Always one of my top bars in London. Fantastic from the moment you arrive. Last night the lady of the door was fun and friendly. There was a slight wait but not too long. We had a reservation, something you will need for the underground. It was my first time In the tube carriage and we loved it. Great live music, great service and so much care to detail. I will be back soon. This is a great place to take friends or people visiting London for a new experience. Also a great place for a date !

Wow!! What a find this place is a truly unique, one of a kind find! We had a small wait outside but the gentleman taking your details was very welcoming. Once led downstairs, the quirky vibe of the venue really kicks in! The 2 gentleman greeters were fun and interactive, whilst also being incredibly welcoming! The server we had was also incredibly was also attentive and offering cocktail recommendations to suit your taste buds. Absolutely loved this venue and it’s a must visit for anyone visiting London.

World War Two meets the vintage London Underground Station in this niche bar just off Carnaby Street. Great choice of cocktails, wine and champagne on the menu and reasonable prices considering its central London location. The staff are friendly and welcoming too. Perfect and exciting as a location for drinks with friends.

I’d wanted to come to Cahoots for a while and when we were able to just walk in we were quite lucky, as it’s normally wise to make a booking. We were in the ticket office bar which is very well decorated and had a good atmosphere. Cocktails were nice but over £15 each so be prepared. It was a nice enough experience but didn’t live up to what I’d been expecting. 🤷‍♂️

The atmosphere is really great. The interior is fantastic. The cocktails were tasty, but quite mild. The service started out amazing but getting the bill experience felt a bit like "and now get out please"

Cahoots consistently leaves a lasting impression on the new friends we bring along. A cherished London fixture for us since 2016, I hope it remains a part of our lives until we're all gray. It's a treasure trove of memories, stories, delightful cocktails, and memorable hangovers. The staff is truly exceptional—sweet, knowledgeable, and incredibly fun. Thanks once more; we'll definitely be returning soon.

Had a great time! Very nice cocktails. The atmosphere in the place is amazing and the whole concept underground as a subway station amazed me. The only thing that disappointed me a bit is the high price they charge in relation to the value, we expected a more respectable drink size for £ 14.

Have the courage to go underground and this very unique place in the heart of Soho takes you on an exciting journey back in time, straight to the post-war London! If you are looking for a vintage-style bar, designed with proper attention to detail, jolly good food and music, this is the right destination! The staff is friendly and dedicated, as well as dressed appropriately to the decor, which definitely adds up to the experience!

I came here for drinks for my birthday and the staff there are incredibly friendly. They even brought a few liqueur shots for the table. I wasn’t here for long but I had the cocktail which I think was called ‘lovely bunch of coconuts’ and I really enjoyed that. I also tried the ‘abbott and Costello’ cocktail which was definitely not to my taste. The theme of the restaurant is very cool and I love how the menu is a newspaper. It is expensive and very tight spaced but it’s a fun and quirky place to have drinks .

Cool concept. We sat upstairs, but had a very cool 1940's vibe. Unfortunately both the cocktails we had were very mediocre. The bramble was like a watery raspberry lemonade. The tequila based coffee cocktail was meh. The cocktails are more expensive than other much better cocktail bars in the area.

An absolutely great time here! Was not disappointed with the service nor the drinks service, a first time and would highly recommend going with friends like I did on this occasion. Wasn't keen on the security people when we arrived, were not the friendliest and just assumed we were trying to chance a spot even though we had a booking, odd behaviour without asking us. Anyway didn't stop me from writing an A***** so don't be put off, once you're in it's great fun! See you again soon! LDT x

Absolutely wonderful bar. The underground theme is beautifully held up all the way from the design of the bar, the drinks, the way the staff is dressed etc. Very lovely atmosphere, not too loud, not too crowded. They did have some live piano music while we visited which was very entertaining. Not cheap (14£ per cocktail) and not easy to get into without a booking (we queued for ~30min) but a real treat nonetheless. Definitely coming back here especially to take people who are visiting London.

I highly recommend this place! Incredible staff. From the moment you enter they show you your seat in character. They answer all your questions with a smile and they take time with you. Our waitress was a 20 year old lady and let me tell you, she was the reason I came back for a second time. Hilariously in character and so kind, she literally sat down next to us and explained the history of the place. She was even wearing a vintage looking dress. I hope she reads this, thank you for making me smile. I loved the interior, everything was in theme. The espresso martini was incredible! Make sure to make a reservation when you come during the weekends.

Had the most amazing experience! Treated my partner to a table in the Signal Station, and couldn't speak highly of it. The drinks, the atmosphere, the live music... we both had an incredible evening. Staff were attentive, and accommodated our wish to move tables. Definitely not the cheapest, as most of the drinks started from £14 - but you're essentially paying for a 40's inspired immersive drinking experience, and will most definitely be back!

Great themed bar, tucked away just off Carnaby Street, in the heart of London’s West End. I love the concept of this place; a ‘speakeasy’, set in a disused Underground station in 1946, with the nation starting to recover following the end of WW2. Staff are in character; friendly & efficient service. Initially sat in the Ticket Office for drinks, until they had space in the Tube train carriage (across the road and underground). Pricey but good cocktails. Better to reserve space in advance if you want to sit in the carriage. Highly recommended!

Great evening at Cahoots brilliant atmosphere and attentive waiting staff. Piano player also takes requests. Cocktail menu has a wide variety to meet everyones tastes and all lovely. Positively squiffy by the end of the night. What ho!

I had heard about this place on YouTube and whilst in London decided to pay a visit. We were not disappointed. A great find with great service and atmosphere. My wife loved The Moving Parts cocktail. I went for a cider. We didn’t have any snacks but we really enjoyed our visit.

Excellent cocktails; they were really on point, even the difficult ones! It’s a great place to be, with a nice atmosphere created by a welcoming and well-organized team. And then there’s of course the look and feel of the 1940s tube station with its 1000 little sophisticated details. Unforgettable experience! The bad reviews here may only be caused by wrong expectations.

Fantastic experience. We didn’t have any food, but the drinks were great. The place’s decoration is one of a kind. Kind and fast service. Definitely worth the visit!

We went for the Black Market Knees Up experience for £55pp as a Birthday treat for a friend. The entire experience from beginning to end was so well coordinated. Probably the best I've had in London! The s were all so lovely and helpful, everyone and everything in this place was beautifully in theme! The singer and MC was absolutely brilliant - so talented! The quiz was so much fun, I learned a lot, and all the activities were well spaced out giving us time to eat, drink and be merry and engage with the experience. As a non alcohol drinker having an entire mocktail menu was brilliant and the "snacks" were substantial and filling. For the price this was amazing and I will be recommending to all my friends! My friend and our partners loved it and she had a card with her name on it presented to her (they were so organised they text me beforehand to confirm her name and all!) Just well done!

They kindly put together tables for a group of 11 of us and were able to get us in despite us not booking (it was a last minute decision) the live music was fantastic and the overall vibe of the place was amazing with the vintage deco. Drinks were phenomenal everyone complimented the cocktails as they were delicious if a bit spenny. Definitely want to return for brunch one day.

Great cocktail bar. We had a good time there, the atmosphere is amazing. Lovely decorations everywhere, it really brings you back in time. I loved that the menu is a newspaper and the cocktail glasses are also amazing. Even the toilets are amazing! The only but is that they do rush you to finish and leave and try to sell you as much drinks as possible in the little time you have there. Other than that, all great.

We got to Cahoots early on New Years Day hoping to grab a table for a quick cocktail. We ended up getting to experience the ticket hall and the wonderful cocktail menu upstairs, before being guided to a table in the fantastic underground train carriage for more cocktails and food. We had great fun, the atmosphere was great, and we will certainly be back!

Such a disappointing experience ! We had to book one week before to be able to have a drink in this bar. The decor is so cheap. it’s way more beautiful on the photos. We sat on very uncomfortable armchairs. The table was wonky and ugly. The cocktails are okay but quite expensive. With all these eulogistic comments, we were expecting something more authentic. It doesn’t worth it !

Found this rad underground-themed bar in SoHo. They're totally committed to the theme — from the entrance to the decorations and even the toilets. The menu's adorable, shaped like a retro newspaper. What's even better? They open in the afternoon, so we kicked off some early day drinking 🍻 Their drinks are on point too. Tried the Winston Churchill, served in a mug shaped like the great man himself, and the Milkman Special, which came in a cool milk carton-shaped mug. Cheers to unexpected cool finds! 🎉

The underground bar was such a great experience. The drinks were really good and they had a live DJ. The only reason i don’t give it 5 stars is because even though we made a reservation, we still had to wait 35 minutes outside for a table and wouldn’t let us line up before our reservation time.. the chairs are also a bit low to the ground and can get uncomfortable after a little while. Still a really nice place to visit.

We went here for a friend's birthday. We booked the underground and it was a lovely experience right from when we entered. The decor, staff, food and drinks were great and one I'd recommend. One thing though, we were made to wait outside for about five to ten minutes despite having a booking and arriving on time - not sure why but it didn't deter us from having a good experience. Do check it out!

This is a hidden gem. Make sure you book. Descend down the stairs to a step back in time. We sat inside the tube carriage. The attention to detail is incredible. You really can forget the real world for a time.

Very good cocktails with something different to offer. Great retro setting. We had a few drinks before we went on elsewhere for lunch. Only downside was there was not much variety of snacks available before the kitchen opened at 3pm but otherwise all good. Loved the ambience and was nice and quiet in a Sunday lunchtime to chat and drink a couple of cocktails.

Absolutely incredible! Visited today for the first time, from the moment we were greeted at door until we left we were made to feel part of the experience, which truly was a 1940’s theme. Venue is quirky, and a real step back in time, staff were amazing could not fault them from waitresses to bar staff, the singer was fantastic, she got everyone engaged in singing, dancing and even added humour to her act. First class all round. This truly is a gem of a find and in my opinion needs to be experienced.

I went here for my birthday and what a birthday I had. I loved everything, from the staff being dress in 1940s style, to the music and the actual bar. Loved it. They even brought me a card that was signed by them and shots to celebrate. Very good service. Thank you, Cahoots for making my birthday special!

What an awesome place to get a drink. Will be bringing friends back here, it's so fun. The personality and character brought by the hosts and waiters/waitresses is what makes all the difference. The venue is unique and cool. Cocktails were nice, and presented very well.

We went here for some birthday drinks in July and was not disappointed. It has a great atmosphere which is decorated with old Transport for London items. A great place to go for all the TFL lovers. The cocktails were a little pricey but for the venue, it can be expected.

Amazing venue, with such a special atmosphere. “Welcome to 1946” our waitress greeted us as we entered this bar. We truly felt as if we had time travelled and walked into this old underground station and the Bakerloo line. Cocktails were great, and the one that came in a Winston Churchill-shaped cup was just amazing. Wonderful place that I’d recommend to anyone visiting London. Booking in advance required.

Cahoots is a great place for drinks in Soho that's not your traditional bar. Live music, vintage themes and really really delicious cocktails!! I would definitely go back!

  • 5/5 Celeste M. 1 year ago on Google
Super cool and fun; we enjoyed it immensely. Had advance reservations, since we were coming from the U.S. and didn't want to miss out, and so an extra fun bit was being treated like celebrities and after checking in with the host and a very brief wait, were ushered directly in past all the others who were there waiting in line in the light rain. Loved the whole experience. Felt like we were really taken back in time!

Great bar with a train-like theme, hidden rooms and fantastic live music on weekends. Really great experience, highly recommend to book it in advance to make sure you get a spot. Fantastic experience, will put it on my “to do” list every time I come back to London.

Great place for a date cocktail night, make sure to book in advance. They looked after us very well and I would always recommend them to friends! Great place for a romantic and cozy date night"

Ended up there pretty much by chance. Best mistake I could possibly make, I would literally go back to London for that. Incredible music and atmosphere and the staff was properly there to help us navigate through the drinks offer. Absolutely lovely, strongly recommend. Maybe reserve in advance cause it seems to be fairly packed

We have been to the underground bar on a Sunday and we loved it! Miss Alice Keys was performing and she was brilliant! They have a great selection of cocktails also. Expect to pay £15-£20 for each cocktail.
