I
recently
approached
Iain
the
General
Manager
about
having
a
reunion
for
a
cast
from
a
show
at
the
Prince
of
Wales
Theatre,
40
years
ago.
Iain
couldn't
have
been
more
helpful,
showing
me
all
around
the
pub
and
offering
me
a
choice
of
two
rooms,
both
free
of
charge
.
He
also
explained
all
the
different
buffet
options.
On
the
day,
for
various
reasons
our
numbers
were
quite
low
and
as
it
was
a
Monday
afternoon
and
the
pub
wasn't
too
busy,
Iain
said
that
although
the
room
was
available,
we
were
more
than
welcome
to
stay
in
the
general
bar.
Which
we
did.
The
staff
are
really
friendly
and
helpful,
the
food
is
very
good
and
there
is
a
terrific
range
of
drinks
including
draught
ales
and
cider....I
particularly
liked
the
Mango
cider,
quite
sweet
but
absolutely
delicious.
It
was
extra
special
for
me
as
I
used
to
drink
in
this
pub
almost
every
night
during
the
eighties
and
had
my
very
first
drink
with
my
wife
there.
I
highly
recommend
this
pub
right
in
the
heart
of
the
West
End.
