😠 Rude staff, expensive and stingy portions. Cost £19 for 2 Kebabs and some chips. Guy serving was rude, didn't ask about salad or sauces....just wrapped the kebab as soon as possible and shoved it my way. Seemed annoyed when I asked for sauces etc. Only 3 small pieces of halloumi in one and 3 small... People often mention kebab, chips, meat, ordered,

Rude staff, expensive and stingy portions. Cost Β£19 for 2 Kebabs and some chips. Guy serving was rude, didn't ask about salad or sauces....just wrapped the kebab as soon as possible and shoved it my way. Seemed annoyed when I asked for sauces etc. Only 3 small pieces of halloumi in one and 3 small pieces of lamb shish in the other...mostly soggy pita. Would not recommend!

They're not bothered about quality because they're one of the few late night kebab shops in the area. I had the lamb shish and it was very gristly - cheapest cuts of lamb and it was Β£6.50! <- that review was three year's ago. Addendum: I just had the worst doner 3 year's later out of hunger. Horrible sickly garlic sauce and lame chilli sauce. I feel really sorry for you if you have to use this place regularly.

The Lamb Shish was off, you could smell the rotten meat as soon as you opened the container. The rest of the order was barely warm. The restaurant would not pick up their phone, eventually after 2 calls to Just Eat they managed to contact the owner who agreed to refund the amount for the Shish Kebab without so much as an apology from the owner. I will not be ordering from them again.

Wow these guys take the piss! The food is very poor quality and the portion size is shocking! Got a β€œlargeβ€œ meat and chips that resembled nothing of the sort. I could have grabbed it with one hand. And when I asked if that was a large they looked puzzled and affronted! I said I would never go back and he didn’t care. Zero customer service. They live off the fact they have no competition. Will be glad when health and safety investigate them. If you want a bloody good kebab go to the place near Waterloo station! Capital kebabs. They are great! And well worth the extra half hour rather than go to this place!

I popped in last night with my friend. We ordered 2 burgers and chips. I decided to order an extra chips which was charged at and extra Β£2. After few minutes, due to close to closing time we were told to stand outside and wait....bit odd query as normally we have to ask for what vegetables , sauce we want in our burgers. After few minutes we were given a bag and as we ordered a cab home we had to take it and go. At home we realised there were no extra chips we were specially asked and charged for. Also both burger was literally a badly done meet between 2 piece of soggy bread. No vegetables, no sauces. We had no choice but try and eat some, but it was awful. For Β£15!!!!Its absolutely one of the most awful purchases we ever made. Really bad service, even worse food.....Also we 2 grown adults not late night uni students ,-why giving us such a bad service and such an undone , uncared for food.....Today I feel slightly unwell and so as my friend. It is likely that the "so called burger" is the cause. I d really like to report it to the food and health and safety standards, but at this point if you are the owner and you are reading this do look out for your staff and what they do when you are not there. You cannot send a customer, especially at these times out to wait for their food when its supposed to be prepared in front of them. Also charging for things and not giving them to the customer is stealing! Only so lucky I had a cab to take, and I don't live so close. Please, change your ways and continue to provide the service as many years and months before, because this is unacceptable.

Not all hygienic place. There was a kid at counter who was eating from the salad counter and sauces using the same spoon he used to put in his mouth. We ordered a large Chicken shawarma. What we got was stingy portion of chicken which was probably lesser than for a small or medium size. The chicken strips in shawarma were burnt and not even freshly taken from the grill but from an odd bucket. The pitta bread was hard. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Downer kebab is so far from the real thing. The meat is of a very poor quality and not sliced thinly enough and is extremely greasy-both of which possibly due to the ingredients. Also the meat portions were far too stingy in comparison to others. Salad & sauce were ok. Overall Really dissapointing, wouldn't return.

I've been coming to this place for 5 1/2 years! The meat and the quality of the food is incredible. Mahmud is the owner and he is such an amazing person and he is so passionate about this place and want to make everyone happy. Try it! Shish wrap is incredible!!!

Kebab king is the only place in London that make the best homemade doner kebab. We always look forwards to go there. Everything is so fresh. The food is delicious. We so lucky to have a place like this in PUTNEY. They also make delivery for a lazy rainy day, we still enjoy a great food delivered right at our door step at no extra Cost. Any one of our friends that tried there food end up full in love with it. Greatly recommended. ❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️ kebab king

Jesus that was bad. I ordered a small chips and chicken wrap... it was like what I imagine chewing on an alligators tail would be like. The wrap was burnt one side soggy on the other, complete with one lettuce leaf. The chips were the colour of more brown than yellow and dry as Gandhis flip flop. Cost me Β£7.80 terrible food that I couldn't even finish and I would eat anything when hungover. 0/5

I been there few times. The food is delicious. So fresh. They make it the time you order. Nothing is pre made as other places. Also staff are very friendly and professional. Really recommend this place.

If I could I would give less than 0 stars. Rude staff, awful food. My boyfriend ordered a lamb kebab and the meat was basically ROTTEN. I ordered a chicken kebab and it was basically burn. The single slice of pitta bread they gave us was rock hard. To top It all portions were miserable and they refused to refund us even if we have them back the food after just one bite. STAY AWAY.
