I
want
to
start
off
by
saying
the
staff
here
are
really
nice
and
I
appreciated
they
worked
me
in
on
very
short
notice.
That
being
said..
I
went
for
my
appt
because
I
had
been
in
SEVERE
pain
all
weekend
because
of
my
tooth
that
had
broken
off
beyond
my
gum.
The
dentist
decided
after
3
minutes
of
speaking
to
me
and
looking
at
my
X-ray,
I
needed
to
go
to
an
oral
surgeon
to
have
it
removed.
2-3
minutes
tops.I
was
really
disappointed!
I
needed
this
taken
out
ASAP.
I
asked
him
if
he
could
give
me
something
for
pain
because
I
could
not
bare
the
pain
I
had
been
going
through.
He’s
looking
at
a
whole
in
my
gum
almost
to
the
root
you
could
stick
your
pinky
finger
in,
tells
me
he
sees
infection
on
the
X-ray
and
that’s
where
all
my
pain
is
coming
from,
knows
I’m
severely
allergic
to
Ibuprofen
and
NSAIDS,
and
says…
Take
Tylenol..
TYLENOL!
I
told
him
the
pain
my
tooth
was
causing
will
not
be
eased
with
Tylenol.
I
had
taken
it
for
2
days!
I
hadn’t
eat,
slept..I
asked
the
assistant-ok
what
about
lidocaine
liquid
to
apply?
benzocaine
shot
in
the
gum
to
numb
it
to
help
me!
The
Dr.
says
“let
me
see
what
we
can
do”
walks
out
and
the
assistant
comes
in
to
walk
me
to
check
out.
He
didn’t
even
come
back!
I
got
antibiotics
and
a
referral
to
an
oral
surgeon.
That’s
it.
The
referral
will
take
weeks!
I
didn’t
know
what
I
was
going
to
do..
I
went
directly
to
Aspen
dental
who
were
wonderful!
.
Pulled
the
tooth
that
was
killing
me
without
a
problem
and
gave
me
A
FEW
pills
for
pain
to
help
if
I
needed
it
after.
I
HAVE
ONLY
HAD
TO
TAKE
ONE
BTW.
I
realize
we
are
in
an
opioid
epidemic,
but
honest
people
that
are
in
horrible
pain
still
need
help
when
it
was
very
much
appropriate
to
do
so
with
what
was
going
on.
HCP’s
need
to
stop
immediately
jumping
to
conclusions
and
treating
EVERYONE
like
they
are
drug
seekers.
You’re
supposed
to
treat
your
patients
..period.
