Only thing going for this is the location. Room had mould on wall and ceiling "Wet area bathroom" in fact had high gloss wall tiles on floor to make a slip hazard VERY DANGEROUS WHEN WET. Bathroom actually not generally up to standard entire ceiling was covered in spots of mould. I started feeling unwell so left booking early for a reputable hotel. Lastly fire door blocked by all their laundry so clearly no kind of compliance with health and safety

The staff at the hotel was 5⭐️, they were very nice people. The location of the hotel is also very great. But ... the first day we got there, the bathroom smelled so bad. My blanket also smelled bad. The window was very difficult to open, we needed a lot of strength. The shower door didn't close completely, so water was everywhere. :( It wasn't a very clean place, there were cobwebs and also mold on the ceiling. The noise from the other rooms was loud and they didn't do anything about it. If you need a cheaper hotel for one night it's good, but if we could choose, we would definitely choose another hotel. I'm sorry..

You know you shouldn't stay here, but you think you might anyway because it's cheap. But seriously don't! Pros - it is fairly cheap - the bathroom was clean. The room was just about clean, we did find some snails living behind the curtains. Cons - the locations isn't great, it's a 20 minute walk to a tube station as Olympia is rarely open - the bathroom is minuscule. Put the toilet paper outside when you shower or it will get soaked. - the mattress was uncomfortable and not particularly clean. The labels suggest it has been bought secondhand from a hire company - the decor is "late period we don't care". Everything is either badly done or broken. There were random wires sticking out of the wall in our bathroom. The wall was only partially painted. There were still some sad Christmas decorations up in early May. In the dodgy looking entrance there obviously was a display of clocks showing the time in different cities, but they've either broken or been stolen so now there are just the words. The list could literally go on forever. - there is no sound proofing of any kind, we could hear cutlery scraping from 2 rooms away.

My son and I had a lovely time at the Holland Inn Hotel. The staff were so helpful before we arrived and were lovely and friendly to us when we got there. The room and bathroom were spotless, and with air-conditioning and a fridge, I got more than I was expecting for the money and than I would have got in a Travelodge. The location was brilliant for us because Shepherd's Bush tube station was just around the corner and my little boy loves Holland Park, which couldn't have been closer. Thank you for a lovely stay and for being so kind to us.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Was out in the basement. The smell of the room and bathroom was unbearable. There was mould, dust and spiderwebs everywhere. Even the tiles in the bathroom were mouldy. The ceiling seemed to be leaking. Contacted reception about not being able to open the window. A very rude manager told me that he'd come around to fix it. Came home late at night only to find the door to the terrasse wide open when I got back to the hotel. Luckily, none of my personal belongings had been stolen.

The room was very worth the price in my opinion! I’m a traveller from Singapore and needed a room for just 5 nights. I got a single room on the ground floor facing the road with two large windows. Traffics sounds are loud from this room but I don’t mind at all. I asked for a room with windows before arriving since the reviews encouraged that. Many comments say the rooms are hot but I came in the spring and the weather was just perfect so sleeping was comfortable every night. The toilet was super clean and there was hot water which is really all I need! Yes the single room is small, so if you have a luggage bigger than a cabin one it might be squeezy. The staff were very friendly as well. A good place to rest after lots of walking around London. 😃

When we arrived we were told room wasn’t ready we could leave our bays in the hallway we gave a concerned look as it was a dodgy small hallway and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings there so receptionist told us we can drop them in the room but the room ain’t ready so we did. No lift had to lift luggage up the dilapidated dirty stairs that felt like they were going to come apart from the wall they were so slanted. Couldn’t breathe in the room during the night it’s was unbearably warm room had no windows that could open for air we had a air conditioner that didn’t work or blow air in any way they’re was a skylight with a diy curtain that was fabric cut along the edge. Floor boards creak so much with any movement as well as moving physically it nipped my foot, the bathroom door was hanging on for dear life as well as the bathroom sink, the shower leaking immediately once turned on we had to put towels down to be able to shower

It's dirty, it's disgusting. DONT BOOK HERE. Everything is half broken, rotting or covered in spiderwebs. The sheets aren't clean, the towels smell old. Incredibly rude staff. You're lucky if you don't catch the staff smoking cigarettes by the front door talking loudly in a foreign language with some strange friends. We decided, we're only here to sleep - let's visit the town. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. I'd like to invite an inspection service to visit this establishment unannounced, they're is robbing people.

Zimmer sehr klein aber ausreichend als Tourist. Lage seht gut, 2 U-Bahn und mehrere Busstationen fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, täglicher Room Service. Preis-Leistung für London unschlagbar.

Rooms were not the cleanest , but they were quite good price for last minute booking , drinks expensive as usual I'm these places and location was on very busy road so traffic noise was bad but to be expected in all honesty.

Taking money from you and refuse to refund threatening to “call the police” early death to people behind this will certainly do god a favour. Waste of space disgusting people that are blackening our world through disservice and fake outrage of behaviour. If my refund is not processed back to my account soon I will make sure you eat porridge for the rest of your life

Friendly staff but the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. my room was the size of a Z hotel room but had exposed wires in the bathroom, waste water leaking from behind the toilet and the TV had no reception. I understand it cheap and if you just want a bed for a night it's ok but needs to be safe.

Location and reasonable price. Shower nice and warm. Acceptably clean except the fridge is switched off and when you open its door it's a bit smelly. Bed cheap. Room tiny . Ok for one night.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the photos are very misleading and the room did not look like the photos at all. There were 2 different receptionist and they told us different things, the lady receptionist was very rude! Cheap but not worth it.

The worst hotel experience I have had… The room smells badly and very humid. Bathroom is slippery and I almost felt for a few times. Human hair were found on the bed and it was quite obvious they did change the bed sheets.

On the plus side, it's cheap. On the downside, it's your room that needs renovation.) Located In the very center, in an elite area. Not a bad option for students.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After being in london for a month i have stayed at many hotels, i could say THIS ONE WAS VERY BAD IN ALL ASPECTS! I got a single room for one night. The room wasnt clean, the bedding had yellow spots, and at night i could feel something biting, a few moments later i could see a huge fly in the room only to realize they had a huge window right under the ceiling open, i called the receptionist to close it and take the fly out, he kept spraying insect repellent all over the room i couldnt breathe! When i told him i was allergic he got his own perfume and continued spraying. And when i told him i couldnt breathe he suggested i wait by the stairs for an hour at 2am in the morning. After i went back in i found insects all over the place, when i asked for another room he said they were fully booked and that the manager will solve this first thing in the morning as he is sleeping. I talked to the other receptionist in the morning and she called the manager and he replied saying that he is driving and cant talk now, a few moments later he calls her to check if i am still there, when i tried to talk to him he kept saying he was driving and that his employee is sleeping now and he should listen to him first. He then told me to send an email and that everything will be solved.. but eventually did nothing. For 90 gbp a night this hotel IS THE WORST DECISION YOU COULD EVER MAKE.

Decent place for the price. Cheap and cheerful. The shower was too small and it went boiling hot and cold intermittently. Walls seemed thin as we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. A little awkward to get to as the District Line to Kensington Olympia only operates at weekends meaning you have to catch the Overground and change at West Brompton. Other than that, it's about a 4 min walk from the station (Kensington Olympia).

I'm usually pretty easy but this is truly horrible for more than 120€/n (double bedroom in the basement). I was there earlier this week, a disaster : the headboard came off right away (room 21), on the 2nd day a horrible smell. And just to add a last thing : this is so tiny that you have no other choice than flooding your room with the shower/toilet (almost on top of each other). Run away.

Room 10. Avoid! Sleeping on a camp bed. Mattress practically folds in so you & wife are rolling in to each other. Mattress stained - absolutely disgusting. Dread to think what the stains are yuck! Floorboards, uneven to a point, I cut my foot Shower is mouldy. Good luck anybody staying at this hotel.

Black mould, room had strong and unhealthy smell of mould. Bed sheets were damp outer and inside. We could not stay, we left and booked a hotel elsewhere. The hotel refused to provide a refund as we had "used" the room for 30mins. We booked for 2 nights.
