Hotel was in an awful state. Bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The room was smelly and dusty. Carpets had lots of stains. There was no lift znd I had to walk three flights of stairs. When I complained to management about the hygiene and state of the room I had a negative response. Management were very rude and aggressive. I walked out and would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I give it one star due to location.

This place is horrible, and I would never recommend going here despite the cheap price. A few reasons are that: There is no room cleaning service, basically all the furniture inside the apartment itself is old, rusty, or broken down, the TV is patched up with BAND-AIDS, itself being the size of a microwave. The room is small and dirty, and the floor creaks whenever you step on it, all the electronic devices in the room are will probably fall off if used (fan). The windows are held together by a thin layer of glue, and the sink cant even fit my hands, and you cant close the wooden doors to the bathroom. You also have a beautiful view of trash, containers, bins and a few other people unlucky to end up here. The breakfast room is small, has chairs that creak all the time, almost no food, the remainder of which are of poor quality, dusty rugs, and etc. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. If anything, this should be the last place to stay inside of in London. The sign at the enterance even reads "Rule #1: If we don't take care of our costumer, somebody else will" (and they kept true to those words). I wish you, dear reader, that you never end up in this torturous cell.

The facility can tell you the history of the hotel. It provide everything basic to stay for a night. Breakfast is basic and simple. However the water pressure for shower is really poor. it will be a problem in winter

Decent location, walking distance from Kensington and very close to Earlโ€™s Court station. Rooms on the other hand, a little old, but the beds were acceptable, there was a mini-fridge, microwave, TV and kettle. No lifts, so expect to haul luggage up stairs if your room is upstairs. You get what you pay for, and thus is a decent budget option.

good points- great location, very close to underground and shops great price if your on a budget bad points- very dirty. the entrance sign was very grimy and needing a clean. the lobby carpet was filthy the colouring was completely lost to the point it was turning black. light in the lobby was flickering. pubic hair in the shower. bathroom fan was really noisey. out the window the view was a lovely wall. the blanket was stained yellow and also had a stain that was seen to be blood. but other then that receptionist was pleasant enough, took us in on short notice if it wasnโ€™t for the cleanliness of the hotel it would be good

This is a wonderful place to locate yourself for sightseeing or theater shows. Just 3 min walk to the tube station. Reasonably priced. Staff were all great. The rooms are definitely budget but if you are in town to do things you won't be in the room much anyway.

This has got too have been our worst ever stay in a Hotel. The carpet on the stairs and landings was dirty and worn, it was like a sauna on the landings and in our room. Then the room itself it was dirty looking and had bulb missing on one of the wall lights one of the doors didn't close properly which was not ideal as the room next doors balcony could have easily got in if they had wanted too. There was a rather large crack on the ceiling which looked awful and was also dirty. Had fittings in the bathroom which was not properly fitted and had what looked like wires through the tiles. No life which was terrible as I'm disabled and use crutches. They was good enough and put us on the first floor but that was the only good thing to come of staying here. Really surprised that they don't have a restaurant and apparently breakfast is cereal. We didn't even bother going downstairs to look at the so called breakfast. The outside looked dirty and the awning was dirty. On the day we arrived at 4pm ish the hall and reception area was being hoovered and that was a little late to be hoovering I thought. We was 10 minutes late departing as one of us had a phone call amd they started banging on the door for us too leave.

Absolutely filthy room. We were not given the room which showed in the booking. Dirt everywhere on the wall, mould can Ben seen everywhere in the bathroom. Extremely cold rooms and TV switching on automatically in the middle of the night like a flash. Horrible experience ever had in my life. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never book this place again. I would not even give one star for this place.

Pretty grim decor and the carpets have definitely seen better days but the room, bedding and bathroom were clean but to be honest we didn't spend very long inside the hotel as had a packed few days.

Only good thing is location. What can I say , I support comments about lack of cleanliness, there was a big cockroache in bathroom. They refused to exchange room, only option was to check out which I obviously did. Luckily they wavered charge however Costomer service was very poor, communication lacking and was quite aggressive and somewhat dismissive when I complained. Obviously can't take criticism but tbh when you hear conversation in native language it is off putting. In addition door was **** too. Room was reasonable. Excuse given for infestation was weather and season but tbh hygiene should be at utmost importance but its jot here. Did not put my well being at risk and stay. Was basically hurried and pressured out of building. I was not impressed, this is inferior to budget. I will be reporting to local authority.

Absolutely ghastly experience. I had low expectations, yet they still managed to disappoint me. The carpet on each floor was heavily stained with - what I can only assume are the more chromatic of the body fluids. The absence of a gym is compensated with an equal lack of an elevator, which forces the guest to use the steep stairs to hike up to whichever floor they've been assigned to. Staying here during summer is only advisable if 'sauna' is one of the sought out descriptions The room was comically filthy, and contained a microwave, a fan, a TV whose remote control I didn't even dare touching. An electric tea kettle and some tea accessories were carefully placed on one of the worn out wooden mini tables. If you're expecting an English breakfast you'll be greatly disappointed. I'm not saying this place has bed bugs, but what I am saying is that there were several small blood stains on the bed sheets in the morning. Best case scenario, the blood stains were already there before I went to sleep. Now that's for the bad things. The good things are: I didn't get robbed while staying here(not counting in the price of staying here.) Close to the train station. Close to McDonalds. I forgot to pack my black ligt-flash light

The hotel is very well located with many public transport options. It was good to have breakfast included, but it was very basic and the room where we had breakfast was so small that people had to queue to get seat. The WiFi connection was decent (when it worked). The bathroom was ok but the shower space is ridiculously tiny. If you're a big person, you'll struggle to get inside...let alone have a decent shower. We were given clean towels every day which was good The room had a microwave and a small fridge which is quite good

This is a very dirty and low standard hotel. Every single wall and door is full of stains and dirt. The toilet was brown with dirt upon arrival and the flush stopped working our last day here. The bed cover and one of the towels we got were stained. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. Hole in the wall. Truly feels like they just dont bother cleaning the rooms.

It is a cheap hotel and is clear when you get the room. The staff were wonderful and I enjoyed the breakfast. Hopefully at some stage the rooms can be refurbished.

Not comfortable, not at all! Strong smell of disinfectant welcomed us to the room. Towels are with blots, reason of which I could not imagine. Bedclothes must be years old. The only thing good with this hotel is its location, 3 or 4 minutes from underground station. Normally I am used to give 5 stars to all services I received, including to uber drivers and hotels I have stayed in, or do not give reviews if I am not that happy. But this time I cannot keep quiet.

Mould in the shower Got moved to another room and it had red hairs on the pillow and bed. Wouldn't recommend unless that doesn't bother you. Each to their own...

Dirty room and small. Small tv with no signal. Safe in the room that you could take with you! Just terrible, not really a hotel.

By far the worst hotel Iโ€™ve ever stayed in (and I am not fussy.) The room smelt bad and the bathroom had no real shower wash or shampoo and conditioner. The decor was dated and the hotel overall was dirty and messy. Breakfast was in a small, stuffy room in the basement where there was a plate of meat and cheese, a bowl of cereal and not much else. However, the location is fantastic close to Earls Court station but thatโ€™s as far as the positives go.

Convenient place but disappointing in many ways. Upon checking in, the receptionist went out. Waited for several minutes for him to come back. People were smoking at the entrance of the hotel, barring people from coming in. The place looks old, moldy and dusty. Toilet looks clean though. Toiletries are available but hidden underneath the sink. No toothpaste. Breakfast was included with my stay but the problem was, breakfast starts at 830 (too late for me!) so I was forced to go to mcdonalds to buy breakfast and coffee. If you're not too fussy, then this will be alright. And oh, vodafone signal isn't great and WiFi isn't functioning.

The staff and location are great. The rooms not so much- hairs and stains. The rooms are shabby, but do have fridges, microvawes and hairdriers, which is great if you need them. They are very small, as the hotel itself. If older or disabled, stay away as it has 6 narrow floors/flights if stairs and no elevator. The breakfast was poor. The staff was great, though. For the money, if staying only 1 night- it will do its purpose.
