Ben is brilliant, really listens and understands the issue. I really didn't expect to see results for my frozen shoulder from the first visit but actually it made a big difference. Highly recommend this to anyone in pain etc I went back regularly and the issue has been resolved. Ben used a mixture of acupuncture and cupping!

I have seen Ben lots for facial acupuncture. Trusting someone enough to let them stick needles into your face is a biggie. Ben has a way of relaxing people. He is clinically sound but has the extra something that a good therapist needs. Empathy, compassion and intuition. I would highly recommend.

Hadleigh accupuncture and wellness was my first experience of accupuncture. I got in touch after coming down with bells palsy ( facial paralysis on my left side of my face) and hearing about the great benefits accupuncture could offer someone like me. I had acupuncture for mid back pain which I'd been suffering for years and it was really frustrating me and affecting my life a lot. It was amazing how after one treatment I felt instant relief, each time I visited there was more and more relief, after a four treatments I am completely pain free! Now I'm able to sleep better too!
