh

I was in the pub, and with my friends we needed to use the cloak service, Sanju was really nice and helpful. It is really a place to stay with your friends even if you don't reserve a table. The live music was incredible. Surely if they sing again I would go again next week

Great location, busy and noisy. Prices are good considering this is in the West End. Food is the standard chain quality but it's fine to accompany drinks.

They were one of the few places open to eat on Christmas and was packed, we were lucky to find a place to sit and it was raining outside, we ordered fish and chips, 2 pizza and had some drinks, they played Christmas carols and the vibe was great

Really nice place for drinks on a weekend. (haven't tried the food) Very central, right in China Town. 3 floors available. Live band in the 3rd floor was really good. Drink prices decent before midnight, after Probs +3 pound for the same drink. Bathrooms available.

TBF, I've been here many times and had a decent time, nice staff, decent vibe etc, however I just had a tragic experience. I was in the queue when a homeless man came out from nowhere and started on me when I was at the front of the queue. Totally random, unprovoked etc. The security guard saw what was happening, could have let me in and /get away however opted to step back and suggested that I deal with it. Could have let me in and out of harm's way. Very poor form.

This pub has a great location, and its busy so plan to come on time if there is live music. Prices are a bit high but you need to consider this is in the West End. Food is ok, chain quality. The atmosphere during the live music is great.

Good place for a pint or two, and also for some food offers, but kind of expensive. Location and ambience is great.

It's a pure fact that pubs are not cheap. That's just one of those things. We can't expect the same prices from 15 years ago. But, its not a cheap pass time going out drinking pints. As for the pub itself, a decent place with a good choice of beers.

It was OK. The person behind the bar was rude and tried to give me his version of a drink rather than go to the place where the stock was to make the drink. Was talking about customers to the team, which I found uncomfortable. Everything else was great OK atmosphere. Other members were great. It's just a shame the experience was spoiled by a couple of key staff members

Great venue in the heart of Chinatown. 3 floors plenty of room and great live music. Even the doormen are friendly! (But don't bring a water bottle, sealed or not, they WILL confiscate them)

I love an O'Neills but this one, despite it's great location is average at best. The door staff are quiet abrupt. The DJ started slow and badly however appeared to improve as the bar filled out. And I was overcharged for drinks. So sadly, not the best experience 😔

Stopped of for a couple of drinks and sat outside as it was a nice day. Have to say though the aperol spritz was the smallest glass I've ever had anywhere, normally get a bigger glass than that drink. Still enjoyed my drink though.

Awful place, security guard man handled me because I wouldn’t move quick enough for the queue. He grabbed me by the arm and shoved me away. I have bruises to show it. Really shocked by this treatment, was just coming to see my friends. Awful man

Great place with good music. But they didn't tell us that the drinks were an extra £2 per pint and spirit, £4 per double on the top floor. Left a bitter taste the next day when checking receipts

Proper singalong boozer. From the friendly and professional door staff to the cordial and diligent bar and floor staff led to a needed drink after a meal in Soho. Funky duo singing songs from the 60s to current day led a mixed and merry crowd in the downstairs bar. Drinks were served quickly and band below filleted by 3 guys positing upstairs which created a lovely evening with friends who swear we will be visiting again.

O’Neill’s is an incredible night! From the moment you meet the door staff, if you’re nice to them they will be amazing towards you. Such a great party atmosphere (which is what London is about!!). Huge kudos to the Spanish manager who was in charge of the bar, (Sunday 12/09) the downstairs bar! Amazingly accommodating on a Sunday night, full of energy, if only the world was full of people like her! Fantastic night. We need O’Neill’s everywhere.

I went to O’Neils last night and it was one of the best nights of my life. The staff were great as was the atmosphere 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Went the other day when it was the 02 priority deal, it was Quite hectic and the bar team was very fast considering the amount of people lining up to get their 2 free drinks. My QR code didn’t work for me for some odd reason but a member of staff was kind enough to pay for one of my Guinnesses small brown Asian fella didn’t get a chance to catch his name but I Really did appreciate the kind gesture, made my day.

Brilliant bar, over 3 floors, top floor hosting the live bands. We had a great time, before a certain time it's free too.

  • 4/5 JOHN M. 2 years ago on Google
Yeah, good bar at sensible prices. Good atmosphere with a band on as well. Only 4 stars this time as bar staff were scarce and took sometime to get a served with drinks, at times only one person serving. Otherwise though good.

If you want to chill out and listen to great bands them O'Neills is a great place. It is one of my favourite places as it's open until about 3:00am. Some customers can get a bit too leery after a few drinks, its not a great place for a quiet talk and you have to guard your drink a tiny little left from the cleaning staff but it's always a great night to boogie to experienced live bands playing cover tracks.

We had an amazing time here! The male manager was so funny and helpful. He remembers our drinks and helped carrying them to our table. He also joked with us and made everyone laughed. Will definitely be back to ONeills again when we are in London

A quiet pub to enjoy the football game during the day, found right in the middle of China town, the staff are extremely friendly and they have a great variety of food and drink. This place also transforms itself into a club at night with live bands performing as well as a DJ in another section. The atmosphere changes depending on when you go. I absolutely love this place and would definitely recommend this place for time with your friends and family.

Great night out here on a Thursday. There was a live band on playing classic tunes. It was good of the door staff to let one of our group in despite his lack of ID. I hope that not too many of my workmates get to see the video....

  • 5/5 Alan Y. 1 year ago on Google
Great location and very decent beer too, including tank beer (Meantime). Ideal for watching sport, plenty of room upstairs. Usually very busy but lots of staff and even more security carrying out bag searches etc given the pub’s location. Always worth a visit when you’re in town.

Spacious lunch time haven with very good allergy procedures by staff. Some vegan options. Plenty of excellent Asian food elsewhere but if you fancy a simple wrap with chips & drink for a tenner in a calmer environment at lunchtime it’s perfectly reasonable (opens midday or just after)

  • 4/5 James F. 8 months ago on Google
First time I’ve ever been in an O’Neill’s, drinks really expensive, food was okay, Service was okay. My food came out and it was wrong, so asked them for my correct order. It came out and it was stoned cold. I really couldn’t be arsed to argue about it. My partners food was hot. I wouldn’t go back to that O’Neill’s, but will probably try another one.

I was looking for a pub where I could watch the final f1 race of the season and have lunch. This place popped so I went to check it out and it was a great spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was fast. Of course they had vegan options on the menu. The burger i had was delicious. I didn’t expect almost every table to have their own tv so that was convenient. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant and it wasn’t very crowded despite it being on a very busy street.

1st review -Taps on taps here. Our lovely bartender recommended a tasty beer because I was quite clueless when we walked in. Just the ambiance I was looking for- a comfy welcoming bar with lots of beer options. Location is very central. Lots of things to do when you walk out because you’ll be in the heart of China town. Will be back later haha😅🤫 - sooo we went back bc of our earlier experience and now I take it all back WOW what jerks at the door. From the guys at the entry to the napoleonic “door manager”- Had drinks, food, and friends at the bar and wasn’t let back in because the bouncer saw me talking to “a dealer” which I didn’t know, I even explained to the police the issue and they treated me with utter disregard especially the “manager” what a condescending little person. I doubt we’ll ever be back after they wouldn’t even let me get my coat etc. I guess they count on tourists and not repeat customers. Did I mention I was leaving tips and buying rounds. As I finish this I can safely say we will not be returning and will consciously recommend others to avoid this place in the evening. Because if I wasn’t with friends then they wouldn’t have let me get my coat etc. I wasn’t inebriated and very polite with them and Napoleonic manager started shouting so the Bobby’s would hear. To which I addressed them because I had done nothing wrong. Imagine being an respectful adult and some bouncer tells you who you can and cannot speak to as if they your mum. What kind of politics is this - the place is shiet Period. And it’s not only me that was being subjected to this kind medieval behavior.

Great bar for a drink or two (or 3,4...🤣) in the weekends. Good music and vibe ✅

  • 4/5 Pilar P. 1 year ago on Google
Live music at night really nice, you have 3 floors, the first one more for dining and chill out, second for commercial music and the top with live music. There is a terrace for those twhosmoke, so you don't need to leave the please.

  • 5/5 Eggie 1 year ago on Google
Good space, very clean and fast service / staff that are lovely. Very good live music, simple guitar sing songs that don’t drown you out when trying to have a conversation. It’s London prices mind you so half a pint is £3.50 which is the same price as a pint in Yorkshire, can’t be an alcoholic in London that’s for sure!

  • 2/5 Henry M. 2 months ago on Google • 1 review New
We were sat by the door where two chairs were placed. When the music started a young guy came to us and told us we had to drink and go, our drinks were 3/4 full. We said once we’ve finished. Then a very rude bouncer came to us and said we had to go. Safe to say we will never visit here again. Staff need to learn some customer satisfaction
