Dr Adele is a true, highly skilled professional Dental Surgeon and a Gentleman , he also has a great sense of humour. From the moment I met him for my consultation on a full Upper Set of Implants , he made me feel welcome and reassuringly at ease. He took the time to explain my procedure in great detail and this quickly gave me total confidence to go forward. I am now 2 weeks post treatment and happy to report that I have regained my confident smile that has been missing for many years. Recovery has been so easy , no pain, just a slight discomfort which is improving daily. If there was an opportunity to give 10 stars out of 5 then I would not hesitate . I decided to have full implants and after a lot of research decided I would visit Smilewell in Borehamwood. My first consultation was on 29th August 2023. From the moment I walked in the staff were very professional and friendly. I was early and was immediately offered refreshments by the Receptionist. Within 5 minutes I was called in to see Dr Adeel Ali who I now call the Magician. After a quick chat, he examined me and then I had the relevant OPG and CBCT scans. I returned to see Dr Ali and he checked my scans. I was concerned at this point he might not be able to help me as my teeth and gums were in bad condition and had been so for many years. Dr Ali explained to me in layman’s terms what he could do to give me back my smile and allow me to enjoy my food again something I had struggled to do for sometime. I was confident in his advice and knew this was exactly what I wanted. I had made my mind up within two minutes of us chatting that this was a man I trusted and he was going to give me my new implants . I returned Thursday 31st August and photos and impressions were taken. On 14th September Dr Ali and his team removed my old teeth and inserted my full implants - top and bottom. I opted for anaesthetic which I would recommend as there was minimum pain during surgery. I think I felt one injection. The care received on the day was outstanding. I could not fault them in anyway. The service is professional and premises spotless. Dr Adeel is very knowledgeable/skilled , he was reassuring throughout the whole process. He is in my opinion an expert in his field and I have full confidence in him and his team. His fees are very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending the Smilewell. On 25th September I saw Dr Ali for a post surgery check up and all is well. Further advice on care of the temporary implants was given and I will be returning In 3-4 months to have the final implants fitted. One other thing to note is everything is completed on site including the actual Implants themselves. They are made in the on site laboratory and not outsourced. Desperately in need of a trusted Dentist, and fortunately spotted Smile Well Clinic and met Dr Adeel Ali . My case was a bit challenging, I was assessed thoroughly, had a suitable plan and execute it without any doubts. Obstacles come as expected but very pleased with the result . Dr Adeel is a great dentist ,the most compassionate, down to earth , and skilful implant surgeon I met . His staff was amazing , to mention Adrianna ,Daniela, and Mo . Thank you very much for being so accommodating and friendly . I guess this would be my favourite clinic after all 😃.

Having suffered from dental issues and having done some research I attended Dr Adeels clinic in November. I have had 4 in 1 in my upper and lower jaw. The results are amazing and I have a nice smile but more importantly my confidence back. I spent a day shadowing Adeel at his Grantham practice. As an implant dentist at the start of my journey this was a great opportunity for me.
