Absolutely stunning venue with beautiful view and good choice of drinks. I was happy with the ambience but the food is over priced, they took ages to get the drinks. We ordered food and the waitress got the wrong food and we raised an issue with the manager, he told us that she was new and we have to eat the wrong food because the kitchen was closed. We ended up paying for the food that we didn’t order. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and it was a big disappointment.

We have visited this place on a Monday (bank holiday). We had a booking for 20:00 in the evening and we were running late and the lady on the welcome desk kindly moved our booking for 45 minutes later. When we arrived at the place, the rooftop was almost empty, and the lady told us that there were no tables in the terrace. We were not happy with this therefore we asked again any possibility to have a table outside. We finally got a table outside, but the lady was telling us that everything was fully booked. We stayed for a little bit more than one hour and the place was still 80% empty. All the tables around us were empty all the time. We literally don’t understand why the lady was saying that everything was fully booked! So what’s the point for going to a rooftop terrace if you are not meant to have a table outside when everything is empty? Now for the drinks menu, I would say that I was a little bit disappointed because I was expecting a large number of cocktails. The waiter was asking if we would like any specific cocktail, and he kindly made a mixture between Baileys and Frangelico (not on the menu). My cocktail arrived full of ice, and only half full, but the drink was delicious! Nevertheless, I am sure if you have taken all the ice away, it will be almost empty…. Not sure if these are standard measurements for a cocktail, but I was expecting a little bit more quantity within the glass, especially paying 20£ per cocktail! The views are amazing and the place is really special, but I believe that they are not making the most of it with the availability of the empty tables and the size of the cocktails. From my perspective, everything was really overpriced. Staff working there were really friendly and knowledgeable, therefore no complaints about that, but I was expecting a little bit more from the menu and offerings.

First of all, they forgot to place our order (2 glasses of wine and 3 starters) and after 40mins when we asked they told as that they were sorry and they would bring complimentary champagne. They forgot even the champagne. After 10mins When they eventually brought our glasses of wine, they forgot our dishes, and after 20mins, when they brought our food, they forgot one of them

I made an appointment well in advance to celebrate my husband 's birthday , they asked if I wanted a table outside or inside , and of course we wanted outside , but when I got there , they said we had a queue of 10 people in front of us waiting for the table, then I ask, what reservation is this? So far so good , we are not going to spoil the night because of a table , so they put us at a table shared with other people and in the corner where the waiters could not see us , it took at least 15 minutes for a Waiter to come and take our order , and when we asked for something to eat he simply said that the kitchen was closed for some time because there were a lot of people ordering food , disappointing to go out for dinner having a reservation and arrive at the place and nothing works… But At least we took a nice photo , I think that was the only good part of this restaurant, But as they say Brazilians never give up , I made another reservation at Restaurante Sushi Samba , I regret not having done it right away , because we went there super well received and the service was great, fast is wonderful.

Food was very over priced for what it actually was. My poached eggs were solid and the whole breakfast was a bit bland. The views were great and the staff were very nice if a little eager to clear plates as we finished our toast.

Nice brunch menu, but would be great to have the breakfast served until later at the weekend. Ends at 11am and has a better selection. View is excellent and great that it's unrestricted, but warm and cosy!

Just incredible and definitely one of the grandest entrances I have seen for quite some time... The ambience is on point, and the artwork featured celebrating her Majesty Queen Elizabeth is tastefully done. Staff very accomodating and delicious food and drink. Perfect choice of restaurant to impress a significant other be that romantically or business.

Nice place with lovely views of London. Not a foodies paradise but great for a drink with friends and a bite. Lively and uplifting vibe, great for young people although there were people of all ages. Interestingly there were lots of couples and indeed it has a romantic feel to it, particularly as it gets dark. Just avoid sitting in the busy/group areas. Music is played by a dj on Fri/Sat/Sun. It is quite loud indoors but terraces outdoor better, with lovely separate areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is good. We ordered some tapas: the croquettes of iberico ham weren't great. It was mentioned to the waiter and changed no problem. The calamari were crispy and nicely cooked. The red pepper marmalade accompanying well with the chilli giving that bit of heat. The octopus very tender, on crushed potato base y romesco pepper sauce quite tasty although it could have had more consistency. As a plus, the portions are very generous for tapas style. Overall a nice place, great views and a lovely vibe, food ok with good portions reasonably priced and good service.

The worst service of all The warmest beer ever The most expensive food and minuscule portions we’ve ever had £20 quid for this size of a beef tartare Ceviche is supposed to be cut up in small cubes, this was definitely sliced and absolutely inmersed in hot sauce. The worst I've ever had. all in all, terrible experience. save your money for a better place down Covent Garden.

Beautiful views, nice drinks, rubbish service. Had to order the same drinks three times before they arrived (40 minutes after arrival). Music was pants. Could not recommend.

Mixed feelings; I was looking forward to trying this place but certainly not coming back. The views are okay and the inside decor is nice and stylish. The waitresses are friendly and can’t fault their service. However, went there for a brunch and my salmon&cheese omlette was soo salty that had to send it back. They might be salting the salmons for durability etc but it was inedible. Waitress was apologetic and asked if I’d like something else; I asked for a plain omlette this time with no salt 😜 -……….. Only to receive exactly the same salty salmon omlette again!! They must be joking. :( sent it back again . It doesnt matter if they dont add it to the bill (obvs) : paid £55 two people in total but I left hungry… there are other rooftops in London.

Stopped here for drinks celebrating a birthday. Staff were nice and attentive. Couldn't fault them. They've a decent drinks menu, too. Of course, as a rooftop bar/restaurant in London you can be assured half the tables will be busy taking selfies throughout. Entertaining. Views are nice, though.

We booked a table for 2 for pre-theatre drinks/dinner. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 friendly and helpful conciergea who helped us to take pictures with artwork displayed in the lobby bars and guided us to the lift that took us to the rooftop. We were seated outside with great views of the London skyline by a smiley hostess who pulled the chair for me because I had a shoulder surgery and was in a sling. Our waiter Omkar was warm, polite and attentive, When we were served the wrong order (taken by his colleague), he changed it for us without any hesitation. Thank you! The shared dinner selections of lobster sliders, pulled lamb tacos, charred broccoli etc. were as delicious as the cocktails we ordered. We were there longer than the 1.5 hours we were allowed, however, no one rushed us out whilst we enjoyed the view that turned into a dazzling night full of lights along River Thames. Only thing I would suggest is: please please have my favourite Sipsmith gin when I visit next time. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Overpriced food, poor service with a good view. Visited at lunch, had french toast- the maple syrup were served when we’ve nearly finished eating. On a positive note receptionist was nice.

Lovely restaurant with a beautiful view. Very calm and nice atmosphere. Me and my friend enjoyed the pan fried seabass while having a glass of rose which was lovely. Definitely going to visit there more.

SatNav misguided us a little .. wasn't clear that it's located in the Hotel ME building (but that may be just us!) and then once inside there are 3 lifts but only one goes upto the roof terrace.. the one on the left (with Radio written either side of the doors). Lovely, friendly staff who were very attentive and accommodating. We had some drinks and just fancied to try the Pina Colada share dessert ... delicious! We will be back!!

Went for breakfast with a view which was a lovely way to start the day. With a decent variety of breakfast choices available on the menu. I reckon it's even nicer here into the night when the weather is right! With cocktails at sunset and a live Dj playing.

The waitress in grey and black (wearing glasses) was very rude with me. He showed a super rude attitude with zero knowledge about customer service. It is a pity for such a place with a good view and location to hire such people that will ruin its reputation. However, Athena is a great manager and she managed it well. I recommend more supervision on customer service.

We visited on Sat 16th Dec and wasn’t sure what to expect as some of the reviews had not been great. We had a fantastic time and was glad we took a chance and went. The views are simply stunning. Thomas and he team were very hospitable, the atmosphere, drinks and food made for a really special evening.

The view from this place is amazing, but that's about it. The food is overpriced and not very good, and most of the people who come here seem to be more interested in taking pictures for Instagram than actually enjoying the meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're looking for a good value for your money.

Staying at this hotel for a week. They had a decent breakfast, pretty standard fare and price for what you would expect hotel food to be. Went back for drinks at lunch, horrible service. Waited 40 minutes without any server coming to my table after I was seated. I went to ask the hostess to send a server and she took my order which was just a neat whiskey, pretty simple. 30 minutes later still no drink and no server. Ended up just leaving as I had already wasted over an hr. It wasn't busy, about 7 tables. There were 4 wait staff working (and I use the term lightly). Okay view of London.

We were recently in London on a business trip and were recommended a trip to the Radio rooftop bar. There was a really nice atmosphere, lovely seating areas for drinks and the staff were friendly. The views of the city were absolutely amazing, looking down the Thames to Tower Bridge one way and up to the London Eye the other. We really enjoyed our drinks in the sunshine taking in the spectacular views.

✨️Chic✨️Chic✨️Chic 🇬🇧The ME London is designed to impress, from the black and white polished marble to the privately commissioned chandeliers and furniture, to the nine-story interior pyramid that makes up the hotel's atrium. ✨️🎵🌕 Lighting, music, and mood of the hotel's public areas change throughout the day thanks to a dedicated team of "Aura specialists". The architecture of the building -- designed by Norman Foster himself -- is grand and daring, with expansive hallways and large but intimate public spaces. Staff always on hand and helpful, very clean, superb views from rooftop bar. Shall I recommend it? Definitely, YES 🔝🔝🔝

So much unused potential at this place! Firstly it is in a great neighborhood, secondly it's a rooftop bar and people love that combo, but none of that really matters if the food, drinks and service is below average. I have a lot of mixed feelings. We came here with a bunch of friends for the view and the drinks, not necessarily to eat. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience - none of us liked the drinks we got, they tasted nothing like you would expect, even though there were ordinary types of cocktails. The views were only interesting from one side - facing south and seeing the river and London Eye - but the westside was just full of construction cranes (not the fault of the establishment though). Finger food we ordered was average taste, very small portions and frankly quite expensive. It is a beautiful venue, with a great ambience, but a lot needs to improve here in my opinion. It was half empty when we left at around 10 PM on a Friday night, that says a lot about this place! There are much better places to hangout while in London! Visited in July 2022. Paid by card.

It was a nice welcome, got to use the lifts to the top where the restaurant is located as its part of the ME hotel. Great views. 👍 we had to be seated inside as the wind was blowing the soil onto the table from the plants next to us. The kind lady situated us inside which was much nicer. My friends enjoyed the cocktails found them strong, I though they were quite sweet last time so went for a whiskey. The food was great, we shared some small plates and they all came at the same time. It was quite quiet for a Friday but it was still a good experience because of it. 3rd time here.padron peppers are good and the squid/calamari. I found the lamb abit chewy but my friend enjoyed.

Amazing breakfast, with even better service! There was a tiny hickup with the menu(we missed our toasts, but they fixed it for us with some free drinks!), I would like to come back here another time, also because of the amazing views over the city of London!

I had such a lovely experience at this restaurant. Food was obviously delicious. Nice view and interior of building. But the most important that is my partner and I spent such a great time in there, thankfully our waitress Salma was very friendly, helpful and positive. Really enjoyed that place and vibes in there

Great venue that is central, amazing view, and great staff and atmosphere. The Radio Rooftop is located at ME London hotel, and on either side of I'm the venue you have great view of London. Southbank on side and the west end on the other. It's normally packed so I suggest to book a table in advance. The vibe reminds me of the lounge club in Spain. Chilled, great dj and good drinks. The food is good as well but if you want to eat, then go downstairs to the restaurant.

Scenic London skyline setting with a good selection of drinks and bites. However serving time was more than 40 minutes. For a 2 hour reservation that was a loss.

Stunning views of Westminister, the Thames and the London Eye. Came in without reservation for coffee on a quiet Monday afternoon. The staff was friendly and cordial. Paid about £12 for a cappuccino and a tea, but that's not far from what I was expecting to pay in a beatiful rooftop like this. Perhaps, choose a cheaper coffee shop if you're tight on money. If you're visiting on weekends, I highly reccomend to book a table in advance.

I went there to have a small bite and some wine before the theatre. We greeted by a lovely host. I didn’t like my cocktail and they changed it for me straight away. The service provided by SALMA was smooth and everyone was very polite.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes for our table, which was fine. When we were seated my partner saw a vacant table on the terrace and asked if we could move to that table and was told no, after a bit of back and forth they moved us which was great. We ordered a few dishes to share and they were good. We had our table for a little over the allotted 90 minutes and when we asked if we could sit at the bar we’re told no, it’s fully booked. However when I returned from the ladies my partner had got us seats at the bar and we enjoyed a further couple of hours there, maybe that’s just his charm? It has a great atmosphere and we both really enjoyed it. I’d definitely go again.

A great view, ok drinks (the selection needs improvement) and the food was also ok. Not bad at all but not the best restaurant I've ever been to either. One of those places where you're really paying for a fantastic view. It was great for my birthday, especially considering how nice the staff were. We had ordered the seafood platter for two. The best part was the crab paté.

Came here while on a trip to London, absolutely lovely view of London and lovely menus! Prices are pretty expensive however the views, menus etc and definitely worth it. Staff are lovely and really attentive. Proposed to my girlfriend here and the atmosphere was phenomenal! Would definitely go back.

Haven’t been for a couple years but Radio Rooftop is a lovely place to go for drinks and food. We had a fabolous waiter - Nordin. Gave excellent drink recommendations and elevated the experience which even without him would be great. Definitely coming back again.
