A lovely pub. A bit like Dr Who's Tardis. The exterior is much smaller than the interior. There is a tiny entrance going down into a cavernous and multi level, warren like Irish bar. Aboulutely, loved the ambiance and quirkiness of this place.

I am dangerously close to practically living at this place considering how much I am here! Vibes are immaculate! It's my favourite pub/bar to go to for a night out (especially on Thursday's). The live music and vibe is always so good and everyone is super friendly here. I think it is quite popular with the tourists but I love to come here anyway for a fun night out even as a Londoner!

Don't be fooled by initial impressions that suggest it's a relatively small place. As you go from one room to the other, the sheer scale of this bar is a sight to behold. The vibe of the place is fantastic and the live music in the evenings was a ton of fun! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing bar. Literally a Warren of staircases, levels, nooks and crannies. Every turn brings another surprise, another space another bar. Cannot wait to go back.

The pub has several environments, the decor is beautiful. Good beers, various styles. Young and cool atmosphere. It's worth a visit even for those who aren't much of a beer lover. It has some types of beers and serves the typical London fish and chips dish. It was very funny!!

What an incredible pub! It is absolutely huge inside with so many different sections and little areas that it’s easy to get lost in, but it’s worth wandering throughout to admire all the decor and old church artefacts. There’s a number of bars serving a great range of beers and the staff are all super friendly. A decent atmosphere in an afternoon before it gets too busy and super seating options whether you’re visiting as a couple or a large group. Without a doubt my favourite drinking place in the city now!

What an amazing bar with beautiful features, loads of little nooks to hide and enjoy the amazing ambiance and drinks served by lovely bar staff. It would have been 5 stars if only the security staff wasn't so condescending and shaming customers for wearing a mask. I wear my mask to protect you and your staff so best respect that I put myself in such discomfort to protect your safety. It ruined the experience a little bit but I'll definitely be back with hopefully more respectful security staff!

Had no idea what to expect. This bar was recommended by a local. ABSOLUTELY loved it. Drinks are a bit pricier, but it is an incredible establishment

Great energy and vibes. The place felt like something out of this world. But we are here to talk about this amazing Pie of slow cooked Ox in Guinness, which in few words was outstanding. This was the “traditional” dish we were looking for while on our small trip. Definitely returning to try some few more things!

Lovely pub with lots of character in Piccadilly. I had been recommended to go by a couple of work colleagues, definitely did not disappoint. Good selection of beers, and sports on the television. Friendly staff, and everyone just having a good time so couldn't ask for more. Good selection of drinks on tap and multiple bars to make service more efficient. Word of warning it's not wheelchair friendly as lots of different levels.

Amazing pub in central London 🇬🇧 This is a must if in London and you want to grab a pint in an English atmosphere. The pub is very crowded in evenings, inside is amazingly decorated, huge, sometimes has artists performing, there are many different bars on the different floors.

This pub is great and the atmosphere is really nice! I went there quickly to eat something and although my order was not as I requested, it was delicious. I hope to come back in the future during the night too! It might be fun!

Very nice Irish pub in the middle of the city just around the corner from Piccadilly Circus. Great atmosphere across several levels and different counters. A few highlights in the facility. Food was good and service was also very good. It was a great evening.

Amazing pub. Full of the most amazing spaces and with 6 levels. Live music was incredible, and the atmosphere was buzzing. I had this place recommended to me and it didn't disappoint.

We tried to come here for a feed on Saturday night but it was so busy you couldn’t get a seat! We tried again on a Monday night and I’m glad we did because we had a fantastic meal. The Guinness pie was great. The pub is deceivingly bigger than it looks from the outside as it mazes quiet a way back. The fit out is very cozy with so many small details to appreciate everywhere. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Loved this place! Good points: Very clean and tidy, toilets were of good standard, prices were average for area and staff were very friendly. The pub itself was amazing and really promoted its heritage. A huge 'tree' is in the center of the seating area with lots of little nooks filled with Irish themed items related to waxy himself. Irish music playing the whole time which was fab and a large TV displayed the football. Bad points: Unfortunately NO cash payments were taken which is very disappointing for tourists. Lots and lots of steps too. Seating areas are on multiple levels so not very wheelchair friendly. Overall: great experience and would definitely visit again if in the area.

Ryan was an excellent bar tender. He took care of us at the bar. My wife was particularly pleased! Writing this to recognise his great service. Relaxed and speedy/efficient even when being super busy. Thanks for making our night that much better. 👍

If you want to have a drink somewhere that looks interesting its a good spot. However the staff and manager, the music or ambience are not at the level you want which makes it a 1 drink and continue place at best. In many ways the best way to put it would be tourist trap

A 'must visit' pub in London. I don't want to spoil the discovery for you, it's very nice and unique, right in the center of London, 'under' China Town.. You just need to go and know it. It's central so if you want to be quiet, go on quiet week days.

You could quite easily walk past this place without knowing it was there but when you go in, it's HUGE inside. I loved it, like a maze inside, all different levels and a confessions box outside the toilets.

An Irish bar in the very center of London. Extremely decorated with various rooms and stairs either for dining or having your drinks in a unique atmosphere. There is also a Tree in this house. Very nice food and big variety of beers and cocktails. Recommend definitely.

Excellent bar with great atmosphere. One of the biggest irish bar in the world. The music is a bit too loud in the main bar where live concert takes place. The bar closes at midnight like most of bar in London.

Insanely beautiful pub! But despite its size it was packed on the weekend. We were there for the first time on a Thursday and were able to get a seat at the counter. Great live music and great atmosphere. Great staff, toilets in good condition. Highly recommended!

A truly beautiful and characteristic pub, it is worth going there even just for the place itself. Live music, fantastic atmosphere!! Then children are not accepted, top!

Great atmosphere. Tree in middle of bar. No Irish smithwicks. Out of all Irish pies? No gin in bottom bar? Wow! All food ordered from bartender

This pub is absolutely delightful! As you walk in, it just keeps going! Multiple bars and seating areas on multiple levels, with super cool architecture and decoration. My mind was utterly blown walking into this place, highly recommend a visit.

Great live entertainment and the atmosphere was electric, everyone dancing to great Irish classics, the decor and layouts of the whole building is an experience to enjoy what ever section you choose to sit. Great bar staff and plenty of range to choose from.

  • 5/5 Pilar P. 1 year ago on Google
The environment is amazing, life music, crowded but not packed. The service was fast and there is plenty of space where to sit or stay. The decoration is amazing and it is always a nice place to enjoy and disconnect from reality. 100 percent recommended.

This pub is cool and have an original decoration, featuring an actual tree inside! The cozy ambiance pairs perfectly with their extensive beer selection, making it a must-stop for a casual drink or two. Cool atmosphere, some days have live music ,if you find yourself in the area. Cheers! It’s crowded though so might not be the choice if you are looking for a quiet place

  • 5/5 Anthony C. 2 years ago on Google
Great layout and nice there's something like this so close to Leicester Square. This is close to M and M world and only has a small frontage so don't miss it. Initially when you look in it looks small but you walk down into the building and there's quaint seating situated around a central point with multiple bars coming off of it with a fireplace lounge area and a main bar at the bottom. Different types of drinking included more local beers as well as your typical beers ciders and spirits.

After a reccomendation from a work colleague. Changed from our usual waxy little sister hideout and went to this pub. So amazing, need a map to navigate. Defo will be going back

Drinks at what seemed like a rabbit Warren. Every turn you took, took you down another set of stairs to a different room. A great venue for any hobbit enthusiast

A lovely English pub experience. Beautiful interior decor this place is like a maze! You can easily get lost going to the toilet or trying to find your friends. There's always music playing in the background and sometimes there's live music too. Good selection of beers and spirits. Highly recommended!

This has been one of my favourite hangouts since I was 18, the decor is awesome. It feels like your in another time, with nooks for you to get some privacy but at the same time feel involved. Go, you won't regret it

  • 5/5 David A. 1 year ago on Google
One of the most charming Irish pub in London. Inside you can find different ambients and it’s really cool to wander it, it’s a kind of labyrinth. One entrance is in the China town side but there is a secondary (probably the main one) in a side road behind. Apparently the place was owned by an professional Irish candle maker from 18th century and among the large list of gems you can find inside, there is a tree planted inside in his honour, surrounded by mirrors in the walls. The food is great as well as the atmosphere. Is quite likely to find a small band gigging there.

  • 4/5 Kieran R. 1 year ago on Google
Such a maze of ups and downs on floors. I was sober and got confused where I was 😀. It’s a lovely place though but the subterranean (sometimes) nature of the place means you probably won’t get a phone signal so make your meet up plans ahead of your visit. Bar staff rallied nicely to deal with my request for a coffee and the result was lovely. Cheers guys

The décor as an old church it is pretty cool. Located super central, it is a great pub to stop for a pint, and they have live music most of the days. Be prepared for queuing in the weekend, but during the week very easy. I went on a Wednesday the last time, was pretty ok, just thought the music was too loud for the quantity of people inside.

  • 5/5 Logan L. 9 months ago on Google
Hands down the coolest bar we have ever been to! As soon as you walk through the front door you are mesmerized by the decor atmosphere. There is endless seating and the downstairs bar area is the true Irish experience. I ordered the fish and chips, which the fish was MASSIVE. Highly recommend you experience this bar while in London!

  • 5/5 Mary N. 8 months ago on Google
Super fun bar close to Leicester Square and just outside the gates of Chinatown. Beer selection was great, the decor was cool, the music was fun but best of all the clientele was warm. We had a great time chatting it up with strangers-turned-friends. Definitely recommend for a fun yet chill night out.

Cold, dark and bleak Wednesday in Jan. Still has live music and a cracking atmosphere. Best Irish ☘️pub in London by a Dublin mile. On my top 5 things to do in London.

  • 5/5 Mike 11 months ago on Google
Best Irish pub I’ve ever been too! Incredible layout, you keep going down and discovering yet another room, another bar or corner. Amazing party vibe on a Friday night with live music, good variety of beers and overall a fantastic experience!

  • 4/5 Ruth V. 2 years ago on Google
I love this noisy place for a pre-dinner drink. The customer base is so mixed you can see people from every layer of society mixed here in one melting pot.

Visited first time yesterday ( 12th Feb 22). Saturday night and it was so busy, however once inside you will find your spot. Each hide place has your unique atmosphere. Definitely will come back again, highly recommended.
