Horrible place to spend time. As this place has rules. Be aware if you go to smoke outside, you won't be let in back. They said to me yesterday at 01:55am if I go to the smoking area, I won't be able to come back. The thing is there is no smoking area as it's just the street. The only smoking area is it's in the beer garden. I asked to call the manager, floor supervisor Adriana came outside whom I aksed where I can read the rules of the venue that it's not allowed to go outside for a smoke or a fresh air when it's 35min left till the end of the night? She didn't have a clue. I asked then why the bar is still serving and why the music is still playing if you can't go outside for 2min? I know this is the way to get rid of the people, but I would understand if it was 10min before the bar shuts. Not another 35min. Definitely not recommended. Go to a better place than this venue with some imaginary rules. Also I called for a general manager, and I got an answer from the security that he will not even come to speak to you!!!! How is that possible?

Great atmosphere, somewhat quick service (although my group was the only one there). Happy hour which is between 5pm - 7.30 (if I remember correctly) was pretty good although the selection of cocktails was minimal (followed by one being completely off the menu as they had run out). Although my friend had booked, they forget to mention their kitchen extractor was out of service. Their website where my friend initially tried to book from seemed to be out of service/he wasn't able to. It was a little sad especially when we were expecting to eat and drink. I would try it again, although I hope the kitchen is fine next time. What could be considered a little weird was that the place was booked entirely after 9pm and they'd probably be extremely displeased if there was no food (maybe they were saving to server the night party).

Nice bar and amazing music quiz on Wednesdays! Recommend that one and all the staff are super nice and friendly. And I have to mention happy hour that is until 9 and has great options

A good call for after-work drinks with colleagues or friends. Cool vibes with hunky tables, low ceilings and low-lit surroundings. Head to the back where you'll find a staircase that leads to a unknown open terrace which is perfect for drinking alfresco in the spring and summer.

Good value for money during Happy hour, everything is half price (except champagne 🍾..) which is understandable... staff were attentive... enjoyed my experience.. 👍🏾

Awesome after 10.30pm! Full of fun dancing people and no agro from anyone. Just a good place to go even by yourself for a dance

Had some drinks here last night, had a great time. The atmosphere was good and everyone was super friendly. Shout out to Ashley too, he made us both feel comfortable and was very attentive.

My experience or lack there of, of the Jerusalem bar, at 12am Sunday 06 March 2022 I'm on a city break in London on my own, and Google maps told me this bar is open late on a Saturday, after a bar I was at closed at 11.00pm. So I went to the Jerusalem bar and was taken aback when the bouncer said no people on their own! I said 'I'm on a city break on my own and it's not illegal to be on your own to go into a bar'! He refused me entry. So the lesson here is if you are in your own, don't go here because it's a crime to be on your own!! Billy no mates!

Good bar with great music. Went for my friend's birthday and we had some tables reserved for us next to the DJ. Good atmosphere, and good location as it's just off Oxford Street in between Goodge Street station and Tottenham Court Road station.

Fish and chips were delicious.. Cooked to perfection. But be aware you have to wait at least 40 minutes on very crowded days. Staff was rude and not attentive, however if you're going to have some drinks with friends and maybe a meal afterwards then I would recommend this place for sure.

Truly a hole in the wall. Good for a saucy night out after work. Drinks are way overpriced.

Had a great time on Saturday night celebrating my birthday with over 20 friends. They were so accommodating and we were even given our own private section which was perfect for such a large group. The drinks were great value for money with happy hour when we were there and the ambience was ideal for a Saturday night. I would like to give a special shout-out to Julio behind the bar for preparing 10/10 drinks and to Abby for being so polite and helpful when we arrived and throughout the evening!!!!

Had a great time at Jerusalem last night for some after-work drinks! We ordered the "Bottomless Bubbles" that they do on Wednesdays (just £25 for two hours of bottomless drinks! WOW!). We sat outside in their hidden garden terrace which was such a surprise - I didn't know that was there. It's a lovely heat trap and was lovely for catching some sun! The service was great too, what a lovely bunch of staff! I'll be back for next week's bottomless bubbles. Hopefully the sun will be there too..

Went for a music quiz night which was outstanding. Great venue and a brilliant quiz. The whole night was like a party. Drinks were a bit pricey.

The bouncer was awful, so rude. Didn’t let my friends in, even though we’d booked. He kept saying we were too drunk at 8pm

The food is very basic, but I was there for the quiz. I suspect that the people running the quiz have no idea about balancing sound in a small venue; it just doesn’t work to turn the volume up so loud that you can’t hear anyone talking, but more to the point, you can’t identify songs because the speakers are SO distorted. Maybe it would help if the eq weren’t so bass heavy so that the small sized speakers can handle it?

Last Friday was my first visit, it's was fantastic, food , music, DJ and bar tenders were all great with their services. What I most appreciate, the place wasn't too crowded ❤️😍🔥

What should I say. I was looking to a great night but was disappointed by the food. The vegan burgers were too hard, cold and tasteless. And don’t even try the BBQ Bacon burger. Tasteless, too much barbecue sauce, dripping, so much of it you wonder where are the other ingredients . The drinks were okay but other than that nothing more.

great place, staff is nice, music wasnt too loud. great prices during happy hour. one note though : we ordered the mojito, wasn't great ( too sweet), there was way toi much cane syrup it is supposed to be 1/3 cane syrup to 2/3 rhum. it was 50/50. overall i would recommand ! also come early or reserve a table otherwise you might not get a table

I went a month ago and it was a really fun night the DJ as good and the atmosphere was great! But it was horribly humid which was gross. So much so that there was a mushroom growing on the ceiling of the ladies toilets 🤢 Think you need to get a dehumidifier in there asap. Also they only do really basic mixers at the "bar" I was really unimpressed that they couldn't do any actual cocktail style drinks only did vodka coke etc. Both bartenders told me the same.

Went for the Euro 2020 final. Had a cosy outside section at the bottom and back of the building. Only had drinks which were fine, but service was quite slow. Had to wait a while between jugs of beer. Could definitely have done with more staff. Guess that's the sign of the times at the moment. Also, threw us out before the trophy was presented to the winners, which I thought was a bit of a shame. Will almost certainly blame licensing for it. Other than these small things, we had a good time. Thanks

Was told on arrival that only one of the burgers would be available due to issues with the grill. Staff were inattentive and absent and had to interrupt them chatting at the bar to receive service. Drinks were slow to come out, expensive and the promised 20% ‘furlough Friday’ discount was not correctly applied and a 13% discount was applied instead. This discount was then cancelled out by the service charge added. The venue also looks nothing like the pictures on the website; can only describe decor as pirate ship basement. Originally had the intention of eating dinner there but were deterred by the restriction of available food and the poor service. Redeeming feature was the cocktails offered were delicious but that was about it.
