Firstly
we
was
not
informed
at
any
point
that
you
needed
to
leave
a
deposit
I
did
not
receive
a
pin
code
to
access
the
hotel
front
door,
I
only
recieved
the
code
after
payment
of
the
Β£50
deposit
at
the
sister
hotel
a
couple
of
streets
away,
so
very
misleading
in
the
confirmation
email.
The
room
was
a
suite!
It
was
a
double
room
at
best.
For
some
strange
reason
it
had
a
massage
bed
lent
up
against
the
wall,
rather
peculiar,
and
also
one
lodged
under
the
bed.
The
bed
itself
was
very
old
,
and
the
most
uncomfortable
mattress
in
the
world,
my
wife
and
I
had
an
absolute
nightmare
trying
to
sleep,
managed
only
a
few
hours.
The
toilet
lid
in
the
bathroom
was
faulty
as
well
as
dirty
with
urine
stains
when
lifted.
Loose
wobbly
taps
in
the
tiniest
sink
hardly
usable.
Atfter
checking
out
I
sent
a
message
about
when
our
deposit
would
be
refunded
and
got
no
response.
It's
a
shame
that
not
more
love
and
care
has
been
put
into
this
hotel,
its
beyond
chic,
just
plain
old
shabby.
The
photos
online
are
clearly
not
what
you
get.
