Waited 15 minutes for drink while the world's slowest barman served everyone who got to the bar after I did. The reply below says that the issue was explained to me! Nobody said anything to me. I don't think anyone even looked at me. I worked as a barman in nightclubs for years when I was younger. I learnt to deal with being incredibly busy but still managed to keep track of who had been waiting longest. Perhaps try training your staff or employ enough that they aren't under so much pressure.

I organised my company's social at this pub in April and we had a great time! Lovely pub with a lively atmosphere, good music and most importantly great drinks and food. The team was very friendly and attentive. We booked an area and it was ready and clean when we arrived. I love the location, so convenient with the tube station just outside and touristic attractions a short walk away. I can definitely recommend this pub.

It’s a 100% football pub. Gets a lot of police presence on big match days. I wouldn’t visit it generally unless I wanted to watch sport. However the one time I went it was perfectly good. Good sport pub.

🚇 Baker Street 🍺 £6.05 Estrella ❤️ A steady Greene King pub popular with tourists and day trippers alike. . The Globe is situated on busy Marylebone Road and opposite busy Baker Street underground station. . I visited here with the chaps after a day out taking a tour of Lords cricket ground. We were all starving and decided to visit The Globe as we were all going our separate ways from Baker Street. I ordered a pint of Estrella which was just over six quid and had a Katsu chicken burger and chips which was thirteen quid, both pint and food were really nice and couldn’t fault them. . This pub is as traditional as it gets, the exterior of the pub is decorated in Greene Kings regular colour-way. Inside it’s clean tidy and similarly you can tell you are in a GK pub. This boozer shows live sport on the few screens dotted around the bar. . The atmosphere was relaxed on this sunny July afternoon, we sat outside at the front of the pub grab a few rays and soak up the atmosphere of the coming and goings of the ever busy Marylebone Rd. I have visited this pub a few times and it can get mobbed due to its location, Madame Tussauds and a certain Mr Holmes residents draw a lot of tourists to the area along with footy fans. . The @globebakerst was a solid visit with my mates, all of who enjoyed their food and bevvies. Very very good pub close to Baker Street train station.

Came to watch the football Sunday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Match quality was top notch, food was amazing and drinks were a good price. Safe to say I will be back here next Sunday

My coke was half ice so i paid for frozen water, basically. No refit given. Be careful tourists.

My 2 sisters and self and bro-in-law lunched here. My bro-in-law specifically wanted to come here, to see the cosy little London pub where his sister worked about over 40 years ago! We caught the hop on/off big bus tours to get here. Great atmosphere, food, and service, by friendly staff. It was a warm day, so a pint of cool British beer was in order! Highly recommend this one, of over 3,000 pubs in London! 👍🍺Cheers!

Good pub. Not too busy and very handy for Baker St station. Good range of independent beers on handpumps. Loads of Sherlock Holmes stuff on walls, but not too touristy.

Fine pub with good beer and tasty food. It is an ideal spot for afternoon or evening outing with family or friends. The only flaws of our experience were: some mix up with your order, and waiting time that was two times longer than what was told us at the bar by staff member. Overall, I recommend visiting this venue :)

Hi We visited last weekend and what an amazing time we had. The team welcomed us and told us they had more seating upstairs as they were extremely busy. We ordered the chicken platter and 2 burgers which were delicious and didn’t take very long. We were heading to Madame Tussaud’s after and because it was so good we decided to return later and again was amazing atmosphere. Stefano and James really took care of us and made sure we felt welcome. The Globe is a must visit and in such a perfect location. The team are amazing and very friendly. Thank you for making our day very enjoyable

Best vegan burger ever!! I even went up to the staff to tell them they gave me real meat. I’ve been vegan for 4 years and I truly thought it was real meat! The staff was lovely and I got served my George, very great bartender. Definitely coming back

Fantastic, well-kept ale: I tried the Tribute and was tasting very fruity and was served with a lovely creamy head. Well served ale is a bit of a rarity these days. Very friendly and helpful staff plus the place is very clean and well presented. We will be back!

Really lovely pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff who were very helpful. We came in for lunch and the food was really delicious. Fast and quality service. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Having just moved to the area, I was made to feel immediately welcome in the Globe. The staff are incredibly friendly, the beer is great and the music pitched perfectly. This is quickly becoming my regular! Would recommend!

Amazing pub! We were on a work 'team building' day in London, and happened to come across this lovely pub. We were carrying out a scavenger hunt, and the bartender was absolutely lovely, and couldn't do enough to help us complete it. Thank you! Will definitely come back when back in the area! Love this theater! Its as though you step back in time. Even though the plays were written so long ago, the topics are so up todate and relevent. I am always pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the acting.
