Here's a breakdown of my experience: Service: I went to Boots to quickly grab some medication, but I was met with an incredibly slow service. The tills had a long line of customers, and despite the obvious buildup of people waiting, no additional staff members were called in to help alleviate the situation. I stood in the same spot for a staggering two minutes without any progress in the queue. This lack of attention to customer service is unacceptable. Impatience and Departure: After becoming increasingly fed up with the waiting time, I made the decision to put the item back and leave. It's disheartening when a store fails to prioritize efficient service, causing customers to abandon their intended purchases out of sheer frustration. In conclusion, my experience at Boots in Kingston was extremely disappointing. The slow service and lack of attention to the long queue at the tills were unacceptable. I left the store without purchasing the medication I needed, as the waiting time became unbearable. I hope that Boots addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more efficient and satisfactory customer experience in the future. At this time, I cannot recommend visiting this particular Boots location.

    Edit two months onwards: Husbands antibiotics for a very painful ear infection sent to boots. Arrived to Collect BOOM they closing for lunch again. Lottery if they are open. We will definitely be moving pharmacies ———— 2 months ago: Pharmacy randomly shut for lunch 1-2. Couldn’t they hire more staff as coming back there is very annoying. Also doesn’t say it shuts on google so you’d have to turn up to Know. I don’t understand how a big mainstream shop that says open til 8 is shut during the day

    5 pharmacists working, but the customer service is ridiculously slow. No system towards getting the prescription medication, had to wait twice in the queue... ridiculous. Avoid if possible.

    Went to collect my regular prescription from the pharmacy on Thursday. 8 people in front of me. 3 behind the counter. 1 serving. 1 making up prescriptions and the pharmacist. Of the 8 in front of me only 2 left with their medication the rest were sent away. After 20 minutes queuing I was told it had not arrived and to come back after 2pm. There was a long line behind me and the pharmacist came out with a sign saying she was going off to lunch- no warning to those in the queue to come back just the sign and she walked off. I left it until the next day, queue was shorter and 2 serving but I was told my meds had only just been delivered and I would have to wait 10-15 minutes? Good job I didn’t go back at 2 the previous day then! I am disabled and started to feel wobbly in the line. There is a glass consultation booth with a chair in it so I went over and grabbed it before I fell down. I got yelled at by one of the staff in front of all the queue basically shouting at me not to do that and that there were chairs over there- waving in the general direction of the door. I staggered off and found there were indeed 2 chairs by the door but out of sight of the pharmacy. Eventually I got called and the same rude female staff member said there was only half of the prescription as I already knew- I didn’t- and to come back tomorrow. I have to go back to collect the rest of my prescription but I will be transferring my community pharmacy. The staff are rude, uncaring and the pharmacy is chaotic

    Since Brexit the stock of medicines and the delay getting many of them has increased dramatically. I can no longer take in a script and expect to get the items. Also often very long queues for the pharmacy here, but staff are mostly friendly

    Poorly managed and very understaffed. There's never any stock of anything, empty shelves everywhere. Wait times for prescription and over the counter medicines are extremely long. They often don't even have enough staff to man the front of store tills.

    I would repeat what other have already mentioned about the pharmacy, the shockingly long queues. The owner or the manager probably doesn't rate, or he doesn't care, sad. My experience today, I refused to wait in line for an hour, so I went to buy perfume for my daughter for Christmas. I got an assistant who operated in such a way that she let me know that I automatically suspected theft. This behavior only confirmed in me to avoid this store and I recommend Boots to warn that all customers are automatically suspected of theft upon entering. I wish you a quick decline, but it has probably already happened here.

    Very poor stock of products, I think they will soon go bankrupt after wilko makeup shelves are almost empty, there are some forgotten products on the shelf that probably did not sell it , I wanted to buy a lip pencil from nyx but it didn't have any in stock
