Proper old local pub absolutely loved it here. Friendly staff and I have to say lady behind the bar was great, saw a man in a suit push infront of me at the bar and served me before him

Tucked away, hiding secrets from past lives, full of mystery and delight. Is yet another Red lion pub. But don't be fooled by the name. Many deeds have passed hands over beers that don't break the bank. Rub shoulders with the upper city dwellers as sip your pint, with some crackling. Cheers.

One of my favourite red lions. Old school decor and good ale and whiskey selections.

Couple of pints after work with colleagues. Nice cosy little pub hidden away near Pall Mall. Not a huge beer selection, but what they do have is well served and good quality. Seemed to be a mixture of passing trade and regular characters, and wasn't as heaving as some as it is a little off the beaten track.

Lovely little pub down an alley way. Nearly missed it thanks to all the scaffolding around it. Glad we didn't though. Cosy bar area, decent drinks selection and just a general nice feel and relaxed atmosphere.

Can‘t recommend it enough. During work week the corridor in the front is usually busy with people which creates a lovely atmosphere. Also went there on a Sunday once and it was lovely to sit inside with only a few other people and enjoy a pint. A hidden gem in busy London.

Quirky little pub under covered walkway just off Pall Mall. Came across this place almost by accident. Looking for somewhere for a couple of drinks and sit down to get out of the sun. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly welcome. Not much seating as a small place, but that's what it is. Ladies toilet up two/three flights of stairs. It's like a converted house. Interesting little place.

Didn't even managed to get to the bar. Two members of staff sat down. A group of 10 of us arrived and we were greeted with rolling eyes and a loud sigh. I asked if they were still serving and all I got back was a sarcastic "Yes, I can close if you like". Couldn't believe how rude they were and decided to leave immediately.

A hidden away but great to go to pub between Buckingham Palace and New Bond Street. I'd recommend giving it a stop if you even walk along the alleyway.

Just had a couple of pints here before having lunch elsewhere. Excellent beer in a great atmospheric place.

Very small, very busy and a staircase down to the men's toilets that is a bit treacherous. But once the crowds have dispersed, a nice pint with friends

Stumbled across the pub by accident, really liked it, quite small with bar in one corner, good selection of drink, excellent service. Tricky stairs to the gents in the basement, if you're over six foot you won't be standing upright while down there.

Great little old world pub tucked down an alley. Like walking into a pub in 1800. Still steep london prices but worth a visit

Nice little pub tucked away. Stairs to basement toilets a bit difficult to negotiate after a session.

Bit pricey ! A Morretti and a bottle of cider nearly £13 but a lovely old pub none the less. Well worth a visit

Nice old pub down a quiet alley. Staff were friendly. Cider selection could be better, but they at least had Magners in the fridge.

Fantastic pub full of character and characters. Good beer, good prices, and staff friendly. My only negative was the plastic beer cups. I know it's the jubilee but that's when you get out the good crockery. Still I'll definitely be going there again.
