I had a great homemade pizza in this restaurant and it was nice and spicy too. What I loved the most was the little pizza cutters that everyone is given, along with the fact that these pizzas are obviously made to order. The beer was amazing too. I will most certainly come back.

Good pub in prime location. Ample seating with a decent menu. Lots of big screen tellys for sports fans. Reasonable prices for food and drinks. Can get a little chilly in certain areas of this establishment which suits me. Toilets are on the 2nd floor. Staff friendly and attentive

!!!Terrible experience!!! We have ordered two of their ''Crafted Burger'', 18pounds each, at first we been told the Burger was sold out, but then after few seconds the waiter changed his mind saying the burger was back. After some time we received our food, at first look the two burgers didnt look like pub burgers at all, howerever, we started eating the chips and kept chatting without paying too much attention, till I first tried the burger and there was no doubt, that was a mcdonald burger... the taste is so unique you can't confuse it, the dimension was exactly the same and the fries tasted exactly as mcdonald fries. So I raised my question to the weither, wich without event trying, direclty called the manger, named Angela, then went to speak to her in her ears. She understood the situation and was clearly trying to gain time, when from far, witough even trying to speak to us or explain, she just said she will refound us. Obviously we have asked our money back but I insisted to get more info about the burger and she was in an abvious status of embarasment. Would be good to get more explanation from the higer managment as this will be escalated to authorities as an official complaint. Pictures below are what we got served, which looking at older pictures of their burgers doesnt seems to be the same...

I booked a table at Long Acre because it was near to the theatre I had booked for my husband's birthday. I thought it may get busy so messaged to reserve a quiet corner in advance. The staff were really helpful, table was ready when we arrived - luckily so, as the place was buzzing. Great atmosphere, fabulous attentive but not obtrusive staff, the food was delicious and each member of staff, as busy as they were, made the time to wish my husband a happy birthday. A really great experience. Our booking was for a certain length of time, but we were not hurried away. A fantastic start to a great evening out. Well done Long Acre.

Made a reservation for their brunch, our assumption from what we read on the website was that there would be table service like with most restaurant reservations; was not the case. We arrived on time and spoke to two people working who each directed us to another individual. Eventually we were told to wait in line at the bar, and speak to the bartender, didn’t get to a table until 20mins after our reservation. We were told to take a table in the back, and to come to the bar to order food and drinks. Considering we were paying for a bottomless brunch this seemed a bit inconvenient. We were told they weren’t serving coffee. We would have just gone somewhere else, though to make the booking we had to pay a deposit. We felt the website could have been more clear that there were no waiters/servers and that each time you’d like a bottomless refill you would have to wait in line at the bar. Also felt the staff could have been more welcoming.

We came here as there was still availability to book a table on a busy Saturday evening and we needed to guarantee a seat for accessibility reasons. I wouldn't rush to return however, as my drink was served in a broken glass and the general cleanliness of the pub wasn't great. The service was fine, as was the selection of drinks, and it was nice that there was a live DJ playing at the time as it added to the atmosphere.

Food was nice but nothing super special. Ordered the Korean fried chicken burger, was nice and crispy, and liked the Slaw. Chips were okay. Good portion size! Staff were nice too. Atmosphere was good, loud enough to be lively but still able to chat to people and enjoy some peace. Toilets were very very nice, haha you'll understand if you visit!

The service is not so good, the menu is not clear. 6 shots for 14£ were mentioned. We ordered Tequila shots, the bottle was stored in the refrigerator and the shots did not taste like tequila at all. They were diluted shots with quite less alcohol content. We had Jager bombs next with red bull, , same result, equally disappointed. Would not recommend anyone to visit for shots especially. Skip!

Went over with my friends to watch the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix '22. Staff were quite friendly and atmosphere was great as well. I was a little disappointed in the burger as it was a little cold. On a more positive note the staff were quite happy to accommodate a request for the sound to be put on for the race commentary. So all in all a great experience for a relaxed Sunday afternoon with some sport on the telly's

Don’t go if you’re a tourist, the bouncer wouldn’t let us in because he specifically said he dislikes Americans. Dear owner, thank you for the reply but the fact that we never were permitted entrance tells me it was not his sense of humor.

Really friendly and welcoming service, despite how busy it is, which is really welcoming! A decent pint of Guinness too. Highly recommend if you're passing through to rest your tired legs after a day of being a tourist.

Had a table for 10 people booked but when we got there it was so overcrowded that we couldn’t actually sit at the table. Staff did nothing to clear the table so we left and went elsewhere! Good location, bad choice of venue. Wouldn’t recommend this place as there are plenty more interesting and friendlier places nearby

My friend and I were both visiting from different parts of the US and he heard great things about this place and wanted to come here since it's central to the theater district. I really do wish it would have been better. I was told Guinness was out so I got a different drink but as we were getting ready to leave I saw someone walking by with four dark beers and was very confused. Maybe they changed it out, I don't know. The food took almost an hour to come out to us, when it did half of it was wrong and they said nothing and never came back and the rest of it didn't come until another 20 minutes went by. I'm not from the area so I'm not sure how the whole service thing works over here since I know we order at the bar ahead of time, but I was just really disappointed. I didn't ask them to take anything back or take anything off because we were running late for our show. I will say the atmosphere is beautiful and the bathrooms, while very high up stairs, were very well taken care of as well. Maybe they were just having an off day downstairs. Unfortunately, I'll most likely not ever be back in London to know.

This place is well placed to visit before or after a trip to one of the many theatres in the area. Prices are on a par with other hostelries in the locality. Some comfortable seating and also standing up tables. I did not sample the food on this occasion. Craft beer is available. The toilets are a long way up but clean and fresh.

Good vibe, music good. But without coming across rude, the guy collecting glasses absolutely stank of b.o. so bad that even after 5 mins of him coming near us the smell hung around. The place is quite small so quite frequently he went past. HR need to speak to him about cleanliness. It's really off putting.

Nice pub and a nice pint. It was fairly quiet when we got here, but we had a long chat with some of the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Bit pricey, but not too bad for the area it's located. Will definitely return.

As it usual in the Capital Cities there are always hidden places which are worth to discover. Perfect cod with chips and clear atmosphere within a week. I'll be back there for London Pride 😃

Very rude bar staff. We ordered 5 shots of tequila and we asked her nicely for lemon and salt. She threw lemon on the counter very rudely. We wanted to stay longer but our mood changed so we went to another place. It’s a nice place but sadly rude staff.

2 staff on a bust Saturday. Ordered food and drinks on the app to ease the queue at the bar. After 20mins we asked about our order and was told they don't even look at the app orders They ladie in charge was doing her best but it was too much. Won't be back again. And food was v.poor.

Used the back room for a meeting. Food and drink was great. The excellent service meant we decided to stay for a few beers afterwards!! Big thank you to Ryan and lauren for looking after us!

We had a fantastic time at the Long Acre on Saturday night. Nick and his team looked after us, with great drinks, great food and great service. Great value for money and the best bar in the area!

Hired the Library Room for a birthday party and it was brilliant. Staff we very helpful, and the food was fantastic - and arrived exactly when ordered for. Couldn’t have asked for more, and the booking / minimum spend was so easy. Thank you so much!

Over selective door staff. At 1500 on a Saturday afternoon door staff refused entry because I’d “had too much to drink”. I’d had one pint in another pub. This sort of selective entry is probably why it’s half empty on a Saturday when every other pub was packed. Found a lovely venue down the road. I suspect it was more the fact the bald overweight man didn’t fit into the trendy gin bar vibe. I bet the beer was warm anyway.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I felt compelled to for people who may come here to eat. From what I can tell this establishment does not put any focus on their food. For starters staff are few and far in between. You have to figure out if you should just sit at table or wait to be seated. Ordering via an app is easy and our food did arrive in promptly. We ordered fish & chips and a cheesy pizza. The fish and chips are supposed to come with tartar sauce according to the menu however mine did not. When I could finally get a hold of a staff member to ask for it she didn’t know what I was asking for then when she realized said, “oh no we don’t have that” then proceeded to walk away. I ate the overcooked fish w/ mayo as it needed something to make it go down. My wife got the cheese pizza which was about 34cm in diameter in the shape of an oval not cut into slices or cut at all. Nothing but a butter knife to try and cut it ourselves. Lacked flavor and sauce but edible.

Nice pub with friendly staff. The food was good and I didn't have to wait too long. Good selection of beer and delicious cocktails. I will definitely come back.

A good pub with reasonable prices and range of drinks on offer. Great for going out for a drink after work with a group and winding down! Lots of large open seating areas feeling open but cozy and the team were super helpful and friendly!

Thanks Ryan for such a great service and positive vibe. Many thanks for the team in general and extra compliments for the Chef 👨‍🍳 that managed to make me a delicious Vegan curry. Definitely a place to share a drink and have some great food. All the best guys and hope to see you soon

Watermelon Sugar is definitely a no. Wanted two other drinks from their menu and they didn't had them. So the forth option ended up being ok, but other places are better when it comes to many things. Definitely not going back. But other people can like the place. Toilets not nice, table wasn't clean

On the plus side: open till very late, own club with dance floor. 3€ entry on weekend nights keeps a lot of unwanted people away. On the negative side: extremely loud even in the pub area, drinks menu is more oriented to the party/binge drinker. All in all a good place for a late evening pint if you are not too picky

Pretty decent pub. Great location. Cocktails are excellent which pleasantly surprised me. The espresso martini is highly recommended. I have not tried better elsewhere.

Lovely pub, nice friendly staff and service , but the sunday roast beef was disappointing.....too tough and fatty for my taste and my wife's. They were very apologetic and gave us a free drink which was a nice gesture. Wouldn't put us off revisiting though, as we really like the place overall.

Walked around looking at menus and the Long Acres interested me the most, loved the chicken schnitzel with garlic butter.

Lovely pub. Very welcoming, service was excellent, great selection of beers on tap and bottled with plenty of flavours of gin for my better half to try also. Food was good and served quickly and cooked perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to try on their trip to London

Best Sunday Roast of all my time living in London! Very cool and current Pub with a great atmosphere and terrific drinks selection. I will definitely be returning!

Really good greeting from the doorman, traditional pub, liked it but downhill from there we booked a table for traditional Sunday roast but as it was 5.30pm they had run out of beef and lamb so we ordered pork belly and chicken supreme. I received my starter but my wife didn't get hers that came with her main meal we had to ask for cutlery but the best was yet to come my chicken supreme wasn't supreme just the smallest chicken leg you have ever seen, both meals came with horseradish sauce well that's a first. Did we complain no as we had to move on, will we go there again no
