Burger was out of this world and service on the bottomless brunch was insane, couldn’t get anywhere close to finished the glass without it being topped up almost immediately. This is THE best place I’ve been for a bottomless brunch in a long time. Get yourself there 🍔 🍹

We came to The Big Chill for a bottomless brunch as part of a hen do, and the drinks were nice when they arrived - but they weren't consistently topped up. The bride also had to wait until essentially all other food was finished before hers arrived. The biggest disappointment for me was that I was told the kitchen had refused to serve me because I'm intolerant to gluten - even though they have a gluten free option on their menu and I'd asked them in advance on social media for options. I had to buy my own food and bring it in despite being charged the same as all other attendees, and there wasn't so much as an apology from the serving team!

We had an amazing time at Big Chill. Our waitress Asia was absolutely amazing throughout and so kind and attentive. The food and the cocktails were great and this has been the best service I have experienced at a bottomless brunch. We will be returning.

An absolute find. A great team, a real mix of people and some great beers on Tap. The burgers are sublime and I could have easily had two of them. Service is attentive and the DJ was great too. A really fun evening.

There is a nice terrace, but it is not that functional if it's cold out (there are heaters but they are restricted to a handful of tables, and it is only partially covered). Inside there is plenty of space, and the drinks are good, and pretty standard prices for London (except for if you go during happy hour). There is music on, which was maybe a little loud for 6pm on a weeknight, so it's good if you fancy a dance but not so great if you want to have a conversation.

Visited Big Chill for their "California Love" hip-hop and RnB themed night (ironically, on the day Tupac's killer is apprehended in California). The venue is a gigantic pub lounge type bar with wooden paneling and many seating options and bar stools, plus four cushioned seating areas, two downstairs and two upstairs. These were initially cordoned off with rope for private reservations, where it seemed the groups enjoyed some classic pub food - burgers, fries, chicken wings, onion rings and many condiments and dipping sauces. Served on large sharer platters for the whole group to enjoy. Looking at the food and seeing the enthusiasm with which the guests were eating, it would be in my mind to return at a different, earlier time and enjoy some food, too. However, as we didn't eat here, no comment or Star rating out of five can be left for the food aspect. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. There was a good, palpable, positive energy from the street outside and the door in. Definitely helps that they played some fantastic music from the 90s and 00s ranging from East and West Coast Hip-Hop to older and newer RnB, too. Felt as if we had been transported to maybe a New York or SoCal bar with the vibes and the tunes. There is a downstairs that was also just for some reserved party guests but the main ground floor has a huge L-shaped bar on the left hand side, then a big dancefloor complete with giant retro disco ball hanging down in the centre and multicoloured strobe lights blanketing the floor. Had a retro, vintage, fun and chill feel, perfectly in line with the name of the place. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be back another time for food and definitely in the future for specific events. Highly recommended!

The lunch deal is the real highlight of the place! Burgers are generally tasty, and the chips are better than a lot of places. All their menus {brunch, burger, sides} have vegetarian and vegan options, so it would suit more diverse groups. The lunch deal is only £10 - it offers a burger, fries and a drink {one used to be able to choose which burger, but now they've standardised it}. A nice place to go with friends and chill~!

We had our Christmas party here and I can not recommend Big Chill enough! Such wonderful staff! Including the booking agent Adelaide who made everything so easy! (such a kind woman!) The night itself was wonderful! The venue space was perfect and well decorated. The Staff were so attentive and their kind attitudes made it such a welcoming environment ! The food was fantastic and came out really hot even at the amounts we ordered. 10/10 for a workplace event and we will 100% be coming back!

Love The Big Chill, end up visiting Everytime I'm in London. Relaxed, great food and drinks, all around great atmosphere. The roof terrace has changed a bit since I last visited, but the staff are still second to none.

It's a nice place to go if you want to dance. They have a rooftop terrace but it's a bit annoying cos after 11 pm you are not allowed to take your drink there. Nice atmosphere.

Amazing food and great service. Popped in after a long train journey, ordered a drink and couple of meals. Problem with the kitchen and food came out cold. Staff were brilliant, so questions just sorted it out and got the food to us quickly with no issues. Food was excellent, burgers were lovely and a good size. Drinks were reasonable price and lots of options. 5 star for the venue food and drinks. But Gold Star for the amazing staff!

We came here for bottomless brunch and we had so much fun! The food options are good and the waiters make sure to keep your drink topped up. The price was decent, we paid around £35 for bottomless including food and unlimited drinks. Special thank you to Michael he provided really good service. I will definitely come back.

Great staff, atmosphere and interesting building. Staff were friendly and regularly about to collect cups. Atmosphere is great as the layout of tables, TVs and decor were pretty much perfect. Though there are a few spots they can add more TVs. The layout of the place is very interesting, few indoor balcony and also outside rooftop area.

Had a great two hours at the bottomless brunch on a Sunday. The service is exceptional and the servers ensure you're drinks are topped up or replaced before you have even finished. The food was so nice and cooked to perfection. Well definitely visit again.

We hired out part of the venue for my sisters 30th and it was perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was great. Want to say a special thank you to Cassie (I think that was her name, sorry can’t remember for sure) - she was so kind and had such fun energy! Thank you!!

Actually, visited Brick Lane which has always been a favourite, and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere and drinks and music were fab! Only complaint was that if you’re holding a garage night, please hire a DJ who knows garage and plays the classics as lovely as he was, his knowledge was seriously lacking! Still, didn’t ruin a fab night and we’ll be back!

I had two tickets for the Daft Punk Party last Friday, which I booked a month in advance. It's safe to say I was looking forward to it. Upon arrival at Big Chill in King's Cross my friend and I were asked for ID. Neither of us had any. I am not in the habit of carrying mine as I am 38 years old. We both had IDs on our phones, mine was a (clear) image of my passport. The bouncer told us we needed physical IDs. We asked to speak to a member of staff, preferably a manager, and we were denied this request. Neither of us had any alcohol at this point in the evening, so we certainly could not be mistaken for being intoxicated. Although it may be policy to present a valid form of ID, I cannot see why it was needed. I noticed other people who entered just had their IDs looked at, not scanned into a security system or anything of that kind. So what is the purpose of having a physical ID other than to show your date of birth? From what I can tell the only difference between my friend and I and the people allowed in was their IDs were physical and ours were on our phones. I find this beyond ridiculous. Although we were annoyed by all of this we remained calm and polite, where the bouncer had no problem being very rude to us. I cannot understand why we couldn't explain our case to a manager. I have e-mailed for a refund. It was a real shame as it looked great inside.

Love this place, reminds me the few years i spent as a backpacker in Asia and South America... Good people, good vibe, good ambience and good drinks. You'll never spot a city w4ank3r in there, which certainly adds to its charm!

My second time was for dinner date and the burgers were delicious! I went for the Chipotle buffalo chicken and absolute food po*n! 🤤 We also shared chicken strips and fries, which were both tasty too! Absolutely recommend to stop if you're around King's Cross. It's a cozy bar vibe.

found this a while a go on restaurantinlondon.co.uk and has now become a favourite of mine! the loaded fries are BEEAUTIFUL, and they go heavy on the burgers (you can't go wront with that!) also, I had some great tequila on the rocks (forgot the brand) but the staff were super helpful. go there!

Great place for a large group!! Friendliest bar staff I've come across in London in a while. Thank you guys for making our day fun and problem free. We were a large group of 22 and food came out quickly and was delicious. I had the vegan skillet and it was very tasty. Others who had burgers were very complimentary of the flavours. The venue was quieter during the afternoon which was nice for chatting but then the atmosphere livened up with good music to end our evening perfectly. Thanks for a brilliant day ! We will definitely be back.

Jerry is an exceptional bartender. His skills behind the bar are second to none, and his passion for mixology shines through in every cocktail he crafts. What sets Jerry apart is his friendly and welcoming demeanor; he makes you feel right at home in his establishment. Whether you're a regular or a first-time customer, Jerry ensures you have a memorable experience. His knowledge of spirits and his creative concoctions will leave your taste buds delighted. I highly recommend visiting Jerry's bar for a fantastic night out with top-notch service and drinks. Cheers to Jerry!

The amount of times I have passed this location and never checked it out. its a great place for chilling at the rooftop area has a vip section for birthdays and other events. The dance floor is big and has plenty of space for dancing the night away. The drinks are varied and priced rather well great location with great vibes

I really like Big Chills and I have been a regular for years. Although it is quite disappointing recently. We went there yesterday and there were no happy hours as staff said there is no happy hours in December. Which would be completely fine if they would remove all advert about and each drink list said it and every toilet door had this promo on and it is on their website. I am pretty sure they even overcharge us couple of times as I know the prices. It can be because some of the staff are new and have no knowledge. Overall the place is really nice, but the service is really behind compare to times prior to recent renovation.

I have walked past so many times, but was tempted by the brunch offer! Great chicken and waffles and great burger - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon was nice, perfect for either a spot of brunch or lots of drinks with friends.. looking forward to coming back for the bottomless brunch!

Great service by the staff, plus a great variety of drinks and food. Great rooftop seating with OK views. Kitchen closes a bit early for my taste - but otherwise would recommend.

They offer a bottomless brunch at this spot for 30£ plus the cost of the main, so in the neighbourhood of 38 to 40£. There is a varied selection of breakfast items and about four or five drinks from which to choose. The service was good and the staff were very attentive.

We came to the Big Chill on Saturday to have the bottomless brunch in celebration of my birthday! Dianne was our host and she was just incredible! Our drinks were never empty and the food was insane. This was my second time having bottomless there, and it certainly didn't disappoint! Will 10000% be back!

Went here on a work do. Venue had a good selection of rooms (downstairs VERY noisy/loud, not my thing but not bad), a karaoke room (probably best I don't inflict that on my work colleagues) and an outdoor terrace (more my style). Selection of drinks was very good with more than the usual Fosters/Carling. Was also nice to see a good amount of staff around the venue to keep things from backing up at the bar. Speaking of the staff, they were all friendly and helpful throughout the night. A credit to the venue, they deserve a pat on the back. Food was plentiful and tasty (seemingly endless trays of sliders) which were very welcome throughout the evening. Had a fab time and would actually pop in if I was in the area again. Keep up the great work 😁

Decided to drop by this restaurant during lunch hour, and they had this promotion when it's only £10 for a burger set that comes with fries and a drink of your choice. I got the Miss Piggy (pulled pork and beef patty) and danggg it was good! And I can't exactly pinpoint what the dipping sauce, it that sauce was bussinn too. Would recommend if you're near King's Cross ;)

A fantastic Christmas party we had last week for 270 people. Venue was brilliant and DJ was fantastic. All the staff were so helpful and professional, and Adelaide who helped organised everything was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, a fantastic venue to work with and the whole company absolutely loved the party. Would absolutely recommend and hope to be back for another event!
