Budget hotel. The staff member I dealt with was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. My room was warm and sparsely furnished but fulfilled my requirements perfectly. The price was excellent. The bathroom enables you to have a shower, use the toilet, and brush your teeth all at the same time, very efficient.

I only give this he'll whole a single star as it's the lowest I am able to give it! Only stayed the night as we arrived late with nowhere else to go. Rooms were discussing should not be able to trade as shower curtain rail was being held up with a metal wire to the light fitting and the light didn't work. Sick stains and smell on the stairs and light switch almost hanging off the wall. Curtains hanging off the window. The only good thing was leaving. Even the infestation of bed bugs probably wanted to leave. My advice is if it's the only place left to stay catch a night bus instead!

Absolutely disgusting iv never been to a hotel as smelly and filthy. I saw a few bed bugs on my bed which made me too paranoid to sleep properly. There was mould and thick dust on the carpets and corners of the room. I have caught impetigo all around my lip from sleeping in a filthy bed. It’s really unessasary to be that filthy. It’s also far away from tube stations so it’s harder to get around. I wouldn’t even rate this a 1* but had to so I could write this review. Never again!!

The first staff Member we met was very good. His English was poor but very helpful. Gave us choice of rooms and was almost apologetic that we had chosen to stay there. The room itself was ok. Small and dated but adiquitley clean. The shower and toilet where the same. Nothing to write home about but no dirty. The room had a slight smell of cigarettes coming through the vent system. But nothing bad. Bed was clean and averagely comfortable. As a whole it was a room for the night nothing else. The free breakfast in the morning was just toast and coffee. The breakfast staff where pleasant when the where not in their phone's. All in all. Short stays only. Nothing special. Still London prices for £79 for two nights.

Ok hotel, cheap and get what you pay for. Some rooms can be decent and reasonably clean, but have stayed in a couple rooms where we were not happy. Needs a massive refurbishment and deep clean. But staff can be friendly and has usually attended to me and my partners requests. You are lucky to get a kettle as there are only some in a few rooms but may be lucky requesting one.

A to Z is a reasonably priced basic(no frills) hotel, probably the cheapest in London. It is OK now, used to be worse. Customer service is awful - the manager wants you to have no demands, otherwise tells/shows you you are not welcome. Beware of racial and national "jokes" and remarks from the management - thriving and emblematic for the place. No manners whatsoever. Cash only(with payment conditions too). Run as a cheap place.

+Actually has pressed sheets +CCTV, secure access +Rooms are small but have most of what you need; enclosed bathroom facilities inside of room +Bed was quite clean actually +location is close to 266, Acton Mainline, Acton High Street, TFL rail at two trains per hour to Hayes/Harrington and Paddington make easy connections Monday to Saturday. +24x7 Access +Cheapest and I mean, CHEAPEST separated rooms, probably the cheapest in all of London as of writing. +Has television +Carpets are actually quite clean contrary to other reviews, at least room #18 +Close to some good breakfast restaurants and shops like Sainsbury's and Harry's +/- can't speak for or against ? Breakfast? Haven't had it but it's on offer for people on a very tight budget ? I don't know if there's a carpark but likely not unless if you like parking fines -Room smelled like HP Brown Sauce upon arrival (I'm not kidding) -No WiFi whatsoever -Limited supplies means good luck getting an extra pillow, plan on bringing one or buying one from a shop. -No air con but has heater -building stays on warm side even when it's cold outside -Carpets are tacky and barely secured -massive problem with damp and mould in the bathrooms -Walls could use refinishing and a fresh coat of paint -Room furniture is lacking but functional

I gave it 2 stars for the people who work there. They are too good, starting from the Indian guy at the receprion to the two ladies in the kitchen. They try to cooperate as best as possible dueing your stay there. Else the place lacks basic standards in terms of no lift, no wifi, no tv, no proper restaurant. The rooms are really small but do have hot water.

The location is excellent. It is very close to central London. The room is outdated but at least clean. This is a good hotel for those who don't want to spend too much money on a hotel. But if you have higher expectations than that is not the place for you.

Room stinks of smoke, fire alarm is actually covered by a carrier bag (be it previous guest or hotel staff this is an appalling lack of health and safety). Room is very basic. Although the white sheets seem clean the rest of the bedding does not (and also stinks of smoke). Bathroom has poor drainage and lacking anywhere to hang towels. There is a kettle in the room but nothing allowing you to actually use it (cups for example). Basic breakfast is included but not sure if i actually want to risk eating it. Cheap but worth paying a bit more to go elsewhere.

The place I was residing in was a lounge dressed up as a bedroom. If you have rubbish, you need your own black bag and if you would like to dispose of it, the council black bin is outside for you to dump around. Let the council deal with your rubbish, is the hotel's reply. Severe human odour all round the premises, with no refurbishments in or out. As if they praying for the hotel to be haunted. You meet all sorts of people and most are relevantly okay. Not so much a group of people from a part of Europe. Which all they will do is lurk outside the hotel, checking strangers out, smoking, drinking and being loud with their language. Since it's on a road linked to a busy motorway there are loud noises, 18 out of 24 hours a day. Also there were a few mice traps within the corridors so imagine that The fridge in the canteen has expired, mouldy food with...it's not the one. Couple times, fire alarms went off in a week. I left the premises, but except one, everyone else stayed in. They were so use to it they left their senses outside the hotel. Toilets stayed grim for my entire time being there. Hotel will not present tissue so you must include that in your budget. If you're looking for peace, you will not find it, other than people who love to be nosy as a pastime. I weakly would use the hotel as a pit stop and would not recommend staying for long. "Doom and Gloom" is the motto.
