Branch of the bar/ pub chain, which as a concept and in decor is showing its age a bit. The main thing this All Bar One has going for it, is the location, right between the entrance of the main 02 complex and the arena entrance. As a result it's popular on event days, though I think there are better options if you walk further in. In terms of the brunch, I found it mediocre (English and vegan breakfasts), the scrambled eggs were quite watery

This place was NOISY. Had we been given a seat downstairs I would have left. I'd been in a noisy place all day and would not have coped. The upstairs seating was a bit better. Tbh there was a large gig about to happen so the place was full. Normally I'd be fine with that. The prawn pad Thai was delicious. It's one of my favourite dishes. A colleague had burger and chips which he said was good. House red wine recommended. Very nice.

First time here. Very busy environment for drinks. We had two different types of burgers. Dirty and brisket and the fish and chips. Burgers where cold and so where the peas. Only advantage to the restaurant was that we were hungry, so ate it. I informed the waitress that foid was cold but she didn't seem to care and just said she was sorry. Wouldn't recommend for food. Good atmosphere and location but that's it.

The tone was set by the not particularly friendly staff and the tatty menu that none of them could be bothered to chuck in the bin. The salad was devoid of any dressing and we weren't offered any condiments for the table...unless you count the tiny little dishes of ketchup that arrived with cutlery ages before the food did. Neither were we shown the station where additional condiments were available. Luckily we spotted it ourselves then wished we hadn't when we saw the state of the salt cellar. We asked for medium rare steaks and got well done ones because the 'chef' thought it more important to get a grid pattern on them than cook them to our liking. It might have been possible to overlook the overcooked steaks had they not been flavour-free and tough as hell. Oh and despite the place being almost empty, it took them half an hour to cook 2 steak and chips....must be all that extra time needed to ruin our rib-eyes. Anyone want to buy the voucher they sent my husband as 'compensation?' We definitely won't be using it.

Superb breakfast! We called in for breakfast before travelling home. It's situated right at the front of the main O2 entrance with seating indoors and outside within the arena (not actually outdoors). There is a deal, which is any 2 breakfast mains for £16. Considering the full English is £11.95 on its own, this is a fantastic deal for such a major location in London. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding !! We highly recommend 👌

I had a great first experience at one bar at the o2 in Greenwich. I had heard good things from my sister who I was visiting and my expectations were exceeded. My waiter was beyond kind and was very friendly I even asked for his name. It was Jamie if I remember right. He made me feel very welcome to this place and thanks to him and the tasty cocktails I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Greenwich

“Could do better” was the general consensus amongst our party... Went for a big Sunday Lunch gathering of 10+ which they accommodated well. It was REALLY busy. Packed service. Food was Tasty but the lamb was tough on multiple different plates. The sticky toffee was again tasty but the chef had been really stingey with the sauce so it was dry. Cauliflower cheese side dish was dry as it had next to no cheese sauce on it....Staff were happy to split the bill.

Went for meal last night party of 4 Staff lovely and friendly as we have always experienced in the past Menu changed so much we struggled to find anything we wanted Gone are the sticky ribs that was always a favourite with 2 of our party no good choice of steak except a £30 one on special menus!! Wine though very nice but pink started at £23 Men were not happy with the beer either Over all very disappointing and will not be returning in the near future

Third time visiting, nice place to start your night. You have to take 2-3 rounds here, it’s fancy but not too much. It has nice position in o2 for smoke breaks. After you can go for arcade further in o2, and as you are leaving you can again step by for another shot of tequila.

I live in North Greenwich. Drinks are fine. But food is really below standard. This is the second time I visited all bar one for breakfast. It is fairly disappointing today. The sausage were burnt. The tomato and toast are so lightly grilled. I have never seen my husband has a leftover plate like this. My add on avocado was brown inside. The way they lay the avocado on my plate was disgusting. I would have done a better job.

What’s happened to this lovely little pub? I was shocked to see how run down this pub has become! Drawings etched into the paint work in the pub area. The ladies loos are disgusting and they are now playing music which is far too loud. Not a nice crowd either, was just leaving when there was drama at the door! I can see this lovely historical pub closing down if something doesn’t change soon.

Lovely old barn like pub eatery. Lovely atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Sat upstairs within a group of people for a birthday dinner. For starters we had white bait and a tiny portion of mayo. Mains, had what turned out to be a small portion of roast pork that was very fatty, hard roast potatoes, burnt Yorkshire pud and some veg.in fact everyone who had the pork said they wouldn't get it again. However the roast beef I was told was lovely. Didn't have to wait too long for the dinner. When I mentioned it to waitress she did offer to change it but said it would be a longer wait for another, so just ate it as was too hungry. It was really cold upstairs and at one time was going to put my coat on. Complained about how cold it was and was told they would put the heaters on, but they forgot until we asked again. Brrrr, but after a long while it started to warm up just as we finished. Would we go again? No, sorry it might of been just a one off but it was expensive and wouldn't want to pay for something we might not enjoy as it would be a waste of money again.

Service was great, attentive, quick, pleasant. Restaurant vibe was very nice. Price was fair for what we had. The only complaint was that the beef brisket burger which was delicious was a bit cold.

Really, very impressed with the meal we had here. We had attended an event in the arena and stayed for lunch - myself, husband and 6 year old. They had burgers (the children's sliders were extremely well priced!) and I had the halloumi and veg skewers. I can honestly say the best meal I have eaten out in a long time - delicious, well presented, healthy and great flavours. Price was great too because, let's be fair, they could have charged what other places call "London prices".

Very busy before a concert, bar service was good, drinks reasonably priced. The lavatory however were absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if I’m more disgusted at the actions of the women using them, or the bar for letting them get so filthy. No hand drier worked and any paper had been thrown on the floor I presume after hands were dried on them. Apparently the men’s were also terrible with a broken hand drier too and if they needed more than a urinal then they would have a problem as the cubicle was out of action. Which makes me wonder who was actually using them.

Manny and his team were lovely, especially Shoron who made the best cocktails. Sharon was so happy and friendly! Can't wait to go back. A great night at the O2

Came here a month ago and the cocktail and drink range was fabulous as well as the food. Prices were average for a bar in London . Service was a bit slow and made a mistake with my drinks order however they apologised and all was good, will defo come back again very soon in the future.

I booked a party of 10 for a Saturday night - the response times for the booking request were so quick, and it was a really clear process. When we were there, Manny and Ennis were so attentive and helpful, everything was handled super efficiently, and we had a really nice time! The food was served quickly and was delicious, and the drinks were great - a lovely birthday evening!

I went to this bar in Greenwich a few days ago and let me tell you, Manny is an absolute gem! He's got a knack for mixing up the tastiest cocktails and always serves them with a smile. Not only is he skilled behind the bar, but he's also a great conversationalist. You'll never have a dull moment when Manny is around. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with his service!

Went for a meal with my family, and wished I hadn't bothered! While parking in the car, I managed to scratch the car, on pieces of metal off the bollards that I could see as they are painted black! If these were painted yellow, people would be able to see them. Now going to cost me about £500 to sort out. Will be emailing the pub regarding this! I know you park at your own risk, but this is just ridiculous. Then we went in the pub and the food was not great. Have eaten in here before and it was amazing, so not sure whats changed in the last year. Had the sticky toffee pudding and it was stodgy and bitty. Not the soft and fluffy texture I have had before. It also come with the tiniest bit of cream! Also don't do puddings suitable for diabetics, so my uncle had to sit there and watch us eat our puddings. Wont be back!

Really enjoyed my visit to All Bar One. I arrived after taking the Thames Clipper from Woolwich and it was located just inside the nearest entrance after walking up from the dock. It had a great atmosphere and a great menu. I was there for a work party and the service was great with all our food arriving within a few minutes of each other. Recommended

I've been to the O2 many times for concerts and always walk straight past All Bar One, mostly because it's the first place you see by the main entrance and is always packed when there's a concert on. Also because I'd never seek out an All Bar One as a destination. That said, staff were friendly and coping well with a pre-concert crowd. There's a fair amount of room inside and out, so we were able to create some space. More importantly, the Guinness wasn't half bad, and that's what really counts

Giviing you a full 5 stars as you guys were very helpful and generous. we both popped in for breakfast and ordered Full English, one without eggs, most places just remove the egg and offer no alternative, but you guys offered me an extra sausage. The drinks we ordered where not hot, which was a shame, but as we was thirsty we let this matter slide...besides we got a free shot of smarties each :). Great food and customer service...THANK YOU

I used to regularly eat at ABO 20 years ago but haven't frequented so regularly of late. We stopped here after a trip on the cable car. The place was virtually empty despite it being lunchtime. Ordering was done via an app which seemed to work smoothly. The food arrived quickly and was pretty good. Deserts went down well too. Good selection of drinks, alcoholic and soft. Inside was clean and spacious. There are many eating establishments at the O2 but we were happy with our visit to this one

Outstanding service from the girl who waited on us ( sorry forgot her name ). Had a large group of people always coming round and making sure we had what was needed. Also asked for her to bring out a cake with candles that the kitchen staff helped to prepare. Outstanding food and service all round. Will definitely book again

I would rate this bar higher, but as a woman I would say the loos have been designed by a man. For a large bar in a place where there is a venue entrance adjacent to it which will cause surges in demand, there are only four loo cubicles for the ladies. This wouldn’t be a problem if the sinks were outside of the cubicles, but they are not, which means we have to spend too long hogging the cubicle that somebody else could be using. Three cubicles and two sinks would see a much faster throughput. Petty complaint? Not if you’re a woman and you’ve had to queue for nearly 20 minutes (out of only a 40 minute visit to the bar!) when there are only about eight people in front of you. Especially when the men walk past your queue to their loos and all of them think they’re utterly hilarious in making a joke about the fact that they can walk straight in and we cannot. EDIT - after Manager response: Us women all looked longingly at the sign that said toilets upstairs - behind the barrier that said it was a private area. And I appreciate you can't dictate how long a female will take in a cubicle, which is why a) we need more cubicles than men (basic biology!) and b) ditch the sinks in the cubicles and keep them separate. Please investigate 'superloos' where everyone has a cubicle with loo and sink and they are unisex/gender.

Had an amazing experience here! The food and drinks were impeccable. I came with a group of friends and was served by Macie who was so friendly and accommodating to all of our drink requests and gave us recommendations for the food, she really made our experience and for this we will be returning next weekend.

The main bar is very busy and the atmosphere inside can get very loud depending on the people. The decor is modern, but it can feel quite cramped. The staff are hospitable, but can also get forgetful at times. The prices are standard for London. The drinks are fine, but the food requires better seasoning. The staff forgot about providing napkins or cutlery and just walk away once the food is served. The outdoor is much calmer and you can socialize without too much disturbance. The bar is more geared towards a younger crowd and with the amount of choice in the area, I would suggest seeing what suits you best.

We was at the O2 all bar one on Saturday for a hen party and we had the pleasure of meeting and having Ellis as our cocktail maker for the evening. He was fantastic and really got us into the spirit of the evening and also made the best cocktails for us. He engaged with us all so well. We would highly recommend this cocktail making class and I will definitely be doing this again

Popped in as a group of 7 for a drink and snack… between shows at 3pm so relatively quiet. One large table was available with signs stating that it was reserved from 5.30pm but also said “Feel free to sit here until they arrive”. Lady at the reception desk said feel free to sit there for now… we told her we’d be gone by 4 anyway. As we start sitting down another, apparently more senior staff member comes up and says we can’t see there as she needs to start laying it for the next customers (2.5 hours before their arrival time) and they are coming sooner than planned… about 4pm. We explain that the first staff member had said it was available. They then argue about it behind us at the service station which makes us feel uncomfortable enough to give up and leave. The more senior member says “good” when informed we were leaving. I’m sure Mitchells & Butlers will be thrilled that they are missing out on dozens of covers every day because the staff can’t be bothered to serve guests between bookings. As we left the more senior staff member said it wasn’t her but her boss who had not wanted us to sit down. So she either wanted to shift the blame or most of the team don’t want the custom (aka hassle). As a group who have all worked in service, sales and hospitality for years, the manager might like to look into the actions of the staff or perhaps the bar is sufficiently busy that customer service doesn’t matter any more.

Went for a family meal, absolutely appalling service, waited 30 mins to be served our first drinks after being seated. Wanted desserts after our mains, no one served our table so we went to bar to be told someone would be over. Another 20 minutes passed so we went again to the bar to ask for the bill. Shambles. Clearly very understaffed

Had the plant burger which was tasty but not hot in the middle, didn’t want to cause a fuss so just ate it, sticky toffee pudding was delicious and the staff were really friendly. I would go back and have the same food but maybe ask for it to be cooked a little longer this time.

Date of visit: 22/08/2020 Update: After an email conversation with the manager a partial refund has been issued. Made a booking with my partner for dinner. Upon arrival we were given 2 food menus by the waitress who then disappeared, no offer of drinks nor drinks menu given. My partner had the fish and chips, skin left on the bottom of the cod... Not something you really expect for £14.50 cod and chips... I had the burger... It was absolutely charred like a piece of burnt toast... Seeing as our waitress/no other staff came to ask how our meal was I had to accost someone regarding the burger... I asked is this how the burger comes, as in extremely well done... She just said yes... Nothing else... even though it was clear I was unhappy with my food... No offer to have another burger... When it came to settling up I explained to the waitress (same girl I had to accost) in more detail about how burnt the burger was... As in no option given on how I'd like it cooked... Which you'd expect for a £14 burger and chips!! All she did was say "Sorry I'll pass that on" no offer for refund whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend if you like decent food. Overpriced and disappointing.

BRILLIANT ! Just been here for lunch and had Eggy Bread Stack, with Bacon and Maple Syrup - WOW ! My Sister had the Avocado on toast, with a poached egg on top - she was thrilled with it. Popped in today for a small bite to eat. Turned out we had a massive portion of food and probably shouldn't have ordered nachos but I'm not complaining. Every bite we managed was amazing. Service was very good and very quick. Would happily drop in next time I'm near! My god that sandwich... It was something else!

Would like to share our experience as constructive criticism. Firstly, settings and our waitress were well above average. Beautiful log fire, perfect lighting and lovely Christmas music, attentive and welcoming waitress. However, the food really let the evening down. The “crab on toast” starter was crab pate... fine, but misleading. My starter of buffalo mozzarella, baked fig and chicory was just that, so although I can’t complain that I was mislead, I thought that they would be cooked together to form a concoction of flavours, but they were just the above together on a plate. Our mains; my burger and fries was nice, partners rump steak which was also nice and my child’s mushroom tagliatelle, the pasta was plain and flavourless, my child didn’t like it and neither did we, so I ended up giving him most of my burger. We explained to the waitress that it was really not nice and she immediately amended this by removing it from our bill. We then ordered 2 crumbles and the chocolate mousse and shortbread for dessert. Both the crumbles were left, as they just weren’t nice and the shortbread on my mousse was stale, which was explained to the waitress and we received confirmation from the chef that it was stale. I really hope that this feedback is taken as it is intended, and that it can be taken positively, we still had a lovely evening and we’re more than happy with the waitresses’ service and her taking of the feedback in a graceful and positive manner and rectifying it within her means. I do hope that we hear that the food improves in the not to distant future so that we can return :)

Have visited here many times and have rarely been disappointed with the food and service. My hubby and I went back today after covid lockdown and I have to say again we were not disappointed. We had a baked camenbert sharer to start which was just delicious and roast beef for our main. Love the little touches such as the pulled lamb in our yorkshire puds, the beef was perfectly pink and everything was just tasty, I think on this day the chef was a little heavy handed with the black pepper in the root veg mash but it was still very yummy. The service was great as always and we look forward to going back again soon 😁😁😁
