The Somerset Cook Out is a hit or miss. Two visits ago I got a burger and got home to find it was completely burned. I tried to pick the burned parts off but literally 80 percent was inedible. When I went back a few days ago because my boyfriend wanted to grab food I decided to give them another chance. The food was much better that visit. I will say everyone has been very friendly there. The cashier I had during my last visit went above and beyond. Unless I end up with burned food again I'll assume the cooks were having a rough day and continue to stop by on occasion.

What has happened to this Cookout? I ordered the double cheeseburger. I came home to see there is not even one patty of beef. It looks like a mini slider piece of beef. I tried to call the store to put in the complaint. No answer. Instead of more car washes & gas stations. They need to get better restaurants and service in Somerset, KY. Such a disappointment.

Got home and order was wrong. I ordered husband a regular size cheeseburger with A-1 and tomato. Looked like they gave him half a burger, no cheese, tomato or A-1. It was also red in the middle so he ended up not eating it. Also ordered 2 onion rings and they were missing. I would have given them 2 stars because the spicy crispy chicken sandwich was awesome and their fries and shakes are always great, but THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED ANYWHERE!!! I can't even call to straighten things out and driving all the way back to town isn't something I'm going to do tonight. I sent a complaint/message through the website so we'll see what happens...

First time eating here. Really clean inside and the guy that took my order was very personable and polite. The burger was put together perfectly and looked and tasted great. The sweet tea tastes great. For around $8 for a meal, who can complain.

We always enjoy eating here. The staff is very friendly! And the service and food are good as well!

It was my first time eating at a Cookout, and I must say it was good as far as fast food goes! The burger I had tasted like it had been grilled, though it was a little smaller than I expected. The guy that took our order was great! The Sprite I first got lacked syrup and tasted of straight carbonation, but the guy up front was more than happy to change out the syrup and give me a fresh one! The quesadilla could have used more filling, but overall I was happy with the food I received.

When in there one day for lunch and wanted a walking taco. He told me I could get a better deal if I bought some combo thing. I told him I was kind of on a budget. He said he would pitch in the rest if I wanted more food. That was such a nice thing to say I told him that it wasn't that I didn't have the money it was just that I was kind of trying to watch what I was eating but the generosity was second to none. What amazing fella you guys have work in there.

Will never eat here again. My whole order came out wrong and they charge you for the tomatoe yet they failed to put it on the burger. they dress your burger with but dont tell you theres a upcharge. I then ordered a extra side of fries and it took them 17 minutes to get and they came out ice cold. Spend your money elsewhere.

i was dining in yesterday and my boyfriend and i couldn’t have felt more comfortable and welcomed. it was honestly kinda a bummer to not see that many people dining in, but we absolutely loved it
