not one to leave bad reviews but just wanted to warn people to not book this place if you’re looking for somewhere to get rest - it’s built above a night club with music blasting & shaking the capsule until 4am. lady on reception explained I couldn’t get a refund on second night and was very understanding of the situation but I couldn’t bare to stay again so found somewhere else anyway. breakfast is 2 types of bread, coffee, tea, hot choc, 3 types of cereal, canned peaches, cucumber and tomato which is good for it being free of charge when you book direct!

I'd like to raise a complaint around a member of your staff. I came to your venue on Wednesday 1st November at 6pm. As I walked in with my friend, the bouncer pushed me back because he wanted to check my ID. Completely understand the need to check IDs but to push me back is unacceptable. He should verbally let guests know this. This was then followed by the most pathetic and child like attempt to assert his dominance. He spent ages putting on his jacket, and then proceeded to move the keyboard on the screen from side to side for 5 minutes. Clearly he was trying to waste our time. How pathetic can you be to get offended because I tried to walk through a door. He eventually stopped spinning the keyboard around the screen and entered in our details from the IDs. We went in and he proceeded to let everyone else in behind us without checking their IDs. Is this pathetic behaviour accepted at your venue? It's passive aggressive at the least. We were completely sober and are both in our 30s. I do not expect to be treated this way. I'd like to say your bar staff were great and provided a lovely experience. Your bouncer is a child however and needs retraining. Please can you confirm what steps will be taken to ensure this bouncer doesn't assault guests again and to ensure he isn't so passive aggressive? I look forward to your reply and confirmation on what actions will be taken to address this member of staff.

Attended a bottomless brunch here last weekend. We really enjoyed ourselves. I felt that there was loads of safety precautions and staff were super friendly and helpful. Cocktails were great!

I attended a bottomless Disney themed brunch. Initially I was very disappointed because a different member of staff was rude, ignorant and ditsy. (I’ll be contacting their management in a separate form of communication). But Mollie turned my whole experience around, she was absolutely lovely!!!!! She was such a friendly person, perfect customer service and personality. She’s so perfect for this role and I personally think everyone should be following her lead, honestly, even I didn’t want to leave the at the end because Mollie was so friendly and she’s just a lovely person! Mollie needs recognition and a pay rise!!!!!! She was so lovely and it wasn’t just to our table but to everyone in general! Mollie is your perfect employee and if I needed someone in my own company I would definitely make sure she was happy and would do what I can to keep her as an employee as it would be such a loss. Please appreciate Mollie! She’s an asset to your business!

I have visited this place twice during the past 2 months. Beer is tasty, burger 🍔 was good enough with fries 🍟, while cauliflower as a separete dish was disgusting 🤢 the place itself is rather authentic as for the pub. Service is good, no problems. Finally I have tried brownie that was not present last time :)

I was in the area so popped in to see the Liverpool v West Ham game. Quite busy even though only 5.30pm . They have quite a few screens so a good place to watch the footy.

Went to Belushi's on my Birthday as it was one of the recommended places in London to try burger based on the articles. My bf & I went there during happy hours and enjoyed "buy one get one" offer, ordered the famous burger and sides. The cocktails were amazing but it felt like the burger was overrated, didn't enjoy the sides much as well. The ambience was pretty cool and fun.

Ok for watching sport (if you're happy without sound or keep your cans on), terrible for enjoying it!! This place has loads of screens and plenty of spaces. It's set up and advertises itself as a sports bar. It attracts a relatively young crowd accordingly. But despite having the right set up, it doesn't actually 'enjoy' the sport. There's no commentary on during the football matches and they'd rather just play dance music (on repeat) despite numerous requests from various tables to focus on the sport and put on the commentary so people could enjoy the sport. I suspect they want to attract a crowd for the major events such as the Euros or the Super Bowl, but don't actually want to have sports fans in at times when they might want to enjoy UK sports at normal times during the year. Unless perhaps they are trying to encourage sports fans to book a private room? They'd be better to remove 'sports bar' from their signage and just be a dance bar.

Wow! Busy on a Monday and karaoke to top! I don't think that my friend and I never imagined finding such a great place, it made our night really as everywhere else was close to closing or closed! Great vibes, waffle was absolutely amazing - literally the perfect after a couple drinks dessert. The bartender's did great and I give credit to everyone of them but two did stand out. A girl with blond hair wearing a head scarf. She was super friendly, informed us about the karaoke when we were going to leave and that made us stay 😂. And a guy with a cap and long blond curly hair, just great banter! I would say though, the long island ice tea and the mojito were disappointing but everything else was great! Fab time thank you.

We booked a table for 10 people in New Year’s Eve, with a 50 pounds deposit. We work really close and after finishing work late we just wanted a place nearby to end the year having some drinks. Unfortunately our experience was terrible. The manager let us know on arrival that they were fully booked and didn’t have our table anymore, and then took us to table what was situated next to a wall on the middle of the corridor. It was single table for 2 with out even one chair. We really thought that is a joke but unfortunately wasn’t.

Awful place..Queued to get into your venue with some younger friends. I am disgusted that I was refused entry, being an obvious 55 year old man, because I didn't have any ID documents with me. I attempted to show the security guy my passport photo and details as a saved document on my phone but he would not accept it and I was forced to leave, leaving my friends behind and feeling totally embarrassed. This is absurd. So unnecessary. My evening ruined by a ridiculous ID policy. I am obviously over the legal age. I do not carry ID around at the age of 55. I am disgusted at the security staff's, totally unreasonable attitude. What have we become when a middle aged man is refused entry, with his friends, to a venue. Shame on this venue.

Absolutely disgusted by the service in this place. I went there on tuesday and tried to order whisky on ice barman was just chatting to another member of staff. After pointing out that I dont want coke on top he remade a drink and pushed it towards me like in a movie. It obviously spilt right on my £500 jacket. Instead of apology he just went to the other side of the bar and pretended nothing happened. Such a horrible person. I totally lost it and shouted c word at him and sat back to my seat. He called security lying that I spilt drink by myself while everyone saw its not true including another barman. Security meanwhile asked me to leave while I was sitting at my table. When I requested to speak to the manager he just didnt care. Just told me its up to security if I should leave. I never was treated so badly at the bar but the worst thing they let the barman to get away with such horrible attitude. The worst people ever. Guys look at cctv of whats going on behind the bar. Its disgusting. Such a shame because I met amazing people and had very good night until that happened.

Honest Prices, Good Beers and Drink. AMAZING STUDENT DISCOUNTS. Great for groups and students but more importantly to watch any kind of sport event. Go there often. Like it food is good. Only give 4 because soft drinks are not great and food is a bit expensive after 7pm.

Don’t book here. It is not clarified what is included on booking and we were kicked off a table by staff that were awfully rude and disrespectful when we tried to explain we had a booking. This place doesn’t deserve your custom. Disgusting service and food when finally arrived was awful and when requested, no refund was given. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

The DJ thinks the Karaoke is only for his friends, he accepts requests then start telling people your song is queued and is coming next and it never comes. He only plays songs for his friends despite the fact that they're are completely out of beat. Many left and were completely furious but he was happy he's in control. Don't ever ignore the low rating!

Typical sports pub, with the exception of a booking only downstairs area called the dugout, which is nice. The food is okay (pub quality but nothing special) and a decent range of drinks. General area (upstairs) needs a more focal point for sports, rather than numerous smaller TVs. They do have the personalised tables with screens, but need to have a rethink about how they use the upstairs space.

As indicated in a number of other reviews, the manager needs some proper customer service training, I'll leave it there! Plenty of other good places to watch sports in London Bridge. Don't be fooled by happy hour, they don't have stock of most of the items they advertise and normal prices are very expensive.

Fella outside not showing no common sense at all 3pm in the afternoon and asking for ID I understand that that they have to scan it to know who's in the venue etc but it was dead . As a 36 year old man I don't carry it with me. All I wanted was to pop in for a quick pint and watch the Ecuador vs Senegal game . Sorry totally clueless how to talk to people

5/5! The Dugout in Bellushi’s was absolutely FANTASTIC for an event I hosted for 20 girls. We were in the Guinness room and the staff helped us set up to the HDMI screens across the room. It was absolutely perfect and the manager on duty was so helpful! The staff were super friendly and a special shout out to Nia and Shania on the bar who were so lovely! We had an EPIC time! It was all organised by Kimia - very helpful, great communication and meant our event ran so smoothly and successfully!

I’m hilariously impressed. The BBQ nachos compete with those from the deep south in the USA. They also play a good amount of American music over the speaker, including country music. This bar did their research on how a good bar is to run. Nice work!

We are a group of 8 fantasy football fans. Keen to watch red zone and spend lots of money on food and beer. We won’t be coming here again. Never felt less welcome. This place is an absolute nightmare to book and even worse to deal with. The managing staff have a serious attitude problem as well. If I pay £120 to book a private booth you are not doing me a favour by getting us the correct sound to match the channel. Do not huff and puff for a simple request. Never coming here again. Never been treated with more distain as a paying customer.

Amazing bar attached to the hostel. Food is okay... wouldn’t eat here. But the vibe is amazing. You meet so many amazing people here. If you stay at the hostel, you’ll get a good discount on food. For me this place and the staff are 5 stars. I dropped 1 star, because the security tends to be overly aggressive for a random sports bar, that is meant to have a chill vibe. Seeing how they behave, you would assume their working in one of those mega clubs that’s accommodates 1000 people and you also get the vibe from the security that they really don’t want to be there and are doing the establishment a favor.

Great spot in the heart of London! Great food and good drinks in a great atmosphere. Lots of great vegan options too which was amazing! We had an amazing server, Ben, who made our time there super fun. And another shoutout to the bartender, Gabby! Both super lovely and brought the place to life. Would definitely stop by next time I’m in London!

Fairly standard Belushis, good atmosphere especially during the football season. Moretti is £6 which is not pretty good compared how overly expensive the rest of London Bridge. Burger and Chips £11.50 was nice but definitely not worth the price, looked similar to what you get in a fast food outlet.

We went to Belushi’s because we were told they had American football on. They did! We got there and they check your ID at the door, but they were very nice. We sat down and the waitress came over and asked if we were there for American football, which we said yes. She said that they were getting ready to change the TVs to rugby, but we could follow her downstairs and watch the NFL. We followed her and were shook! Downstairs is a total other bar and every single TV was playing the NFL, including the RedZone. The wait staff was awesome, food and pub grub was great! We are so so happy we went!

A sports bar that doesn't let you wear sports clothing - revolting establishment. I came to watch NFL Redzone on a quiet Sunday evening, in particular the GOATS - Zack Wilson and Trevor Lawrence. I had my stormzy #merky joggers on. I was so excited to see my QB's on the big screen help me beat Daleh in NFL draft. When I got to the door my Redzone dreams were shattered by Ru Paul because I forgot my tuxedo. Trevor ended up throwing 4 interceptions. Won't be coming back ever again and I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't leave reviews often. But I went with my friends to watch a football match and because the screens didnt work we missed the first 20 minutes. That's okay as technology sometimes goes wrong but they didn't apologise, or offer us a simple free beer. Then the food was way overpriced, £12.50 or a bang average burger. We also had money behind the bar and they didn't at any point make it clear how much we had left (I'm pretty sure they cut it short as well). Overall, unfriendly, average and overpriced food, poor service. Won't be coming back here again

Belushi's is my new favorite spot in London. It is a must if you are in the area! bartenders like George, Ade and Damian were very welcoming and made the experience very personable. With good drinks. good company, and mad bartender skills, this is the perfect place for either a chill happy hour drink or a wild night out. Affordable and tasty drinks, great happy hour deals and even better deals if you are staying at the hostel upstairs. Thanks to the great service and tasty food and drinks I will most certainly be returning. If you are looking for a great value and experience this is the spot!

Good venue for an after game dinner. Good screen provision for diners. The food was OK but a bit pricey IMO. You need ID to get in. Make sure that, if you make a party booking, everyone knows! I didn't and was a little miffed at being challenged. The youngest person in our party of 4 was 28; I'm in my 60s! Maybe I should have been flattered by the challenge but I think it was more a case of policy enforcement - there was no way the managers licence was in jeopardy because of my custom.

Some staff were great, our table server was incredibly helpful. Burgers and general food were great. Though for a sports bar to turn the audio off and music on before hearing both the competitors talk after an event is ridiculous...

I went to Belushi London Bridge with a group of friends. We had a great evening. The staff were very friendly, especially Hannah H who very patiently explained the menu to us and recommended different cocktails for us all to try, she then went off and expertly made them for us! What made them even better was that it was Happy Hour and so it was buy one get one free! The food looked and tasted amazing also. Will definitely recommend and hope to get back to Belushi real soon. Well done to Hannah H and the rest of the team 😊

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I have been given the wrong order a couple of times and I have had to remind staff about my order. From my experience, the reservation procedure is also not the best. However, it is the perfect place and atmosphere to watch football games. Students can get a lot of discounts if you sign up for their membership. If not, everything on the menu is reasonably priced anyway. I've tried all the flavours of their wings and every single one is delicious. The staff is always friendly and the whole place has been set up well.

Recently saw Dim Sim on TV but didn't know you could get them but when I found out that Belushi's had them I decided to give them ago. A dim sim is a Chinese-inspired meat and vegetable dumpling-style snack food, popular in Australia and to a lesser extent in New Zealand. The name means dim sum in the creator's native dialect. It is made of minced meat (usually pork, lamb or chicken), cabbage, and seasoning, encased in a wrapper similar to that of a traditional shumai dumpling. They are typically rectangular, or sometimes a larger circular shape sold in fish and chip shops, service stations, corner shops, and some Chinese restaurants and takeaway outlets in Australia. When they came, they were big and round. Tried them without any sauces and I felt that they tasted exactly the same as Chiuchow meat roll 潮州炸粿肉 and Vietnamese Spring rolls but miles better and palatable because the meat is good quality and you won't find any weird chewy bits. They were a bit sweet by default so I didn't use the sweet chili sauce that was given. The dim sim tasted nice with BBQ sauce and mustard. Vinegar, Brown sauce or Worcester sauce would also go well with it but they were not on the table.

Went here for a drink with some old flatmates and I must say, it was quite something else. At first I felt shy and just wanted to keep myself to my friends, that soon changed. Not bad for a late night place. However, the staff, especially Jessica, are quite rude. She refused to serve the entire left side of the bar and when a man was rubbing his rear against me for 5 minutes and I eventually chose to ask him to stop, she said "he's just leaving the bar" and told me to calm down. All I wanted was water as I was not drinking, she refused to serve us for another 10 minutes and we had to chase down a person who was re-stocking the glasses. Really disappointing, especially from a female member of staff. The management may wish to reconsider their staff/train them.

Came her with a friend to play beer pong as they claim to be a beer pong venue but actually IS NOT! We played on 2 bar tables with a beer pong top...REALLY??? The beer is way to expensive and the service is poor, we ordered a portion of buffalo wings which were off as the buffalo sauce was cheesy, we reported to the server but nothing changed and the manager never showed up so I ended up pay a dish without eating it! What I disappointment! There are far better Venus in Bankside area like Sama - Porky’s Bbq With proper beer pong tables and better food.

The english breakfast was great, filling and for a pretty affordable price. Being a tourist in London it was really important to find a nice place with good vibes and - most importantly - to have a traditional breakfast that will keep me full for the rest of the day.

Great food but it's also a bar so it smelled like beer in there which wasn't very pleasant when having breakfast.

I met up with some work colleagues at Belushi's London Bridge on Monday 29th January. We visited for food and drinks, and was greeted by Aaron, one of the staff here. He has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure us as a group were lookedout for. And kept us laughing and the drinks flowing!!! Well done!!!!
