I had a really terrible experience with the service at this store. I was there to pick up a bike that I ordered online. There was almost no one to help us with that. The tyres were not inflated properly and they wanted us to figure out everything on our own.We called up the store prior to pick up and checked if there will be anyone to help us with the installation of the bike rack that we ordered in the same order to which they initially agreed. But, at the time of pick-up the person told us that there is no one “available” from the bikes department and he will not be able to help us with anything but he can “watch” us install the bike rack. Like are you kidding me.. I drove 25 miles to make you watch..!!! Never ever visiting this store again. No expertise, they don’t know what they are doing. Just useless staff.

Staff very helpful as I looked for a sports item. Cashier also very courteous and professional. Great experience.

Good place to find sporting goods like shoes and accessories But no fishing gear or hunting gear

Put two kayaks on hold and was told they would be open on Mother’s Day at 9:00. Called to confirm and the store hours said 9:00 for holiday hours. Arrived at 9:00 to find the store closed. Not happy to have been spoken down to about what is says on the website. I know how to read but I listened to your assistant manager and your voice recording. I will just say the name suits some of the staff.

They removed their hunting section and filled it with 1000 yeti cups

Went in to buy a pair of sneakers, and thank goodness Mallorie was working that day! She got me a pair of socks so I could try some on, helped me look for my size, and even told me the ones I picked didn't look like old lady shoes! Plus, the women's shoe section had a good selection. Whitney at the checkout was great too!

Bought a treadmill and scheduled to have delivered. Had to take a day off. I was called 3:30 the day before scheduled delivery to be told they weren't going to deliver the treadmill that day and needed to reschedule. Not only wasted a personal day at work, now i have to use another one.

I bought 2 brand new bikes for my twins both are JUNK! 1ST they don't come with kick stands and the ones they sell don't work at all! My daughter goes for a ride takes a turn and the whole stem was loose needless to say she figured out what stitches and road rash feel like super poor quality bikes and even worse quality assembly from the store if you value your loved ones make sure you check all the nuts and bolts or take it to a local bicycle shop and have them go over it better yet just buy the bike from the local shop

Mike in the Golfing section was outstanding!! EXTREMELY nice and helpful, and has earned a lifetime customer. I was overwhelmed with trying to figure out the right clubs for myself and he made it a breeze. I love the Tommy Armour clubs he suggested and I will be back with all future purchases! Give this man a raise! Okay

Issabella, Manager of store is entirely incompetent. Wasted 2 hours of my time simply because she didn't want to do her job properly. She couldn't comprehend what my foreign friend was stating to her because she instantly judged him. A manager from a separate store even stated he doesn't understand why she wouldn't complete the transaction.
