There is one word to describe this hostel and its staff - EVIL! I would highly recommend for anyone to stay away from here. It is by far one of the most filthiest and dishonest hostels I have ever dealt with, and I have travelled all over staying at hostels. I was lied to on multiple occasions by a staff member named Nicole who is very rude to customers. I paid up front for my room for multiple days, and behind my back, they rented out my bed to someone else where I found their belongings on my bedding when I came back to room. They wouldn't refund my night's stay for their screwed up mess. I witnessed a large rat at night running across the parking lot near the picnic table where people sit which is very scary. It is in a very bad neighbourhood for a woman to walk alone at night. There are only 2 toilets available for over 35 people, and I had to wait in queue for 10 minutes in the morning behind 4 other people to get to the toilet. They should be shut down by the Health Dept. for inadequate toilet facilities. There is no kitchen or refrigerator for a guest to access. Be advised to stay away and find somewhere else to go.

Honestly I wish the rating system can go lower than one star. This place was sketchy the moment myself and my friend walked up to it. We arrived a few minutes after midnight, and the loud music playing from the bar was the first hint we had that this place might be a bad choice. Second hint was the police van outside with at least 4 policmen and women trying to maintain some order with the drunks that hung around outside the bar. But wait, there's so much more! We thought we'd have a look see anyway and try to give it the benefit of the doubt. Entrance to the hostel is poorly sign posted, we went into the bar which is connected to the hostel but we had to go back outside and look around, avoiding the piles of vomit on the pavement. You have to go outside and around the corner to find the entrance. After finally getting inside, we checked in with virtually no issues but once we got our room key and found our room, we were greeted by an awfully cramped room with 8 beds (we had booked a 6 bed room in the first place) and and even worse smell. The room looked like a scene from Chernobyl, and nothing like the pictures on the website. We could hardly even stomach it for two minutes when I said to my friend that we should leave. We went back to the tube station and managed to get the last tube into Heathrow and spent the night on the spacious floor of terminal two where there is a 24 hour cafe and some sockets to charge our gear. I could care less that I swallowed the 40 pounds that I spent to stay in this hellish place. Please do not make the same mistake I did. We honestly felt safer sleeping on the floor in Heathrow Terminal 2. Minus 5 stars.

Had a nice stay. Our room was very small with almost no ventilation. The shared bathrooms very spacious and relatively clean. There is a fairly priced pub downstairs. Hounslow east Underground station is a 4 minutes walk away.

Very poor place to stay, it's just on top of the pub and very noisy music till early morning 3am. Accès is not suitable for disabled people and I had a very bad experience on my last day where the power was cut off for the whole night and nobody was accessible to report. I will rate that place just 1 🌟

I booked it on a whim. A single room that is spartan however its more than I even needed. The staff is friendly and the down stairs is a pub full of friendly locals. Down the road is the rail system and your in London. As a single traveler its perfect. Within 3 hours of being there I was feeling like family.

The whole place reeks of a melange of body fluids from different parts of the world. It’s a 5-minute walk from the Piccadilly Line, Hounslow East station, but I guess you kind of expect what you get. You get one flimsy pillow and the smallest size duvet. There were discarded socks just outside a window near the “kitchen” area. The kitchen was a shelf with enough space for a microwave placed sideways so you can still open the microwave door, and a kettle. I never had to use the room keycard because the door was never closed. There were 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets, one toilet and 1 shower wasn’t working. I can definitely get better deals with better service for cheaper more centrally if I booked earlier, but it was an immediate need. The staff tried to do their best, but the guy on duty was new and needed a little more time to get his act together. I agree with all the 1-star rated reviews regarding safety and noise, and just staying at the airport overnight. But, I give it an extra star for surviving and existing.

Terrible for the price. If this was a 5£ per night hostel I'd be fine but for 20£? There's no wifi, the beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom are disgusting and for some reason a DJ is playing hard techno music in the reception at 11:40 in the evening Have you thought that maybe a place where people pay to sleep in it should not have loud techno blasting through the halls?

Okay. Where do i start? This is the worst place we have ever stayed! Upon arrival there is no differential between the pub and the hotel. The lady working behind the bar had to do everything! We felt sorry for her. She had very little support from the owner who was drinking with the punters. The barwoman had to fend for herself. The room was small and untidy. Just one small towel provided for both of us. Had to ask for more towels. The carpets were not kept clean. The stairways were dirty. We paid £44 but would have paid a little extra to go elsewhere. The shared bathrooms were not kept tidy either. Im not one give a bad review. We've stayed in many budget hotels, but do not use this hotel unless there is really no option. Go elsewhere. Location is fine.

Pros: The Office staff are nice and happy to help. It is close to the train station, the restaurants, shopping centre and bars near the hostel are really well priced. Cheapest I came across in London Cons: the hostel is not clean. I didn’t want to use the bathroom. it was smelly dirty and piss on the ground. Also the beddings cleanliness was questionable 😬

POSITIVES: Clean sheets, comfy bed, privacy curtains around bunk, key-card entry rooms, each bed has a lamp, a plug socket and 2 USB charging ports! NEGATIVES: Very run down looking, only some of the showers have hot water, 1 toilet was broken and duck taped closed (suggesting it has been broken a while), other toilet had that annoying think where they put a scalding hot towel rail next to the toilet so when you sit down you invariably burn your knee. 1 of the door locks was broken and almost all of them were left open (defeating the purpose). Hostel itself was OK, just very scruffy looking and as a result I saw other guests treating it badly (not flushing the toilet, leaving food packaging lying about). Would I stay here again? For £15 a night... Possibly.

Since last time there, it's now changed to a bed and breakfast, rooms and beds are far more comfortable, TVs and coffee making stuff in rooms, it's a quite significant improvement, people staying there have been mostly friendly, but it is a transitionary place, so heavy turnover, very few long timers, it does get noisy, but we are over a bar so duh!!!! Lol, staff are friendly and helpful, and deal with issues when they arise, all around it's a pretty nice place, it's also got a takeaway attached Punjabi karahi, pubs the white bear pub.

Yuk all the way. We wanted cheap and cheerful. This was just cheap. We really wanted a place to crash but that does not mean dirty and not clean.

Room was less than a basic. Smoking smell everywhere. Parking was there but payment edges were very high if wasn't careful I could have damaged my wheels and tyres. I could go on but best to keep away from this place.

If you are a traveller staying here, please do not judge the UK on this experience. My partner and I lived in London for 9 months and the UK for almost 2 years, but this was the last place we stayed before leaving to be close to the airport. You definitely get what you pay for here, with the rooms being very basic and what you would expect for the price. The staff also seemed friendly and were doing their best during the COVID19 pandemic, but we were not prepared for the other people staying there. A shirtless/maskless gentleman passing the tight hallways talking on the phone and blocking our exit/entrance who then proceeded to use the shared toilet without closing the door or washing his hands. A bunch of kids running through the halls while who I assume was their mother washed stacks of dishes in the bathroom sink. Later that night the room next door was excessively loud, but this is to be expected above a pub. As mentioned before, this is not the fault of the staff, just bad luck on our part. The saving grace was the cheap drinks and immaculate food downstairs at the White Bear, but that's a story for another review.

Loud music until midnight wasn't helpful when we needed to be up early but it's above a pub full of young people so what do you expect. Walls in the room were filthy, stains on the curtains, peoples hairs on the bed... I had to go to the kitchen in the pub for a fork but other than that people were nice.

There was very, very loud music from the bar that lasted through midnight. The carpets is dirty and gives off a bad smell. The bed sheets are also not clean. You can smell the alcohol from the bar below. The toilets problem was atrocious. You don't have your own personal bathroom as it is labeled out of order since the shower is clogged, the toilet is removed and there is horrible smell.

Where do I start from ! First of all I’d like to thank them for hosting me . Trust me you , that location of the hotel is so good that if much attention and care is rested on this project, it can yield millions £ £££ Imagine waking up as a guest , as late as 7am , there was no reception or anyone to talk to or hand over my key as a first time guest . I keep calling the numbers online too for more than 5 hours still no one got back . The location is so good that I know this place will Be hot but the story turn the other way . Please please .. you guys can do more than this . Up the game
