Not a lot of character. Staff friendly, but not overly keen. The other clients seemed to be lost souls in London. That assessment might seem negative, but is actually really relaxing. There is no pressure to have fun, or chat or do anything. Everyone does their thing. For once. So, if you want a drink and don't expect anyone else to create the atmosphere for you, give this place a try :)

Good service when we arrived although it wasn't too busy. Decent but simple menu which was cooked well and tasted good. Good selection of beers and lagers and as you can guess by the name, convenient opening hours.

Traditional fish and chips plus beer. Fine.

In my own honesty my first impression was good and I wanted to rate this place at 5 stars. We were at the venue in Logan hall and visited the pub before the event and after as we have enjoyed the place. I don't like to be cheated or overcharged in any way so therefore my rating is low. When we got there I have ordered the drink for myself and my Mrs and price was decent, we ordered an extra one and were charged accordingly. But when we got back from the show at Logan hall we were served by a different waiter who charged us for exactly same drinks twice as more, at the price of the sharing platter and drinks that we ordered b4. The food was decent and if not for the second visit I'd rate the place with 5 stars. You do have an outdoor siting area where you can smoke, so suitable for smokers.

It's an okay bar nothing special good for a late night drink, Most pubs in the area call last orders at 11pm. We sometimes call in for a night cap before we head back to our hotel. The food is quite decent and served till late. The bar is quite popular with a number of locals. The drinks and food prices are about average for the area.

Great place for late night eating. Many of the pubs and restaurants in the area close earlier. After getting back from a concert, it was one of the only places to grab food. Staff was helpful, food was good and again, it was open. Definitely stop here if you're looking for some late night eats.

Not very clean and the pint was a bit expensive at nearly £6 but was a nice pint.

We were looking for some late evening food. We came across this little cafe. We had pizza and a pint. Cannot fault either.. Even the waitress was lovely despite the fact we turned up practically 10 mins before they were due to close.

Nice about place that was open late. service was extremely slow and that it took a half an hour to get my food even though it wasn't particularly busy. My bagette was excellent and a lot larger than I expected. I didn't care for the nachos and that the guacamole and salsa was heated under the cheese. I would know next time to ask for it non-heated above the cheese.

My favourite pub in London. Its part of the imperial hotel and is open until 1am! Great food and one of the cheapest pints of strongbow in the city. Unfortunately now shut because its getting refurbished so try its sister the London pub a 5 minute walk away.

Decent food but no more

Our visit here was spontaneous, we had planned on going somewhere else but saw this bar from the outside and it seemed very inviting and welcoming. We enjoyed a burger each after meeting our friend there. The bar staff were friendly and the food was lovely and arrived quickly. The only fault I could find is that the football was being shown very loudly, however this didn't affect our night too much. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Xxx

A nice, reasonably priced bar right in the heart of London. Friendly bar staff and lovely 'pub grub'. No complaints - can't wait to be back!
