Amazing place for after work or team event. This place with some long history behind, what can be clearly visible by artefacts all around. What about food and drinks - they are definitely worth of your attention. Served very tidily. Good is really delicious. Check on my photos ;)

This is probably the best place for food and drink in Kings cross station. It's tucked away at the back, near the Harry Potter shop. Fullers beer and a great food menu. Well worth a visit.

With multiple areas across two floors and a stunning central atrium featuring a three-story glass ceiling, the ambiance is truly captivating. Although too full to indulge in many dishes, the vibrant atmosphere here is definitely worth a mention! 🍻

🚇 Kings Cross 🍺 £5.50 Frontier Lager ❤️ Well who doesn’t like a relaxing drink either before or after getting on a train. I have been to many a station pub over the years and on most occasions they have been a bit of a disappointment. However, the pub industry has upped it’s game across their estates and have refurbed and reimagined a number of their establishments. One of the finest I have been to is the @parcelyardpub .This former post sorting office was converted to a pub back in 2012 and has never looked back. Not only is it a station pub but it’s a destination pub too, the draw of its unique surroundings, quality beers and traditional pub grub keeps the punters coming back for more, you can even have your wedding here. . Wether your a train spotter, Harry Potter or a pub trotter like me, this is a must visit London Pub. . 📊 Information correct on visiting 29/03/19

Really nice bar and pub in inside Kings Cross station - perfect for a few drinks before your train journey or ideal for drinks with friends after work. They have a superb selection of drinks and bar snacks in addition a restaurant, saloon-style bar and lots of varied seating areas with comfortable sofas. The bar and waiting staff were so efficient and helpful and there was hardly any wait at the bar when ordering drinks Really enjoyed this venue - highly recommended.

We came here to meet up with an old friend for a sandwich and a beer. Parcel Yard gets 5 stars for redesign/almosphere and excellent friendly sevice but the sandwiches were rather indifferent with no real taste. However I did enjoy the accompany pint of ESB.

Lovely place, very conveniently based with great food and drinks. Although it is London i would say it is slightly on the expensive side,

Upstairs from Platform 9 of the new part of King’s Cross Station, this is an excellent meet-up place. Traditional railway pubs used to be horrible - just passing trade and bored staff. This is so different! Busy but still with plenty of space, good food and beverages - and friendly staff! A really pleasant, quality space in the middle of a busy transport hub!

Perfect place to chill out, get a beer and some food before/after your train. Highly professional staff and the burger has super tasty beef, even if the "secret sauce" was a bit meanly added. Pretty good chips with it and the optional extra avocado has a nice spicy zing to it. Special offer on "train beer" and they'll throw in a bottle opener for your journey 😊 Seek out the space with the lofty ceiling opposite the bar for good air circulation!

Great location at the edge of the station, plenty of seating and plugs to charge devices. Also felt light and area. Good range of drinks but extremely pricey, even for London. And the toilets are some of the worst I have been too sadly.

This old post office makes for a great bar above the renovated Kings Cross station. Very good ESB. The food in this Fuller’s pub is really good.

Inside a super busy station, a Fuller's bar is more like a redemption to those thirsty traveller like us. A long for London Pride & ESB had made the trip worthwhile. Pity that didn't take pics of delicious Fish & Chips and meat pie. Definitely a great place to take a rest, have great pins of Fuller's beer and of course, eat & drink with friends.

We ate here before getting on our train. Second time eating here. Service was solid, food was great, and price was on point. No complaints from our crew here. Atmosphere was calm and the staff were friendly. They do have an elevator for luggage or people with wheelchairs. My sister had the vegetarian breakfast also so there's options.

I’ve been to King’s Cross so many times and didn’t know this place even existed! First time today and spent most of the day here, drinking coffees and having a light lunch while working remotely. Friendly staff and quick service, really great place. Be back soon!

Has beers, has Ale. ESB tastes like an angel peed in my mouth. Close to the Station. Urinals placed a bit low on the wall, however it had a nice view. I could see the platform where my cancelled train was supposed to leave from. A bit loud. 4/5 potatoes.

Kind of amusing. I came in at 11am knowing I wanted a pint to deal with going home. What I didn’t expect was to see every other person in the pub drinking beer or spirits at the same hour. Turns out there was a burst pipe: no hot drinks available; so everyone quickly turned to the sauce. One of those whimsical, ironic moments of pride. London and/or British.

A nice place within the King's Cross station. We had sunday roasts - I had the vegan version. The food was good, however some of the potatoes were so hard baked I just couldn't eat them. The portion is also really big, unfortunately we couldn't finish it

This is a surprisingly cavernous place hiding in Kings Cross station. It is comfortable and I have never had a problem finding a seat. It's a great place to wait for your train or even a convenient place to meet a friend for a drink if you are coming from different parts of London. There are many rooms, some for drinking and some for eating. An electic mix of tables and chairs in the diner area and sofa and comfy chairs in drinking area. They also have a function room if you have a group and need some privacy.

  • 3/5 David A H. 4 years ago on Google
It’s a neat venue, really interesting use of space, and one paper a great pub. The only problem is it’s literally in a train station and you spend the whole time tripping over luggage. The fact it’s filled with people coming from or about to go for rail journeys also means it lacks any discernible vibe. Good if you’re in the area and waiting, but would not seek it out.

Lovely atmosphere at the Path Yard today with about 5 large groups having their office Xmas Meal. I saw more Christmas jumpers than I ever seen in one spot! The staff were amazingly good in a very very busy restaurant. The food is pretty good I had the Steak pie followed by the Crumble. Very nice. This is a great place to meet and eat in the Kings Cross area.

Large pub in the main concourse part of Kings Cross station, at the back and up the stairs. Decent size place with lots of seating for when you need to wait for a train but it sure gets busy at peak times. Staff seem friendly and there is good choice of beers, wines and other drinks. It's a good place to rely on to stop near the platforms when your train is delayed. Inside there are screens showing the timetables and departure times of the trains so you can keep an eye on updates.

Lovely little pub, perfectly positioned for the rail station. The tram were very accommodating of our stag party (14 men). Great place to stop for a pint whilst waiting for your train.

Located within one of the busiest stations in London (by platform 9 3/4), it's surprisingly a lot bigger and spacious inside than what it seems on the outside. I asked for some recommendations from the menu and decided to go for the steak, London Pride and mushroom pie, with the triple cooked chips instead of mash. When my food arrived, another staff walking by must have seen my facial expression, read my mind and immediately offered me more gravy (I love gravy and clearly there wasn't enough on my plate!). Such great service. The pie was a good recommendation. The meat very succulent and filling, with a light thin pastry. Wasn't too impressed with the chips though. They were a bit soggy and I felt cheated as they didn't seem triple cooked. I didn't like the sticky toffee pudding either. It was lovely and moist, but didn't really work well with salted caramel ice cream... What's wrong with good old vanilla? Staff were also very helpful with trying to identify an ingredient in the honey & cumin roasted pumpkin salad - which was fresh and yummy by the way. Wheelchair access: There are lifts to take you up to the restaurant area and the flooring was so smooth, I glided with ease. Toilet was large and accessible too. Definitely a place to try with their seasonal British menu and light-filled atrium, especially now that Spring is finally here.

My wife and I were looking for a good spot to enjoy a Friday evening's Fish and Chips. The Parcel Yard did not disappoint. The food was superb, the service excellent and the venue both warm and welcoming. We will be back for sure.

Great place to stop if you’re waiting for a train at Kings Cross. Has a good beer and wine selection. Food is good as well. Can get very busy as you might expect which means getting a seat is not always possible. Also if you are on your own and have a few bags can be difficult to keep getting to the bar. Prices are standard London prices which as someone from up North means they are expensive but as I say nothing unexpected for London.

5 stars well deserved in every respect! I wish I could give more! I live hundreds of miles away in rural North Yorkshire, yet this place feels like my local. For years I've travelled regularly to or through London, whenever I can I pop into the Parcel Yard, for drinks, food, to meet up with people, or just for a solo wind down after a hectic time in the big city. A leather wingback chair in one of the many beautiful, fascinating rooms to be found here, is my happy place. I have recovered from a flight from Australia here with a bloody Mary and a full English, I have met with friends for drinks on my birthday, I have taken my family with 3 children aged from 15 to 3, the experience has always been perfection for all. Need a contemplative and restorative fine aged single malt, go here. Need an ice cold beautifully served g&t on a hot day, go here. Want to watch the rugby with a few quality largers and dear friends, go here. Want food which is innovative and delicious, or a comforting, delight, of nutritional satisfaction go here! Want to be served by friendly, professional, well turned out, kind, welcoming and attentive staff, go here! Also many tables have sockets, which can be used for charging laptops, tablets or phones, for no extra cost, such a convenience, when travelling. Thank you Parcel Yard.

Great space and service! My only complaint is that it seems to cater for more sitting and eating as opposed to an after work drink and snack - would be great to have a menu that offers chicken strips/finger food and a place to have pint rather than just standing. I've only been to the top floor though so maybe there is another spot that allows this, it is quite a bit restaurant.

I found this place to be a good place to chill while waiting for a delayed service to arrive at Kings Cross. Entrance is up a big flight of concrete steps and I didnt see any disabled access. The prices are pretty steep e.g I paid £3.05 for a glass of orange juice. But it is what you would expect from a pub in a transport hub in central London. There is also food served here but nothing that filled me with passion. So Id' give 3 stars all in all.

Got a private room for the evening in order to meet with a group of friends. Gorgeously appointed with excellent service and food at no additional cost to the group meal. Well recommended, whether or not you were planning on going into the train station for anything else.

Really good for a post work/pre train drink with a great selection of ale and you can usually get a seat, even at rush hour. Typical prices and food selection for a Fullers pub. Bar service can be a bit slow/chaotic when it gets busy. Nice atmosphere and decor inside.

I chose The Parcel Yard for some work Christmas drinks in the Games Room. When I turned up a few minutes before start time, everything was ready and looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food and drink were spot on. It's a bit of a random venue, being in kings cross station, but it's a good spot and I'd recommend.

Much better than the usual station pub. Feels quite removed and calm from the hectic Kings X station. Upstairs bar and restaurant are much quieter and I've had really great food here before - particularly nice salads. On last visit, upstairs closed "due to unforeseen circumstances" so experience not quite as good on a late December rush hour visit as we were seated in the main pub area. Food was just OK, with a small salad arriving despite ordering a large one, and lukewarm fries. But good service and I won't give up on it as location so handy and it's usually great!

This is a great Fuller's pub in a very convenient location. Staff very welcoming and the table service was excellent. There is a wide range of beers and lagers and an extensive wine list. There's a food menu but we didn't try it. Felt very safe as there's lots of space. Some of the tables look down over the railway station but sadly we didn't have one of those.

Amazing pub next to Platform 9 and 3/4 in Kings Cross. The layout is really cool for both serving a meal and enjoying a pint. The bar variety is really good, especially on whiskeys. For me the two highlights are the entrance that is majestic, at the top of the stairs. And the toilets that are sporting original "Crapper" toilets!! It's an amazing place.

Lovely boozer within King's Cross Station. It's got great rail character inside. A decent range of drinks are on offer, although they are a bit pricey, as you would expect to be honest! Staff are good though - helpful and friendly. It can get busy but it also has quite a few places to sit within the pub, some a little hidden. Definitely a great meeting place or for a couple of swift ones before your train.

Surprisingly good find at the left Side of King's Cross Station. It's the old sorting office so lots of small rooms and a central atrium full of light. Great beers. Really good food. Defo book a table at weekends to get a seat.

Very nice pub with lots of very interesting levels and areas, the beer is good too. Has a lift for people that require step free access, but I was unable to find an accessible toilet and had to go elsewhere; and before you state the obvious, part of my disability makes it hard for me to ask for assistance. Please make it a bit more obvious as to where the accessable toilets are!

Nice place to while away while waiting for a train at King's Cross. Beautiful interior and atmosphere; feels like you're there waiting for a parcel :) Four stars because their lift wasn't working and I had to carry my two heavy pieces of luggage up and down the stairs. I think the lift should definitely be working if you're running a pub on the first floor of a busy London terminal.

Wonderful beer selection and really enjoyed the nachos with vegan chilli. Have to love the decor and theme of this place. Spacious with lots of nooks and crannies to chill for drink and/or food, whether just before or after a train ride or having a day out - not far from platform 9 3/4. I also love that they kept the old Thomas Crappers 👍

  • 3/5 Jamie F. 2 years ago on Google
Arrived and found a seat right away. The server came fairly quick and took our drink and meal order. I was impressed that they asked about allergies right away. We had none so it didnt apply to us. We order the king prawn and squid appies and an order of nachos. With a pint of ale and gin for drinks. The food arrived quickly. The nachos were quite cool but i thought maybe the salsa, sour cream and guac toppings had cooled it off. The chili add on was nice. All the dishes tasted good with the exception of the excessive salt on the prawns and squid. I scraped it off. We finished our meal and they came and asked if we were finished and took our plates but then we waited for an additional 15-20 minutes to just get our bill...both servers had looked at us and saw our coats were on and drinks empty but nobody came with the bill until my bf started getting annoyed and probably looked as such. At that point the one who did not clear our tables asked if something was wrong and we said we need a bill. We then got sorted but it felt like they get you in and served but once your done it was like we were forgotten about. My suggestion is if you clear the plates and ask if we need anything else and we say no to be prompt on the bill so we can leave and make room for the next customers. The experience was mediocre at best but they were very busy as well.

Great place to meet for a great visit to the Harry Potter trolley statue at Kings Cross. The Parcel Yard put on a lovely spread for Christmas and made our day magical. Awful. Took an hour for some cocktails to turn up, meals randomly appearing if at all. Feel sorry for the staff total confusion. Ok for a beer and crisps but anything else avoid. Food in picture looks nice BUT...the curry but should have been called 3rd class. Aldi microwave curry is tastier.

Great location for meeting friends. I went for an informal meeting with a work colleague over lunch. My burger was really good and the online ordering at the table made life alot easier. It's not the cheapest of bars but there's a nice atmosphere (much nicer than you might expect for a station pub) and really helpful staff. The pub is kitted out I'm old railway station type stuff which is really quirky. Well worth a visit whilst you're around kings cross

Had a hard time finally giving a review like this but customers need be aware of the 12.5% of service charge, which was hidden in our case, in addition to our food and tip. We had a meal waiting for train. Kids picked it for the name of Fuller’s. Our waitress seems new as she mistook the menus between breakfast and lunch multiple times, and none of the questions about the menu items got a straight answer. Since she got called out by her manager a couple of time to cancel what we had ordered, we were going to give her a good tip for love and encouragement. However as soon as we placed the final order (and before any food served) she turned around and brought a POS for us to pay the bill already. That’s really odd because we hadn’t seen anything yet, not even the bill itself, by that time … in consideration of perhaps her on-training situation and to prevent more issues with her manager, I went ahead and paid for the total amount which we found later already included the service charge. So I also tipped her, without knowing the details. What really disappointed us was her reactions when I asked for the print receipt and about the SC - she insisted that it’s required and she didn’t need to tell me about it before the payment. I probably would have tipped her anyway, just to help her get over the learning curve; meanwhile by this review I hope she (and maybe the management) would improve services and transparency to customers as well. Close it in an old ending: “fool me once, shame on me…” don’t know what my kiddos learned from this experience, yet I wish they could do better forgiving and loving than myself.

The Parcel Yard is located inside King's Cross station next to Platform 9 3/4 and up the stairs. Two meals, two pints of cider ~£45ish. The food itself was nice, however I found the portion of the Sea Bream fillet to be a little on the small side. Our server attempted to setup a tab and when we later asked to settle it found it actually didn't exist, after putting a card in and confirming I do wonder what we actually confirmed? She also didn't really seem to know how to use the PoS machine, taking a few minutes to find the draft cider. We also asked for an additional menu that never came. The place is great if you find yourself delayed at King's X but I would probably stick to bar service instead of dining in.

Surprisingly, great pub food inside a busy train station! Its located on an upper level with many different areas of seating. If you like unique architecture, you will love this place with all its nooks and crannies. The service could be a little slow, but to be fair, it was quite busy. It appears that a lot of people stop here either before or after their trains, and it seems to be a popular meeting place for the after work crowd. Now onto the food! I had bangers and mash, which were quite good along with their London pride pint of draft. My son had some sort of curry dish, unfortunately, I do not remember the name, but he said it was delicious, and it was well presented. I would say prices are on par with other pubs, and you cannot beat the location, especially after our long international flight, and then the tube ride to Kings Cross. Oh, and don’t pass up the sticky toffee pudding! It’s appears they do take reservations as soon tables had “reserved” signs.

Quick service, clean restrooms, very specious place with the separate dining area, nice traditional English pub vibe, as for the the train station I would say it is a pretty decent place to for food and drinks.

Great vibe and great drinks, enjoyed our time. We got bunch of appetizers and they were ok. I recommend the chorizo dish.

I really like this pub. Interesting place to visit in its own right, but it always has a good range of beers available and is a nice place to meet for a drink, especially if you're catching a train from Kings Cross or St Pancras. This visit was a work event and (very good) food was provided in the bar upstairs.

Not much air flowing through on entrance to bar, but nice airy dining area for those that are eating. IMO the prices are high for fairly basic pub food, but perhaps just a sign of the times. Two of us had the chicken burger, each thinking it came with bacon, only to be asked 'do you want bacon with that' .. "umm, it comes with bacon?", "that is a jam" .. so, tell me, why quantify as '3 piggies bacon' ..I think the word jam was on the second line (By design? Who knows??). Anyway, decent enough pub in the station, interesting building/rooms.

Good Fuller's pub upstairs at the rear of the concourse at King's Cross Station. Four cask beers on handpump when I last visited. A few tables outside all of them covered. The pub was converted from the former Station parcel office.

Had a lovely pint while waiting for my delayed train. The decor in this place is like stepping back into another time long gone, even down to the toilets. The only downside to this place was a bad smell in the corridor near the toilets, which I think was a drain problem.

Decent pub worth popping into whether you're waiting for a train or not. It's all done out with reclaimed wood so looks old inside. Staff are friendly and played choice music from the 80's and 90's. There are comfy leather couches to sit in and a restaurant attached. We didn't try the food. Beer a little expensive for London - £6.65 a pint. Would have got 5 stars but we were there on a chilly November evening and the heating wasn't on. It was fairly cold. Other than that excellent pub.

The experience was good. My only issue was that I booked a table via the website and got a confirmation email and booking ref. When I called 2 days before to reconfirm they couldn't find the booking even with the booking ref. So booked another table. So everything ok in the end. But slightly worrying. Nevertheless the evening went well and overall the service was great.
