A new beginning After a lifetime of acute dental phobia I have found a solution. Over thirty years I have been too nervous to step inside a dental clinic, even walking past the door made me anxious. Having researched extensively, I found Canon House through the register for dental phobia and my life has turned around. Firstly with Chloe’s caring, thoughtful guidance and support, my first conversation with Dr. Mark Hughes and subsequent consultation and treatment I have been building confidence that has never been possible before. The empathy, respect and understanding they have shown me has been outstanding with the result that I am embarking upon a life changing journey with confidence and the support of a fantastic team. For the first time in ten years I am smiling ! As a quick update in the last five weeks I have had my full day surgery. I first spoke with lovely Chloe who answered a lo of my questions, asked for some pictures and talked me through meeting, appt and a lot of other things. I met Wonder Dr Hughes for my consultation and being the worlds most nervous patient even for a check up I had no fears or nerves at all. With the technology he has and discussions each step of the way through the process of my needs and wants including up front pricing I can say this really is in line with Harley St Dentistry. The waiting room was like a georgian mansion and totally awe inspiring and relaxing before consultation. None of my questions and fears to Dr Hughes were silly, he really made me feel like I was his only patient and that he really cared not only about my treatment but my happiness and relief in myself. Mark is the most professional and talented dentist I have ever known.He has a wonderful kind manner and explains everything so carefully. The surgery is beautiful with the state of the art equipment. I would recommend to everyone who would like a trustworthy, caring dentist. He has improved my smile and given me the confidence to show it.

The practice is really lovely and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. I met with Michelle to discuss Invisalign, I left feeling really confident and with all the information I needed.

I have been a patient of this clinic for over a year now and I have done a few treatments with them like Invisalign, Root canal treatment, tooth extraction and implant consultations, and sorting problems with sore gums. Everyone I have met has been a first class extremely knowledgeable professional from the receptionist to the clinicians and the specialists I have seen, they all have done their best for me and always advise me in my best interest too. I am towards the end of my Invisalign done by Dr. Michelle Sayour and Dr. Naomi Bovis. Their eye to detail is incredible and desire to achieve 100% customer satisfaction too. My root canal treatment was done by Dr. Rupi (Rupinda) Reel who kept checking on me months done the line that the infection has been completely cured and not coming back. Chloe identify why my gums were getting sore and advise me how to treatment them to resolve the problem. Apologies to all other professionals assisting with my treatments for not knowing all their names but Thank you to all of you too.
