Disgusting place! Mold everywhere and smells horrible! Not clean at all and the carpet definitely hasn’t been cleaned properly since firstly installed decades ago! The bathroom smells horrible and there is mold everywhere. Staff confronts you like β€œnothing is wrong with the place”!! Better stay outside on a bench. That would be cleaner

Great location is probably the only advantage of this hotel. The front desk staff is mostly nice. Rooms are very dated, worn out. There was only 1!!! plug in the whole room and shower turned into a swimming pool after every use. Good for sleepover when you are on a tight budget, but want to to enjoy all the advantages of staying in the city centre.

This should be 0 stars. I had to find a new hotel, they refused to refund any of my money. Either way I left. It looked like someone had spit on the wall of my room. Heater didn't work. Shower closet had mold covering the whole ceiling. Wet towels left all over the floor and hall way. Just ew, don't stay here. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay at OYO Apollo Townhouse around the corner the rooms match the pictures, you get the same location, great price, and you won't have to clean yourself in a shower full of mold!

Con's The place needs serious renovation. The images advertised on the website are far from reality. Broken showers TV not working Black mold in the room and in the wet areas. Broken laminated floor boards Kitchen cupboards with broken glass infills. The rooms don't get proper cleaned. Bed covers covered with hair. Not sure if they proper clean the apartments. Faulty electrics The stuff once they got your monies they don't care anymore. Pro's Very good location. Easy to find the reception or the rooms once the booking is done.

!!! The place I slept was nothing like on the photos. I do understand that It's cheap and sometimes you are on a budget ... but seriously ! I can't show photos but the showcase is missleading. Beside the bed which was clean ( surprise) , the bathroom looked disgusting ... the walls are thin so you can hear everything people do on the other side. I do not recommend !

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! I dont recommend for you to go. The rooms are small and a bit dirty. The service is poor and the beds are itchy and uncomfortable, no wonder this is named one of the worst hotels. I will never go ever again. I got spoken with a rude attitude and my stay there wasnt fun.

The location is great, an elegant neighborhood, close to the tube. Otherwise, you get what you pay for (the price was very good). The building, although good looking from the outside, was not in a good condition inside. Smelly and run down. The room had a damp ceiling, a bad carpet, broken furniture. Only the sheets were nice. No hot water either. Well, at least there was help from the reception available all the time - which is not obvious for some london hotels.

Old furnitures and electrics, nice size room, good size beds for 4, price is really good because it's on sale and last minute booking. I like it when i saw iron and small hair dryer. The shower is so small i hit my head on the wall. We are family of tall people so not good for us. Good there are coffee and teas. The receptionist i thought she's nice but kids said she didn't smile and no energy to be on the front desk but will come back for the same price..

I visited the Whiteleaf hotel with my daughter for 2 nights. The hotel is very well located within walking distance of Paddington Station, and also very close to 2 subway stations. It is located on a beautiful quiet street, next door, much more lively, with lots of places to eat, etc. The hotel itself would have benefited from repairs, and the room we stayed in was a bit homely, but this was not unexpected for the price paid that was very reasonable. The sheets were a bit thin during the winter months, but another was provided upon request and a heater was available in the room. Tea and coffee were available upon request. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who worked late 2pm while we were there, this made our stay pleasant and carefree. Feel free to stay here again and would recommend to others.
