Laura is fantastic & I couldn't recommend her enough! I was first recommend to Laura by a friend after suffering lower back & shoulder pain shortly after having a baby. After a course of treatment I'm back to full fitness & even back in the gym. I still see Laura for a check up every 3 months & while everything was ok I mentioned to her I was having a lot of pain in my wrists, once again she worked her magic & I was pain free almost instantly. After suffering for weeks I was amazed that something completely unrelated to my back could be fixed so easily, Laura really is a miracle worker!

Laura and Freya both awesome have prevented the issues I have with compressed discs, and kept my chronic neck issues at bay, along with the pain I have in my right elbow/wrist. They have proven very able to analyse and solve new issues quickly which occur frequently for me - combo physical activity. I have also been seeing Naomi regularly for massage therapy. To compliment my treatment sessions. A seriously strong lady with healing hands, who is amazingly just as awesome. Since I've started coming here, It is amazing the difference it has made for me in my day to day movement and pain issues that I have in my neck. Freya has been doing an amazing job with providing treatment for our baby boy. Freya is always patient and whilst carrying out treatments keeps us informed of the benefits of each step she carries out. Freya is very professional but at the same time is excellent at ensuring our baby is happy and comfortable throughout his treatment. We can already see a big difference in him! With an open mind I attended a free consultation at Berkshire Health Clinic and met Laura. I had been suffering with headaches, lower back and neck pain. This was affecting the daily activities I was trying to participate in and sport that I had been doing for many years was becoming unenjoyable. Laura identified areas of improvement for me and began working. I am 6 months on now and are benefitting from the sessions. I no longer have a headache when I wake up and my back is much more tolerant and I feel confident to be active again and I don't regret it a few hours after. I can now sit in my car for longer than 20 minutes and can step out and not be bent over. Laura is very punctual and never lets me down. Parking is straight outside and is free. Really friendly staff, massively knowledgeable and have helped me loads from my very first visit. I have been having sports massages and every one has helped my posture and eased my back pain. I was given a planned pathway of care, so I knew from the beginning roughly how many sessions I would be committing to and what the cost would be. Booking sessions has been easy, and they have been really accommodating if I have needed to move my session for any reason. They have managed to run a very professional service during lockdown. I really cannot find fault with them in any area and would definitely recommend to anyone.
