Most of the lagers were off and the Maltsmiths I had was completely flat. I would have changed it but there wasn't anything else on tap to swap it with. Was only manned with one member of bar staff and so he couldn't leave the bar to change barrel or check gas which is ridiculous

When this bar opened a few years ago the beer range was fantastic. Now that is not the case. The real ales are Greene King which are standard. The top pressure beers are horrendously expensive and on this visit the San Miguel was cloudy, which according to staff was caused by the dish washer. All beers are served with excessive heads.

A rip off bar sadly. I was sold the most expensive large glass of white wine at £9.99 when I asked for the house one, or the cheapest, and the guy showed me the bottle for some reason. I unfortunately tapped my card before noticing the price and questioned the quickly rude barman, who basically said "Tough". "NO REFUND". His much nicer colleague later served me with a second glass of white wine at my request, that was £6.99. £3.00 cheaper. It was at 17.10 on 11th May. I was totally ripped off. I don't know the rip off guy's name but he is late 30s and bald. I shall never go there again.

Just perfect for a quick dash in for a half before your train arrives. It has a board to see the train times which is handy. If you don't quite finish your drink they'll pop it in a cup for you. Could be a little cleaner and less sticky but overall very good.

Missed our train, so decided to pop in for a quick drink...pleasantly supervised by the surroundings and that it was not heaving...pleasant staff, good beer, though limited selection regarding the wine

Sitting here with my pint. Fellas at the bar pint was poured, said my glass warm. Girl transfer it to another glass. Customer said it's still warm. The barmaid said I am not giving you another drink. He had to speak to the supervisor. rubbish service

Ok it's only a bar to stop while waiting for your train but I thought it was ok. Had a nice glass of sauvignon. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side but the barman was very pleasant. It used to be a real dive many years ok but what a difference!

Within the Charing cross station so ideal if you want a quick beer whilst waiting for the train. Wine is very expensive even for London and I was shocked to pay £9 for a large glass of pretty average white wine. There is no food aside from packets of crisps and peanuts. There is no natural light and ceiling is quite low so it can feel quite dingy and claustrophobic especially on hot evenings. Also note that there's no toilets but there are some in the station.

Not a bad little waiting room. Only one ale on tap when I visited and my friend who likes a sweet drink had no choice as no Baileys or the like. The beer I had Ashai Bitter aka London Pride was fine.

Visited here in February whilst waiting for a friend. Wished I had not visited here. What an awful place. Firstly the place needs to be done up and secondly they need to know how to keep their beer. Had a pint of Stella as they did not have much else on tap and the it tasted dreadful. Will not be coming back here in a hurry.

We went in Sunday eve at 19. 30 for a quick drink because we had a 15 min wait for our train, bar man came out and aid “I’m only serving bottles of beer because I’m about to close” I asked him what time he closed and he said 8pm. I told him we only wanted 2x vodkas with mixers and would be out in 10 mins, we’ll before 8pm closure as we had a train to catch and he said no... bottled beers only! Not great customer service, was not friendly and was also shutting early, according to website. I don’t understand why he would only serve us bottle beer! Shocking customer service
