Convenient
location.
Cozy,
warm
room.
-
No
reception/contact
person.
Poor
customer
service.
Very
uncomfortable
bed.
LOUD
NEIGHBOURS.
Details:
I
booked
this
hotel
as
it
was
near
a
conference
I
was
attending.
I
had
to
access
the
hotel
entrance
and
my
room
via
a
code
they
had
sent
me,
but
did
not
get
notification
that
they
had
changed
the
codes
while
I
was
on
the
plane
to
London.
This
caused
some
confusion
for
me
as
I
stood
outside
waiting
for
someone
to
respond
to
my
requests
for
help.
After
30
minutes,
I
had
the
information
I
needed
and
was
able
to
enter,
unpack,
etc.
The
first
night
was
uneventful.
On
the
second
night
of
my
stay,
the
guests
in
the
room
adjacent
to
mine
returned
from
the
pub/club
at
one
in
the
morning.
They
brought
guests
back
with
them.
The
group
continued
to
party,
drink,
smoke,
play
loud
music
both
in
the
room
and
in
the
hallway
right
outside
my
door.
This
continued
until
5am.
I
sent
messages
to
the
number
provided
for
the
hotel
management,
but
their
hotlines
close
at
11:00pm.
There
was
no
one
to
help
me
"calm
the
storm"
and
when
I
asked
for
a
refund
since
I
didn't
sleep
at
all
that
second
night,
I
received
a
pathetic
response
that
did
not
even
acknowledge
my
request.
The
point
of
staying
at
this
hotel
was
to
get
a
good
night's
sleep
before
my
conference,
and
that
was
denied
me.
The
way
my
request
was
handled
by
management
was
pathetic.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
hotel.
So
disappointing.
